It was very unfortunate when I made the worst decision of buying Trojan brand treadmill of USD 800 from Game Ghana. At the time of buying they had assured me of the brand being very good and also had promised to provide service but now I have realized that they don’t have any technicians or they don’t keep any spare parts for the machines they sell. Whenever you want to buy any machine or appliances from Game, ask them to give in writing that they will provide service and also supply spare parts at reasonable price. The present system they have is you can buy the machine even costing more than USD1000 or 2000 but if anything goes wrong with it, you have to throw it item similarly like we use shaving blade and through or spend nearly the price of a new machine even if there is a small problem. It is better to buy machine from road side shop instead of game. I was not aware of the quality they sell being third grade and the products are sneakily made in China with trojan painting it with South Africa label. The treadmill was having problems after only one year. I had to repair the machine with the help of a local technician. After I contacted game about the issue, they had registered my complaint and called me only after three months to enquire about the problem with the machine. Recently, the machine has stopped working completely. I have tried to discuss with game regarding this issue and they informed me a technician may come to check after a few months and if the problem is with the motor, it will take long to arrange. I decided to contact Trojan South Africa for the help and they too have promised to send technician to solve the problem and subsequently disappeared. After I sent a mail complaining about the negligence Trojan customer support has shown, they replied and promised to send me the quotation of Motor. The cost of motor they sent me is around USD200. It means I have to spend USD200 cost of the motor, DHL charges USD200 to 300 and custom clearance USD 200. The total cost of motor will be USD700. I don’t know if its just me or any normal person would find it difficult to come to terms with that a person has to spend nearly the price of a new machine to get a fraction of the machine repaired. After I sent mail to them, then someone called me and informed that they will bear the DHL charges and I can go and collect from Game Supermarket in Accra. After I transferred the amount they sent me a mail that I have to come to south Africa from Ghana to collect the motor even though I had sent mail to them that I stay in Accra and will collect the motor from Game. This is robbery and I will make sure this is known to every past and future Trojan customer so they do not get cheated again. It is my request to everyone to kindly share this message with as many people as you can, so that no one should get cheated like I got.

I recently bought a box of trojan "naked sensations pure pleasure" condoms, only to find out later at home upon usage that the size is much larger than the usual regular condoms. There is abosolutely no mention on the packaging box that these condoms are actually x-large or at least larger than the usual regular size! And I could only find out after opening the box and trying on the condom!

This is the second time that same thing happened to me when purchasing trojan condoms! Now that the box is opened and one condom is used, I cannot return the product for a refund and they are now basically useless and unsafe to use, I don't know what to do with it!

I sent an email to the retail store where I made the purchase and they redirect me to trojan's website. But there is absolutely no dedicated complaint centre, and the "contact us" links out to their parent company church & dwight with a lenthy form. So obviously they don't value much consumer feedbacks and don't want to handle any complaints. So basically I got tricked by the deceptive packaging to buy a product that I can't use and they don't care! I want my money back!

I believe this must happen a lot with other consumers buying this product, but most just don't go back for a refund or exchange because the item is so personal and it could be such an embarrassment at the counter, especially for men! Every time this happens it's a major mood killer, and these product/brand experiences were so bad and deceptive that I will never buy trojan ever again!

These condoms give both men and women a chemical burn or bad reaction called nonoxynol-9. The spermicide used on these condoms is unsafe and should not be allowed. My boyfriend had a reaction which lasted just a short while but mine much longer. It is very uncomfortable and not worth the use of the brand. Please be cautious about the contraceptives you use for sexual intercourse. I have seen a lot of other complaints about this particular kind.

My boyfriend and I used the lubricant from Trojan company for the very first time. No warning that a huge burning sensation would arise. After 3 seconds of intercourse we needed to stop and shower right away, we both got burning sensations none stop for 5 minutes even after the shower.
Both irritated and red we no longer trust this company. The lubricant wasnt expired we verified 2 times.

I've use 3 of your naked sensation condoms and every time so far they have broken half way into it and I didn't noticed till all was said and done, you can say I am a Unsatisfied customer at this present point I might as we'll not be using one especially one of Trojans products, maybe next time instead if going for brand I might go for lifestyle products

I am very upset with Trojan, I finally got condoms for my boyfriend and I to have fun with, but the spermicide in the ultra thin condom has gotten into my boyfriend and now burns and from what we have read it is an on going problem for many males. Not only does it burn but for most guys it burns for about 24 hours. I want to complain directly at Trojan but we either have to call them or send them a letter, they don't accept emails, probably because they would get complained to more often. I feel horrible for my boyfriend but they should not be able to keep doing this to guys, the chemicals in the spermicide rant safe, and now he will be in pain for most of the day, and I can't even contact them efficiently enough to let them know how much I hate them and their products and how I will never buy from them again. I hope more people see this and can hopefully not buy the condoms because it is too late, because it is very painful.

