Trust Bloom Grocery / No communications w/staff

I recently started to shop at the local Trust Bloom Grocery store located close to my house. On three separate occasions I have complained with the manager that the fruit is never fresh and that there selection is very limited. I was assured that my concerns were going to be addressed and my communications would also be forwarded to upper-management. To date I have yet to receive any word back and am very frustrated by the lack of customer service they have provided. I live in a small community and have very little in the way of choice when it comes to food shopping. Hopefully Trust Bloom Grocery will eventually amend there communication skills and listen to their customers!
