Unjustified charges
Dear Sir/Madam, on 22/11 I accepted an offer for a Truvisage face cream sample which requested my debit card details in order to charge me with sample delivery cost to Cyprus of 8 euros. However in addition to this on 8/12 my Visa debit card beginning with 4548 and ending in 7230 was charged again with 85, 96 euro. And again today 23/12 I received an sms notification that my card was authorized for a third charge for 93, 56 euros though it has not appeared yet in my statement. Pls check why these unjustified charges/product dispatches are taking place and arrange either for refund or cessation of product dispatches! Best regards Alkis Sarris
The seller is scammer and he charges for orders, which you haven't bought
10 days ago I got the email from the company TruVisage. This company informed me that I won some gift, but in order to get it, I needed to pay for the postage. I transferred money and waited for the gift, but these ### charged me for $90. When I sent them emails and asked for what they took this sum, the rep told me that it was price of wrinkle cream. I haven’t ordered it. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
Refusal
I applied for a 2 week trial of TruVisage and according to the offer I was supposed to pay $5.95 to cover shipping expenses. I’ve used my card to pay for that but instead of charging me $5.95 they doot $50 from my account. When I saw that I contacted their representatives immediately and asked for refund but got refusal stating that I’ve got exactly what I have ordered.

This company is a total scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The free trial ends up costing $100 if you do not cancel within the 14 day trial period. Go online and look at the statement for the credit card you used for the purchase and you should be able to locate the number to call and get the automatic charges stopped. Here's the number I called to cancel: [protected]. If that doesn't work, contact your bank or credit card company and make a fraud complaint. They will look into it for you and will often get you a refund. I called and canceled as soon as the charge hit my account but was only able to get a refund of 50% of the price. Better than nothing but I want everyone to BEWARE of this SCAM and steer clear of them.
I have the same experiences as described above. So do not buy anything from True visage!
Does anyone know how to contact them? I've already paid 3 times and have now cancelled my credit card, so they won't send me more! I signed up for a free sample by only paying the postal costs, not getting a new product every 3 weeks.

I have been cheated, i need help .
I ordered this product and it said all i had to do was pay for shipping, after i paid for shipping, i did not receive product as they mentioned that i would receive in a week or so.
After waiting and waiting i saw my phone that i was charged for the Product both Truvisage and Pureessencial full amount. I was surprised as i did not confirm my membership nor i have received the trial product to even try and commit to it.
After sending them emails over emails on my refund. I was told that once i receive the product i could send it back to the address they gave me and i would receive refund.
After many many days when i received the product, i immediately without opening it, EMS back to the address they provided. Now after tracking my EMS it is said that they have received.
I tried emailing to ask for feedback on if they have received and when will my refund will be process.
I showed them prove and even did a live chat.
This bloody guy john was so rude and he said not his problem, they sent wrong address, instead of 49616 it was sent to 49617. Now i lost all my money and product
I want to sue them. can anyone help.

Charged me extra $80
I ordered free trial from Truvisage Viamax. They charged me $3 for shipping the same day and 30 days after the trial they charged me extra $80. They explained me the situation… If you order free trial and you don’t want to get more production, you have to call them and unsubscribe. I didn’t know that.
