Tripsta / wrong advice when trying to cancel a flight.
I am trying to organise a flight cancellation, Tripsta has advised that I must contact the airline(KLM), who advised me that I must cancel via Tripsta. I have emailed Tripsta twice and got the same reply, which means that Tripsta replies to emails with a rote message which is an autoreply, and does not answer questions. Their phone number also doesn't connect.
