Tripsta refund of tickets

BOM/CCI/SM/100219/4709006 : Refund Issue for Return - Bangalore to Amsterdam - [protected]/[protected] TXJXAB

I am writing to share our concern about our booking made on April 20, 2018 with Tripsta (Merchant) flight tickets from Bangalore to Amsterdam (return) from Jet Airways. A transaction was made for an amount of 73, 000( Approx) using ICICI credit card.

Our tickets were booked for November 8, 2018 as attached, . We came to the airport and at the counter we were informed by jet airways that our tickets our cancelled by the Merchant and refunded and were not allowed to board the flight.

We have received no intimation from the merchant or Travel agent on the cancellation or refund whatsoever. .

The travel agency has shut shop and we are not able to reach them however bank says Tripsta denies cancellation.

Kindly help us get the refund at the earliest. I can be reached on my mobile.

Tripsta non refund of cancelled air maroc ticket 1475364883820/1475364883819 salami

Dear Team,
It is worrisome to note that till date we could not seal the business transaction established since 20/04/2018.

I have written an official complain on 26/06/2018 to both parties (AIR MAROC and your humble self) but the airline re-directed me to you which you categorically stated that you had operational issues. Please note that the airline turned down the explanation you gave and till date we are yet to get our refund.

Kindly use your good office to re-visit this issue as it has caused my family some finacial crisis and we will be ready to go to the authorities involved in other to recover our fund.

Tripsta ticket cancelled and not received money yet

hi

i bought the flight ticket from tripsta

it was 3/10/2018 20:30 icn to syd QF368
and return was 13/10/2018 11:15 syd to kix

i paid those 13/05/2018 and received the E ticket of them. so it completed.

but when i went to check in, assistant said it had been cancelled already and refunded so there was no valid ticket for me.

i never get a notice that cancelled and even i didnt get a money back.

i missed the flight anyway, but i want refund that you extolled. you never send me the email or call, it cost a lot to me, everything was waited because of your company.

I am sorry, but Tripsta is bankrupt, you lost your money. Happened the same to me.

Tripsta request refund the flight ticket

hi. i bought the plane ticket 13th/5 2018 on the website 2people from icn to syd 3th/10/2018.
i had not informed that ticket had been cancelled so i came to airport to departure.
but airline said it had been cancelled already, so my ticket was not available.
so i tried to contact hompage tripsta.kr and calling but not possible to connect.
i ve never got refund all of this.
so i request all the money i ve paid the ticket.
it is so unreasonable and outraged.

Tripsta tickets refund money not received

On 06th june 2018 I purchased 5 tickets for my family through Turkish airlines from Doha to Algiers we received Etickets unfortunately while travelling upon reaching the airport we were informed that these tickets were not confirmed and consequently tickets were refunded from Turkish airlines to a travel agency (Al Sarh) based in Arabi Saoudia and so far i did not received anything .

Tripsta payment not received

Hi I have booked my flight ticket in may from Newark(EWR) to Chennai(MAA) But i had to cancel that trip. So i called the customer Care agent. He cancelled my ticket and said that refund would be processed in 7 days. but it has been 3 months i have got my refund yet. Now when i go check the company website it says the company has been discontinued. My booking reference was F103841855. Now i don't know what to do.

Tripsta reschedule flight and no communication

we are a family of 3 travelling to Melbourne from London 25/12/18 - 12/01/19 with Garuda Indonesia for a family wedding,
other family members have been advised by their booking company's that the flight is rescheduled and they have been offered alternative flights with accommodation.
I have tried on several occasions to call tripsta - no reply. I have emailed several times but no response. We are desperate to rearrange our flights asap as the availability is beginning to look limited with only 15 weeks to go!
Tripsta do not answer or reply and we do not know what to do - I believe they have a legal obligation to offer an alternative or refund? the details of the booking are as follows

