TriSlim Ordered free trial pet joint pills (free) just pay S/H

I ordered online a 'free' sample of pet joint pills for my elderly dog (which sadly has passed away since). I was to pay $5 for S&H. I did so, received my product and then my dog passed away without even finishing the sample pkt. Now I received another box of joint pills, order #: LGQ11644343 supposidly ordered 10-2-15, a statement was included with no charges attached. After reviewing many other complaints this is apparently a total scam and they now have my card information and no way to contact anyone or cancel the order. I will be contacting Silver Springs Chamber of Commerce and the NV Better Business Bureau. I will cancel my card if need be. I want these additional orders I'm apparently going to be charged for and continueing to get STOPPED NOW! I now have 2 bottles of this pet joint pills for a dog that sadly doesnt exist anymore. Completely disgusted, Anita Jung [protected]

I ordered diet pills for my husband with free trial, postage pay only. The trial period was only 5 days (i thought more than that), we received product on thurs with weekend coming up, I went ahead & returned product and had account canceled. Then I was billed 149.? which made me overdraft @ my bank. I called trislim, cancelled account again and they deposited 134.86. Now today I rec'd 2 more bottles of these diet pills, not charged, yet.I wrote on package "return to sender", unopened, but I'm afraid they will charge me again. TriSlim TriSlim Body Transformation Formula

I received an email that I would receive a free trial bottle of TriSlim in the next 3 to 5 business days. I did not even order this product. I believe that they will charge my credit card for a hefty $89.90 if I do not cancel within 14 days. How do I deal with this issue? I do not knoe how they got my address. I did order AcaiOptimum and ColoThin from other companies but not TriSlim. How do I get hold of TriSlim to cancel this.

Charged 176.32 to my debit card without authorizing. I called to cancel, spkoke to a lady that could hardly speak english and she said no refund, maybe 85% refund. After I orderd the trial offer I read the ingredients and decided not to take them. I have not opened them and asked to return them, the lady would not give me an address or information where to send them. I dont not know if I will be refunded or not. TOTAL SCAM!

I am beinbg charged for pills I did not receive or want. I cancelled but still was billed $149.85 and $15.95. After receiving the trial package, I checked with my doctor and was told that because of my high blood pressure I should not try any diet meds, especially since she did not know what was in them. I ordered their trial size and paid the s/h of $4.95 on my credit card. I called the company and told them not to send me any more product as it is worthless and does no good. Whoever I spoke to acknowledged my cancellation. Yesterday (February 28, 2009) I received another bottle. I do not want this and refuse to pay for it, but I cannot locate the phone number for the company now.

This company is a rip off and belongs with the Madoff guy in New York prison. I WILL get my money back, and by the way, their product sucks.

TriSlim unathurized charges

sent more product after I requested them to stop. Then they wanted to refund only 85% of my costs...the customer service rep( if you want to call him that) Francis, kept tryingt to sell me more products, I had to ask him 4 times to remove the headset he was using so that I could hear him as his headset kept fading in and out. Very poor customer service, I also asked to speak to his supervisor which I never did get to talk to. He would only give me an email address to request my refunds.

TriSlim Ordered w/o knowing

I ordered a free trial on a website for COLOCURE ! EXCEPT after I put in my credit card # and read that there was a extremely high fee to pay for it after 15 days, I imediatly tried to cancel it w/o any luck until 2/3 days later when they called to confirm. At this time I severed all ties (so I thought) unaware that with the free trial of colocure also came something called trislim! When I recieved my credit card bill for the month of Aug. there were two $77.55 charges on there that I had no idea where they were from! At this point I started calling #'s to find out where they came from at which time I was informed that when I ordered the colocure, the trislim automatically came with it, and when I cancelled the colocure I didn't cancel this trislim, which I had no idea that I ever ordered! I recieved a package in the mail about a week after I placed the order. Not wanting anything to do with this I put RETURN TO SENDER ON THE PACKAGE(UNTOUCHED, UNOPENED) AND PUT IT BACK IN THE MAILBOX FOR PICKUP THE NEXT DAY! I feel as though this was a big trick(SCAM). I would like for my card to be credited for this fee, especially since I never recieved anything but once(returned it)and nothing else.BUT SOMEHOW STRANGELY SO I RECIEVE (2) HIGH PRICE CHARGES ON MY CARD! I AM VERY DISAPOINTED BY THIS, I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE OF THE INTERNET, ESPECIALLY AND ADVERTISED QUOTE (UNQUOTE) FREE TRIAL B.S.

