Tripsta scam

This company is fraudulent and will be legally pursued until passengers get their money back. I cancelled my flight with tripsta due to an airline flight change and was entitled to a full refund which tripsta confirmed. After a few months of correspondence and tripsta staff continuing to blame the airline for delays with the refund and claiming they are sending them reminders, they stopped responding to emails at the beginning of July. After July, every time I send an email i receive a shady automatic reply with no signature that says if I have any issues with my ticket I need to deal with the airline directly (which we all know never works), while tripsta is undergoing customer service changes. NONE of the phone numbers listed ANYWHERE on the internet for tripsta work. If you try to book a flight on the tripsta website now, a message on their home pages says that tripsta is not taking new bookings at the moment. It has been more than three months since my ticket was cancelled and tripsta has completely disappeared off the face of the earth.

Tripsta wrong advice when trying to cancel a flight.

I am trying to organise a flight cancellation, Tripsta has advised that I must contact the airline(KLM), who advised me that I must cancel via Tripsta. I have emailed Tripsta twice and got the same reply, which means that Tripsta replies to emails with a rote message which is an autoreply, and does not answer questions. Their phone number also doesn't connect.

Tripsta flight cancellation

I have been told by the airlines repeatedly that I need to cancel the booking through Tripsta my travel agent, but they are completely uncontactable.

none of their phone numbers work, their email sends exactly the same automated message, I am not sure this company legally exists and provides a service as I have never used them before.

They have completely ripped me off.

Tripsta not getting my refund for booking no. f103601217

I was rejected from the MEA front desk to take the flight because of visa related matter . Then I immediately called the Airlines hotline and cancelled the going ticket . So please do the needful to refund the whole ticked as we will not be able to fly. Appreciate your concern and prompt response.

I kept calling all the contact numbers I managed to find in the internet as well as sending many emails requesting the refund of my ticket but NO RESPONSE from your end.
Hence, please treat this matter with more concern and expedite refunding my ticket.

Tripsta a refund was never made and no feedback

I have made a reservation for 2 tickets with booking no. F99525116, I cancelled my booking on June 1st, 18 then recieved a confirmation email of refund with no action, i called back and sent manu emails then i was told i ll get a refund within 30 days. It has been almost 2 months and no refund, i sent many emails and no reply and no one is answering the phone.

Tripsta is operating fraudulently and should be prosecuted for ripping of travellers with the absence of any customer support, their phoney website and a complete absence of anyway of contacting them post booking (phoney contact numbers, automated responses to emails telling you to go talk to the airline directly and the airlines telling you you have to talk to the agent...). unbelievable that a company can operate in this way.

Tripsta refund tickets

I bought the tickets on 5 May, 2018 2 tickets from Tripsta, yesterday I received a call from AirMoldova saying that my tickets have cancelled because Tripsta didn't pay to the airline . I receive the e-ticket from Tripsta and invoice. I don't how to get in touch with Tripsta to get the refund. Could you please help me .

Tripsta refund not received

I have seen several complaints what i am about to write, TRIPSTA cancelled my booking without my consent. Trip which i planned was a surprise visit to my family and now that has been jeopardized. Anyways i have lost hopes that TRIPSTA will re book and i have done it myself now thru airline directly. Where is my money and when will i receive it. i have had a chat with airline and they informed that the amount has already been refunded... to whom was it refunded ? TRIPSTA or my account ? you guys have left me with no choice other than filing a case against your company. i may have to spend some extra money but i am sure its worth a try since you are not being responsible for your acts. good Luck

Tripsta refund not received

I booked flights in south africa george to joburg return with tripsta. The return journey was delayed and tripsta could claim a refund on my behalf from south african express airways. Despite having all the information and contacts in south africa four months and five customer service representatives (supposedly) no refund was obtained. During this time i discovered i had paid a 100% premium on the ticket price so my refund could only be for half what i paid. Tripsta booking refund ref: f74696607 original booking reference with tripsta 6w7chr. In addition the phone service was inoperative as the phone call was terminated by tripsta as soon as it rang. Tripsta did not get refund

Dear Sir/Madam
I booked 2 tickets on Tripsta for my kids from London to Maputo by Tap Portugal using Tripsta then we changed our plans and asked for refund but in a fist instance spoke to a member of staff who told me that we will get that in 28 days but last week got an email from Tripsta informing that we are not getting any money back as they have stopped selling tickets so we have to contact the airline, who are also not taking any responsibility in paying our money back.
What we should do now to have our money?
Please help me as we spent a lot and seems like this company is real fraud.

