Truworths / service
1. I called Truworths Groblersdal Mall today around 11:10 to 11:20. The lady whom I was just speaking to me just decided to hang up on me in the middle of my enquiry.
2. I had bought things on 24/11/2017 & had been to the store on two occasions to exchange with no luck as there were no sizes. On my second attempt, that is on 15 December 2017, when I couldn't get the sizes I was offered a refund.
Unfortunately the system at the store was reported to be slow as they wanted to refund me utilising the bank debit card that I used to purchase.
I could not wait longer.
Im currently sitting with two items which. I do not need as im told about the 30 days policy despite my efforts of going to the store with no luck.
