It is January 17th and still no W-2 Software.The 1040's are still draft forms. The software does not convert 1040 clients as promised, errors on depreciation on every return. I called sales today, no refunds for the software after 72 hours. (Very nice since it is purchased months in advance) I have gone back to my old software company and purchased today.
Don't waste your money!
I am on hold an avg. of 5 1/2 hrs. per call. Then I am told incorrect information which makes me have to call back. I have used this software for 10 yrs., so I am not a novice...I would like someone to tell me a good software company. I am done with these clowns. bty the first issue I called Taxwise about took 27 1/2 hrs. to answer the phone! granted it was the first day to e-file...but 27 1/2 hrs. for an $800 software program?
I have also gone back to my old software from pre TRX days. No one answers Tech Support line. It simply plays the same annoying elevator music over and over. Have spent too much time waiting for them to answer! I've had it! I'm gone.