We tried trojan ultimates and out of the 11 we tried 10 broke, by that I mean a 5mm hole was missing from the top of the condom, the lubrication makes this very difficult to notice (man will have slight folded seem rubbing feeling).
I tried to contact trojan but they offer no contact details, I left comments on facebook for the good of other users (I suggest everyone does this as the comments are non-deletable) but they need to be held accountable. I dont believe these items meet basic helath and safety standards.

Coming here I see this is not the only trojan product with the same issue, if my wife suffers any health issues as a result we will be taking c&d to court.

Ok so my husband n I have been using Trojan magnums BC that's all we can use but recently everytime we have intercourse the condom breaks! I understand its not 100% to prevent pregnancy but seriously everytime it breaks, and I'm seriously becoming very sick of the plan b pill! Anyone know what I should do or who I may contact and of course the Trojan website doesn't have a complaint area! What a shocker- worse condoms ever, waste of money and time!

I have nothing against Trojan Brand Condoms or condoms in general. However, I was watching Star Wars on the Spike TV channel on New Years day around 11am with my family, including my 8 year old son, and 5 nephews and nieces all under 11, when a Trojan condoms commercial was shown! This is not an appropriate time slot for a condom commercial! I am very offended and needed to send a complaint!

Me and my wife wanted to try the bare skin condoms. All excited the first night, but found out the condom broke before completion. Thought it was a one time occurrence. A few days later, another one broke. I trusted the Trojan brand until now. Very UNHAPPY!

"Most Pleasurable Condom" my butt. We were just trying something new in the bedroom. The burning sensation was unbearable to the point it felt like sandpaper for both parties. The Ice never came. We just took it off it was so annoying. Absolutely horrible product. I wish I could get my money back so I can buy some regular Trojan condoms. They worked fine.

me and a few other people are so tired of being at trojan labor on assembly street here in columbia sc every morning and not going out to work when they have extra tickets or when no one shows up on the repeat ticket

Me and my boyfriend decided to get the new Trojan fire and Ice. We used it and there were no sensations at all. It was like any plain old condom. We didnt get the Fire and Ice effect at all...It sucked is there a way too get money back on them ?electronically tested and reliability...I don't think so.

Trojan ecstasy condoms are the worst condoms I have ever used! Almost every single one breaks, even when properly used and without being rough. I will never use these condoms again. They are the biggest waste of money and cause of stress ever. They are completely useless! Dont ever use them! (unless u want a baby)

Well me and my girl used the newest fire and ice condoms by Trojan we both liked the feeling its just that after the 3rd time the next day she had went to the doctors and told me she had a bladder infection and i gave a condom to my cousin and his girlfriend got a bladder infection as well and i think that it was the fire and ice condoms that i had purchased so i want an explanation for the bladder infection me and my cousin and are girlfriends are very upset at Trojan for making a none safe product.

I moved from australia to america to be with my boyfriend Now we started off with jsut regular sized condoms and both decided that he needed to move to a larger size. So we went to wallmart and got " Trojan *magnum* large sized condoms" got home started fooling around stuck on a condom and started going for it. Now we both smelt somthing disgusting but neither of us said anything. a day or 2 passed adn we did it again adn noticed the smell again after we had been going at a while i said to my boyfriend " uh is that the condom or am i just smelling somthing weird " and he replied " omg you smell that too" and i said " yeah kinda smells like rotton eggs doesnt it" Unfortuntly we bought a box that had like 36 condoms in there and they were rather expensive so didnt want them to go to waste so we used them all some smelt worse then others.
so we went back to walmart to find somthign different and Both walmarts we live near a walgreens and cvs pharmacy only had the ones that smelt disgusting so we went back to one of the walmarts and asked if they had any packed away and she pulled out the "trojan *magnum* hot and cold pack" so those are pok they dont smell bad BUT WHY THE HELL do our walmart stores really only carry one type of Large sized condoms and why the hell does trojan not have a complaints page. Trojan so far are the worst condoms i have come across and arent they ment to be americas numbere one brand

A soon as I had contact with the condom it felt like flesh eating acid on my genitalia. 2 weeks later it turned into what I thought might be a yeast infection. Went to the doctor they found nothing wrong. I have been burning for 2 years now and ive been tested poked and proded and have no disease. Wtf does anybody else have this problem? Help.

My boyfriend an I used the vibrator ring condom. It promised us extra pleasure. However the battery wore out before I reached my climas. I don't think this product is good for people with boyfriends like mine who have the STAMINA and ABILITY to LAST. The battery barely made it to 20 minutes. Our sessions usually last more than a half hour. As a result, we had to engage in oral sex to complete our love-making session and this is unsanitary and I don't care for the taste of it one bit.
