They have never made a delivery
I bought flowers from TroysFlorist.com and they have never made a delivery to my girlfriend. I can't get ahold of anyone and can't get a refund. They will not answer me. They do not call back. I’m very depressed.

I ordered flowers for my friends 90th Birthday, I was told they would be delivered the same day, NOT I called and have emailed and I have not had my credit card credited. I did not dispute the charge since I was told that my c.c. would be credited. Please don't use Troy's Florist.
Did not get what I ordered I ordered fall flowers for my moms birthday it was suppose to come in a square vase with acorns on it . And fall colors. This was clear vase not fall at all
I ordered flowers and they weren't gonna be able to deliver so I canceled, they said they would give me a refund and it's been almost a month and still nothing... they said it's been processed already like 2 weeks ago and still nothing now I can't even get through to them.. smh
Absolutely the worst company to do business with, flowers were delivered 3 days late and wern't what was ordered, ordered purple roses with a purple vase and got a super scrawny yellow daisies and a rose, what a total joke. I got scammed and will let everyone i know these guys are a freeking joke, oh and no one answers the customer service phone.
I ordered flowers for a friend having surgery and 5 days latter, still no flowers. Megan was completely unhelpful. I called the company 4 times and they never called me back. Now they say the will give me a refund. I will be submitting a claim with my credit card company but what about the hassle and the person who should of received my flowers 5 days ago!
I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mother plus chocolates. I have emailed and called their company for a refund since the arrangement never made it as they guaranteed. I finally made contact with someone and the operator assured me I would have my refund within 3 business days. I have yet to receive any of my money back.