Dear Sirs: I have had fraudulent acctivity on my card and there were two charges from your company that were charged to my account. They were both for $77.55. The lady, Jen Campon that works for you took one charge off but she wouldn't remove the other one. I never received the product and I don't want it! I cancelled all further activity on their end. I want the second charge of the above amount removed and credited to my card! If you do not do this I will file a dispute with the card company. I want this issue resolved immediately. Thank you for your quick response to this matter. Sincerely, Mrs. Ann E. Gerber

I took it with me but i couldnt remember to take it properly, so i dont know if i like it yet. i come home to a package of three bottles with no paper work. i look at my emails to see when they notified me, and how much it cost. NOTHING! no email, no paper work, and nothing on the bottle to call and find out about, just an email address on the bottle that brought me here where i cant figure out anything. no answers at all. VERY BAD BUSINESS! i will never use again, if i can find out how to stop it.

My account was charged $87.77 for a product I never ordered. When I ordered Colon Cure free trial it never stated that I must take TriSlim in conjunction with Colon Cure...but when I cancelled membership within the 14 day trial period I was told I could not get my money back...they kept insisting I at least try this product to which I kept repeating that I wanted my $87.77 put back into my account. After insisting for 20 minutes Jack, rep for company, final said I would only get 85% back by returning the product unopened, which is what I have done. Now we shall see how long it takes to get my money back.

I recieved my trial pills on Thursday feb 19 2017, took them to my dr. and he said i couldn't take them with meds i'm already takening so i called Monday Feb 23 2017 to cancel them. When i put my pay roll check in my account Feb 25, 2009i noticed that 159.00 and 15.95 was charged to my account which didn't have money in it so i recieved $60 worth of bounce fees on top of the money they took. When i called to tell them what they had done they told me they weren't responsable because they start the trial as soon as u order them and to allow 5 day shipping time I explain that even if that was so it hadn't passed the 15 day trail they told me the best they could do was give me 134.00 so thats all i got out of 174.95 plus $60 overdraft fees.Bank said they would give back the $60 if I got back all the money but they refuse to return my money this is the worst thing that can happen just doing a supposible free trail!

I also ordered a free trial and paid the shipping. After checking out, I was informed on the website that I would be charged automatically for the next shipment of 3 bottles and membership charges for two other "diet" help sites. I became so angry that I called them right away and told the representative that if their product worked then why would I need all these other memberships etc. I explained that all I wanted was the free trial. If their product worked then I'd continue with it. I also told them that I didn't trust that I would receive the trial product soon enough to have the full trial period they offered and that they needed to give me more time. They changed (or so said) my cancellation due date, giving me an extra week. They lied! Luckily I saw a charge of 149. going through my bank - not yet processed. I called my bank (Wachovia) and told them what happened. They called the number for TriSlim and we had a three way call. My bank did need their permission to remove the charge but they easily got the rep to do so with their intimidation. If this happens to you, get your bank involved because you'll get your money back a lot faster. By the way, I received the auto shipment two weeks later and I have not opened it and I'm not sending it back to them either. They have scammed so many people so they LOSE!

I recently ordered something called Colocleanse "free trial" pay shipping. It arrived and a bottle of Tri Slim came with it. I never ordered it. When I called ColoCleanse, they said they had nothing to do with TriSlim. There was no phone number on my charge account bill like other items ordered have. I can't find a way to stop shipments and I hate to pay for a product that I didn't order and probably can't even use due to kidney disease. What a black eye for internet mail orders and the city of Silver Springs, NV

I too ordered Colocleanse "free trial" pay shipping. It arrived and a bottle of Tri Slim came with it but I didn't order that. We contacted the bank to find out that they had made 2 withdrawals for $85 & $87. When I called ColoCleanse, they said they had nothing to do with TriSlim. The only way that you can make them stop charging your account is by asking for the bank to cancel the card and issue another one. This way they don't have access to your account again. Then just keep sending the products back unopened. And yes this whole matter sucks.

TriSlim Scammers

I seen this ad for a diet product called TriSlim. I printed and kept all necessary info that was presented to me for the purchase of this product. So they gave me 28 days to try this product of 3 capsules a day, how funny they can count to take your money real quick off your debit card but cant calculate how many pills to go into a bottle. huh! Well i go on line and i see there is two debit of $15.85 and another for $149.95. to be debited out of my checking. I got on the phone and spoke to a gentleman i could barely understand that i had to argue with to make him understand i didnt want the product and that i was canceling and that no money was to be taken out of my account. Low and be hold i look on line later just to check an i went bolistic. I got back on the phone and i got so mad at the lady i wont even repeat what i had to say to her and that it had not been 28 days of use and that i hadnt even had the bottle 10 DAYS, I yelled and screamed and finally got through to the girl on the other selling this product. I told her that this company was a hoax and they indeed should have no accesss to the internet of all the complaints, it is a SCAM/ get them off. Any way i was told i was going to get only $134.00 back. so i guess i will be calling back. Please if any of you people out there value anything you have do not order TRISLIM, the pill does nothing but cause your blood pressure to rise and they still try to rob you and take your money. STOP DON'T DO IT !

