Dear Sir or Madam, I booked and paid twice for the same hotel room. We did not occupy another hotel room. On 06 Jan I booked and paid £304.73 on my VISA statement and booked and paid £304.73 again on 07 Jan. This was due to ambiguous wording on the Love Holidays website. I wasn't positive I'd booked the first time and besides, Love Holidays should have spotted this discrepancy when I booked the second time on 07 Jan and rescinded the second payment. I had Hilton send Mellisa Rush(team leader at Love Holidays) proof we had only occupied one room and were told it was fully paid for at £304.73. But, she is adamant about refusing me a refund.