Tripsta payment not received

Hi,
I had booked my air ticket from Tripsta.ae in the month of April 2018. I couldn't travel on the mentioned date because of very poor customer service by tripsta.ae. They haven't sent me my ticket confirmation after the payment was debited from my account. on the same day, I had checked with the Air India team online about my ticket status with the booking reference No issued by tripsta.ae.
The Air India team had said that my ticket stands canceled due to payment delay from the ticketing agent "Tripsta.ae". Hence, I was disappointed and started following it up with the agent "Tripsta. ae" one fine day, I see all the emails reflecting in my inbox about my ticket confirmation. I had thankfully taken a snapshot of the chat where Air Inda team had said that my ticket stands canceled. I had fought with the Air India team and got approved my entire fight fare without any cancellation charges.
Now the Air India team says that the amount, I would get it from the agent "Tripsta. ae". for the past one month, I have been trying to reach the team of "Tripsta. ae" there is no response towards my repayment from any of the team. I have raised the issue through multiple emails and through their website. Still, I do not see any progress about my repayment status. I would certainly wish if i could get any solution for this situation. please guide me and please do not help of entertaining the unethical business players in the online world, who just rob their customers.

Tripsta airfare agency

My experience with Tripsta, like other customers, was that my trip was canceled and they said I needed to ask for a refund through the airlines. When I called the airlines, they said I needed to ask for a refund through the booking agency. When I try to contact Tripsta, the only way to contact them with through the contact form online, which they never responded to, and luckily I did get through to an agent when I called initially, who assured me I would receive a full refund. That did not occur, and attempts to reach out again were unanswered and all phone numbers listed for Tripsta are now defunct.

Tripsta's reviews and reports are terrible; I should've investigated that earlier. Luckily I am assuming that most people use a CC to book, so file a dispute with them. I did and so far so good. My lesson- go through the airline to book or at least a reputable company.

Tripsta flight - full flex premium

I paid for a full flex risk free premium for my upcoming flight to the UK and as such I contacted Tripsta in early July, initially to change a leg of my journey well within their stated timeframes. I then received an automated response telling me to contact the carrier which I did but was referred back to you and told that you had purchased non refundable, non transferable tickets when I paid you a substantial sum of money in order to have this flexibility.

Upon reading this I contacted Tripsta again wishing to cancel the return leg of this trip from London to Manila on the 22nd of August entirely. Again I received an automated response and nothing else.

I have been defrauded by Tripsta and am looking into legal options as they have no avenues to make any contact with them where a response is received.

Tripsta I wish to get a refund from missing flight but cannot go through the refund page at all

Dear Tripsta,

My friend and I booked Tripsta flight from KUL-DAR-KUL but we missed flight DAR-KUL since Oman Air did not allow us to check in even we already checked in online in advance. Oman Air asked us to get refund from the website we bought the ticket. Please help us. My name is ANCHALEE KITTIARAM and my friend NANTHANA UDOMCHAIPHATTHANAKIT. Tripsta booking reference f99494111

Just raise an issue as I did booked the tickets to travel to India from 26th July until 16th August for 4 passengers unfortunately due to personal reason one of the passenger couldn't travel we did inform the airways and cancelled the tickets for that particular passenger and the airline advised us to contact Tripsta and suggested we should getback the payment for airport taxes I tried to contact Tripsta many tome no reply and emailed, received automated reply they will contact me until now I haven't got any reply. Can you just give me a reason why no one bother to reply or contact us. It would be great full if I get a response asap.

