Was not told of conents of product when I wanted to try it, No one even responded to request of product contents.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i ordered a trial sample of this product about 8 months ago and then i cancelled, however, i keep getting charged through my bank account and no i am severely in debt and NSF charges from monthlhy survival bills that need to be paid. i have asked for cancellation. they say you can call 2hrs a day 7 days a week, but no answer during weekend and box is full with no room for messages. I am going to bank Monday and completely stop this ridiculous charge. it's incredible that these people can just get away with this and not have some sort of legal actions brought against them. No company should have as many complaints on the internet as they do and have it fall on deaf ears. I do not ever want any trial offers from anyone again and the rest of America should follow suite. I called literally 5 seconds after clicking the "accept' of charges. I immediately got a call from the freud department of my bank carrying my credit card. They have been told to "flag" purchases made from this company. Talk about Fraud it took me literally 2 weeks of calling daily for them to cancel an order that I never agreed to pay major charges on. Fortunately I put a block on my card so that they would not be authorized to charge anything on it. I did recieve my free sample. Lets see what happens with results. I hate the fact that people pray on individuals that are suffering with being over weight talk about preying on the weak. Not cool...would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your cash and excercise.