I had not heard of this product until I received it in the mail. Then I received charges of over 160 dollars and never even knew what was going on. I checked the bottle and found the Trislim website. www.trislim.com Then I went to the website and found the number of where the charges come from. The number is [protected]. After many times of telling them that I did not want the product and would never want the product and that I would press charges against them if they continued to tell me what I was missing out on. They finally put a refund on my account. They gave me a refund number and I wanted to share this number and website with everyone so they can be warned. TriSlim Fraud and cheating

I signed up for a free trial bottle of Trislim. The original email notification that the trial bottle was sent said that you could cancel at any time. I deleted the email thinking that with each shipment they would supply the different means of contact you would use to reach them. I received 5 future shipments that all came with no way to contact them as a company, to ask questions or cancel shipments. After much frustration I fortunately found the original email in my deleted folder that had an email address and phone number. I called the 800 number for their customer service and received extremely rude service when I said that I wanted to cancel all future shipments effective immediately.

I cancelled trislim, and did receive a refund, but not 100%. I then received more charges for colocure, which i had assumed was cancelled also as it came in the same package. After a phone call re the charges for colocure, i was directed by joanna, id# 7887, to email corporate@trislimusa.com, and told that they would resolve the issue. There is no corporate@trislim.com. All i got was this website, and i want these issues settled. This is a fraudalent way to run a business, and if there is a lawsuit, i want to join it! I need to have no more shipments of colocure, and i want a refund for the charges of 5/4/09 of $4.95 and 49.95 refunded immediately. Please respond.

Beware of Trislim products trial for free. It will cost you MUCH MORE in aggravation. They don't tell you that you will automatically be charged monthly for a new supply, at $59.99. If you return to sender unopened, they don't care. They keep charging you. You have to call and fight with them. THey will eventually refund some of your money. There is a "restocking fee" so you will still lose money.

Further, 3 or 4 months later, you will be getting $29.99 deducted from your account every 2 weeks. This will be under the name my fitness-click income, Sandy UT. Of course there is no phone or listing for you to contact and dispute the charges. We have received NO services or products in the mail, just money removed from our account.

BEWARE and DON'T DO IT!

I never ordered any product but found a charge on 2/9/09 of $24.49 on my bank statement with this company's name and phone # listed. I called 3 times and got a run-around from their Customer Service when I demanded that they get my name off their list and refund the unauthorized draw on my checking account. They claimed they had not done it and had no acct. # under my name. When I asked how they got my name, no response. When I asked them if it wasn't them, how their name and phone # was listed on my bank statement. All they kept saying was they did not know either. I have written to the Attorney General of Utah, where this company is located, and asked for an investigation into this scam.

I mistakenly ordered this online for 2.95. Once I realized that they were going to send it automatically, i immediately cancelled. that was on nov. 11. I talked to to mark who gave me an RNA number and 102869. He assured me that there was not another shipment until the 25th. LIAR On the 17th of nov, there were charges from trislim for 87.77 and 88.55 for colon cure. Of course there are two different toll free numbers to call and if you call them you will get nowhere. Now i recieve my credit card statement and there are five more charges for the same damn thing and i have not received a thing. The charges are for 11-24 24.95, 11-25 19.95, 12-2 87.77, 12-3 6.95, 12-3 88.55. Now they are telling me on the phone that i waited too long. I just got the damn bill. I want my money credited back to my account. I am also contacting the better business bureau.

I ordered "Free trial" of TriSlim and only had to pay shipping and handling... I had 14 days to decide if I wanted to continue with the product. After taking the "Free trial" sample.. I found that the pills had an adverse effect on my stomach and I became very ill, so I called to cancel the order. I was told there was no problem and given a confirmation number indicating that the order had been cancelled.. However I have been billed three additional times on my credit card for $29.99... These people are crooks and this is a rip off. They bill your credit card and do not send a product to you. Do not fall for this Scam.

I just received my credit card with a very odd charge for $19.95 on 1/21/09 listed as www.fit-fac.com. I researched what this charge could be, And found out that on 1/6/09 this TriSlim was the source of the charge. This was an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I cancelled the product right after I filled out the info and was given 2 cancellation numbers. This is the 2nd credit card statement since this happened. It is a Fraud Scam! My credit card company is taking care of them...