Tripsta flight cancellation

Flight Booking Reference - F102857780

I had booked a flight ticket through Tripsta in the month of May 2018, due to an error my wife's surname didn't come through in the ticket itinerary. I immediately contacted Tripsta who asked me to get in touch with Air India, I visited Air India office in Mumbai and was informed the ticket cannot be changed and I need to get in touch with my booking agent (Tripsta) and cancel the ticket. From the Air India office itself I contacted Tripsta via email to cancel my wife's ticket, initially, they confirmed with me £176.06 will be refunded within 10 working days. After that they came back saying only £75.00 will be refunded as I canceled just one day before the flight which was lying by their customer agent. Upon numerous complaints and emails, with evidence of the conversation over email I had with their agent, they still haven't got back to me. Up until date, I have sent them over 10 complaint emails and still, no reply has been received. I have even called their UK based customer's service tel no but nobody picks up it keeps on ringing. The agent who I have been dealing with her name is Evgenia Liou from Passenger Service Center, who is a complete fraudster. I urge all the travelers out there booking flights through Skyscanner who get directed to Tripsta as the cheapest booking option for flights to completely avoid booking flights with them. They are a fraud company save your money and be stress-free! THEY STILL HAVENT REFUNDED ME MY MONEY ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS.

While booking my pickets I payed extra amount to ensure I will be refunded in the case of emergency:

Now I have such a case and while contacting Tripsta via written form, I get automatic reply which forwards me to the Swiss Air airline. I spoke with them and even without my insurence the ticket is refundable, but all the procedure must be performed through Tripsta.
I called today numbers of Tripsta in US, Canada, UK, but non of those numbers is active. Please see the screenshot of the performed calls.

Hope I will get answer through here. Otherwise I don't see any option but court.

Tripsta refund amount not received

Since I received email confirming of the cancellation for my booking F102933129 - sk19632 on 4th June 2018 tickets were Royal Jordanian Airlines RIYADH to Cairo round trip the refund didn't appear in my credit account despite many emails to Tripsta and phone calls but to no avail. I emailed even the Airlines directly they replied that I have to contact my travel agent.

Tripsta refund not received [id#[protected]]-booking ref: f96836244

We booked to fly on Iberia express through Tripsta flying from Gatwick to Seville via Madrid. The flight from Madrid to Gatwick was delayed. Please see details below. We were told by Tripsta that if "the new flight schedule meddles with your plans, please inform us accordingly, so we can contact the airline company and request additional alternative flights or a full refund for you." Since we would be travelling with 2 young children, we tool the refund option. After this, we were told that this wasn't possible, but after quoting the EU air travel policy on refunds if being moved to a different flight rather than a schedule change, we were offered a refund for the Gat-Sev onwards journey.

We were promised in writing that a refund request was registered with Iberia Express on the 5th March 2018. We were told that "the refundable amount is 427.84 GBP and that the duration of the refund process can take up to 15 business days". We are still being told that Iberia Express have not refunded the money. Iberia Express haven't responded to our customer complaints form registered online. I would like to know who is holding on to our refund money.

I've spent a lot of time chasing Tripsta with no luck and bitterly regret wasting our hard money. I've now checked their website and it seems that they're no longer issuing tickets...it doesn't look good.

Tripsta did not get refund

I cancelled my ticket on June 1st and I requested the refund of it. They assured it will be process with 10 working days. At this time I haven't received any information about it. I have been calling but the number is out of service. I would like to know the status of the process and of course my refund.

Tripsta flight booked via tripsta

Mail received from Tripsta on 31st May 2018.
"We would like to inform you that, as per your request, we have cancelled your booking F103268442, 143 SGD will be refunded, according to the service package and the fare's rules."

We had cancelled the booking in May 2018 but have yet not received the refund.

Amount to be received: SGD 143.

I have written to [protected]@tripsta.sg multiple times and have received only the automated reply which is not helpful at all. I also tried to contract through the phone no. provided in the automated mail, i.e., +[protected] but the no. seems invalid.

Request you to please get back to me as soon as possible.

Tripsta scam

I booked my flights via Tripsta in May 2018 for a family holiday which was planned for 7th Aug 2018. The money was debited from my account and an e-ticket was sent by email. Their ticket reservation number is F102875675. I decided to call the airline on 3rd Aug 2018 just to re-confirm the flight and to my surprise, I was told by the airline that my tickets have been suspended because they have not received any payment from Tripsta. I have tried calling all the Tripsta numbers but none of them are going through. Even their emails do not work as it responds back with an automated message. We have lost our money and I am now hoping that some sort of legal proceedings take place. This company is a SCAM