I booked a ticket on the 22nd of june 2018 after getting an invoice for the payment. I got another mail on the 23rd of june 2018 that my booking wasn't authorised due to security procedures for online transactions, so my booking was cancelled.But that i will get my refund in 1 to 5 working days.its 18th of july 2018. I am yet to receive my refund back. Its so frustrating . Please assist. Thank you

Tripsta cancellation of unused air ticket f103810275

I bought an airline travel ticket from online booking agent Tripsta. Due to medical reasons, I had to cancel it. Tripsta has stopped tradind and looks like had gone bust. Theu do not snswer phone. Any email sent to them comes back with autogenerated email asking to contact airline directly for making changes or cancellation of unused ticket as they have stopped trading/operations . However airline is refusing and asking me to go back to Tripsta.

Please cancel my ticket and refund the money.

Tripsta tripsta - wrong flight. no one will respond to help!

I booked my family a short trip to Paris. When the confirmation came through it stated the wrong flights. I queried this and asked for flights to be changed to the correct flights. I then receive an email to say there is nothing you can do and contact Air France direct. I did this and no one can help as do not have access to my booking. Now Tripsa are ignoring my emails and I can't get through on the telephone. The customer service is so very poor and I have now realised that a few people have had the same happen to them - confirmation has wrong flight details! I was willing to pay any amendment fee or even cancellation fee and then rebook but this isn't an option. They have just kept my money! I have requested a copy of the terms and conditions and asked for more info to allow me to contact the right department for Air France (reference numbers or telephone numbers) - I am getting no where!

Tripsta flights and customer service

I booked flights through tripsta from
Melbourne, Australia to Bali in September, I need to change these flights. When I called the airline these flights appeared to not exist no one Could find my flight anywhere.. called multiple airlines. Can not contact Tripsta in any way, have called multiple numbers online, they are all dead. Have emailed numerous times with no response.

Tripsta flight cancellation

Hi I have been trying to cancel my flight booked through Tripsta for days which is tomorrow I have sent several messages on the online contact form and no one gets back to me I have tried calling both UK numbers one doesn't work and the other just cuts off after 5 seconds. This is atrocious and really unfair, they are the ones giving all travel companies a bad name.

Tripsta they cancelled my flights

I am suppose to be travelling KL-Santorini on 11 July with TK via Istanbul. I got an email yesterday saying my flights has been cancelled.

I contact Turkish Airlines and Aegan and they have said that it was Tripsta who cancelled the reservation and it was no longer valid. The airlines cannot help me and was told to speak with Tripsta.

I have emailed twice (7/8 July), I have tried to call EVERY number for Tripsta I can find online, I have also sent them a message via facebook. No reply from any.

Please help, how can I get a refund or reinstate my flights as I need to travel?

Tripsta no reply to online request form and non of customer services numbers working

I am urgently trying to cancel a flight due to serious illness and can't get a response from Tripsta. The airline says they cannot cancel because booking and payment made thru Tripsta. Very frustrating and unsatisfactory. None of Tripsta numbers working not even premium numbers
I have sent 3 on-line requests for a reply but their generic message says cancellation must be done with airline- the airline says this is not the case

Tripsta flight booking

I booked flights for my family of 4 through Tripsta to fly with Qatar from Perth to Paris. I paid extra for a service package to allow for changes and cancellations. When my wife had to stay back a week due to work we called Tripsta to change dates of her ticket. Tripsta explained we had to cancel my wife's ticket and they would only charge us Qatar's cancellation fee of approx £100. We agreed and ticket was cancelled. We bought new ticket directly from Qatar. We then received an email from Tripsta that only less than half of the ticket price would be able to be refunded. When I then contacted Tripsta to complain they sent me a very friendly email apologizing for the confusion and that we would get a refund of the cancelled ticket as per the agreed conditions. All this happened before our departure to Paris.
A couple of days after our arrival in France we received an email from Tripsta informing us that they wouldn't be able to refund us the cancelled ticket due to "technical problems" and we had to contact the airline Qatar.
This is obviously not an option. We tried. As the tickets were purchased from Tripsta. So we are now waiting for Tripsta to respect the commitment they made during a call and an email to refund us the ticket minus the approx. £100 Qatar charges for the cancellation. We have repeatedly contacted Tripsta and I'm now in contact with an UK based lawyer specialised in the travel industry.

Tripsta refund

I had booked a ticket through there agency. But there was a change in the flight from the airlines side so I cancelled the flight and asked for a refund.
The airline agreed to a full refund and the agency told me that i should get my money back in about a week. I called them after about 13 days, but their phones do not work. I emailed them and filled the contact forms.
Finally they reverted that their agency is under insolvency and i should contact the airlines directly for refund.First of all why should they ? I paid you and you are supposed to pay it back. But i still called the airline and they told ghe same thing. They can not do anything about it.
Tripsta buys the tickets in bulk when the prices are low and sells them at a profit.So they have no responsibility as an airline.
So why would you not pay me atlst what i just paid for. It is tripsta's responsibility to refund me. I earn ut the hard way and not by swindling people.
Return my money.