Sure wish I'd checked out this site prior to signing up for a FREE sample; like they say, if it sounds too good to be true . . . Everything that others have said is true! That damn fine print, cancel in 14 days, or you're charged and automatically enrolled in monthly/3 month shipments, hundreds! of dollars on your charge card before you are aware of it. Their credit policy is attrocious! This is truly one of the biggest rip-offs I've ever seen; and can one truly evaluate the effectiveness of the products in 2 weeks or less (in order to cancel and not be taken to the cleaners - guess that's where the "cleansing" takes place). I'm very angry; and beg you not to take that first "free" offering.

I have been charged for the past 2 months for $29.99 for the TriSlim product, without even being sent anything. I had been contacted by my bank and they gave me a phone number to call, which I did and had to leave a message or send an e-mail to them. Upon sending the e-mail to them, it came back to me as undeliverd due to an illegal host domain. And no one returns your calls. I am calling my bank and telling them that I did not authorize these charges. Everyone reading this, needs to call their banks. Luckily I have a bank that calls me when they see something suspicious.

I authorized a charge for a free sample. I rec'd the free sample but started getting bottle of pills called Trislim and just noticed $149.85, $15.95 on my credit card. I just received another bottle so Im sure I will have another charge. The pills come in the mail with no bill so I dont know who to contact. I did try the pills and they are a joke. completely worthless. Reading other complaints I see Im not alone. Please advise how I stop these charges and is ther anyway to get my money back?

TriSlim Unauthorized Charges

I signed up for the free 15-day trial and received a confirmation email of my order. The email "clearly" stated that my free trial would begin the day that I received my bottle of TriSlim. The order was placed on 12/14/2008, the shipping charge appeared on my bank statement on 12/15/2008 and I did not received the bottle until 12/23/2008. I called today (12/29/2008) to ensure that I wouldn't get enrolled on the auto-ship program but they already had claiming that the trial began the day I placed the order. I tried to contest and plea my case with the Indian woman who claimed to be named "Mark" and she insisted that the 3 bottles have shipped for $150 dollars and couldn't be canceled. I told her that I would return the product and she insisted that I couldn't return the order. Then asked me to try the product and I told her that my doctor advised me not to take it because of my daily prescription medication and then she asked me to give them to my friends! I got her to extend the Virtual Fitness Guide free trial to January 3rd but otherwise, she would have charged me $29.95 on top of the $150. I also spoke to the Fitness Factory people and they had me enrolled in their program already. The lady got to extend my free trial to January 9th so that I wouldn't incur an additional charge of $19.95.

Signed up for 15 day free trial of Trislim, using my credit card to pay for shipping costs only. After 10 days my credit card account was charged for the next months supply of $59.95. I immediately contacted them by email, canceled the Trislim. On 9/15/08 I received an email from support@trislimusa.com that my billing issues were resolved, my credit card account was refunded and that my account had been canceled.

I noticed on my January 2009 credit card statement a charge for $29.99 to My Fitness-Clickincome which I had no idea what it was for or how they got my credit card information. After checking back I realized two more charges from them for $29.99 in November and December.

I immediately called my credit card company to report this. Further researching the company online, I found several sites reporting fraud and in one such report found that they were somehow connected with Trislim.

I have attempted to call both phone numbers for Trislim and My Fitness-ClickIncome, Trislim is no longer a working number and My Fitness-ClickIncome is always busy.

This is definitely a scam, by Trislim telling me my account is canceled and then waiting two months after that to start charging my credit card account from My Fitness.

It is apparent there are no free trials with shipping costs only applied, it is just a way to get your credit card information and then scam you later.

I agreed to a $4.95 shipping charge to try this product. That is all. I have been charged on my credit card two amounts: 88.55 and 77.55 (transaction date 7/16 posted 7/20) then again the same amounts: 88.55 and 77.55 plus 2.95 (transaction date 8/1 posted 8/4). When I phoned they said they would credit the first transaction less a 15% re-stocking charge but I was told I had to register my complaint here for the second transaction. I am reporting this unauthorized transaction to my credit card and will proceed with further action if necessary. Two items were shipped in each package: ColoCure and TriSlim. Please let me know how this correction will be handled.

My checking account was debited for funds that I did not authorize. When I contacted the number to have the funds returned to my account I was given an e-mail address in which I was to e-mail for the funds to be returned. The e-mail address is corporate@trislimusa.com.

I fell for a FREE trial offer of colon thin, after which popped up the message thank you for joining some diet plan. I cancelled at once, and sent the unopened bottle back according to instructions given me. I now get a charge of $87.77 on my credit card bill. I did not order this, was taken in by a scam on the internet, and cannot take it because I am in remission, and the dr. said no. We are seniors and cannot afford any such charge, nor do we want your product. I was assured this was cancelled when I called--- twice. The same applies to the Triothin which was returned unopened. Another charge of $87.77Please attend to this matter so I will not have to contact the BBB. Thank you.
