TrySaphire.com review: False advertisement - took ex funds 1

Did a survey at the end it offered free item, just pay for shipping. Then you have to put in your name and address. you get the prouct in the mail. All ok. Then 28 days a charge is billed of 65.78.. False advertisement - its not free. You dont know that till its put on your credit cd or account. Then its to late to return so I was told by customer service when I called and they will not refund your money.. I spoke to customer service then a manager. They say you agreed, i agreed to free, nothing else. They are scamming lots of people this way. So something should be done and this company should be shut down. Sincerely Joanne Bush of Mass.
