Trucking / Gas cards

Our company has been trying to deal with universal premium fleet card to fix all the payments that they charged us and it's been over 2 month there not helping us when we call it's in Mexico or India I can't talk to anyone to fix my issues I need to find out if there is other ppl having this issues, I have phone call logs emails and proof of my payments that was made and they are still charging I have all the invoices that shows discrepancy and they even see it and tell me that we have been having issues I am sorry and they won't do anything about it they billed us over 4720$ and won't even look in to why when I talk to customer service they don't know much becouse there headquarters are in US I am really looking to see if this is what other ppl have going on and what can we do to get our money back!!
