This is lies they charged 180.13 without my consent. when you start the process of purchasing this item when you get towards the end of the ordering you realise the web site automatically intend to charge every month unless you email [protected]@true-cambogia.com or call +[protected]. i emailed within one minute of getting the email confirming the order but they went ahead and charged anyway.

I basically placed an order which was the order for the free trial which u only have to pay £4 for the shipping and so I was like okay fair enough I'll pay the shipping however instead only charging me £4 they charged me £99.99 as I went to the bank and it said this amount is pending so then today when I went again the bank had told me that the amount has been taken out from the company which was £99.99 it's ridiculous how they try to fool people by saying it's a free trial then I told the bank that this is a fraud as I only payed £4 for the shipping not £99.99 and the bank then sorted the matter as they will refund it back to my account and the bank said they will investigate I couldn't believe my eyes as I cancelled the order immediately after like 5 minutes when the order was placed and the company emailed me saying your order has been cancelled but then today they emailed me that your product has been shipped so u have to send it back in order for them to give a full refund definitely something wrong as I already cancelled the order and they said it's been cancelled but at the same time they say that the order has been shipped this company is a scam and they fool people watch out before you loose your money

Taken money from my account
I was tempted by a free product.The trouble was it wasn't free. I changed my mind and left the site. Next I got an e-mail from them and found they had taken money from my account and said they would be taking more very soon. I don't know how they managed to get the money from my bank. I have tried to contact them to cancel but the e-mail they sent contains no e-mail address nor a legitimate phone number. I looked further into the website but found only complaints from others about them scamming a number of people. To cancel your order you must phone them or send an e-mail. I wish they would tell me HOW. Can you help me, I am a lady of over 70 years old and this is very upsetting
I am disabled and due to my medication have put on a great amount of weight. I saw the advert just pay for p&pof £3.98 and get 10 days free trial so I filled out the application form. Next thing I know £299.97p has been taken from my bank account! I have NOT received any product, my bank got me a phone number and all I get when I call is an answer message saying to leave a message if I want to cancel. I have left three messages so far with no reply! I have left my account order number and my email address to no avail! i live on disability benefits and the £300 was money I had saved for my grandchildren for Christmas, I am devastated surely there must be some way to make these people give me my money back and to warn other people about this disgusting scam!
