Tripsta changing my flight ticket

Dear Sir/Madam,
I've been trying to contact Tripsta since last Friday for changing my outgoing flight Edinburgh- Beijing this Thursday the 5th - as for a family reason - to Sunday the 8th and willing to pay any extra charges if need it.
Tripsta has not replied to any of my e-mails -only sent me an automatic emails - and there is not a phone number to call them. Hainan the airline company does not want to do anything about it as the ticket was purchased with Tripsta.
This is a very frustrating situation as my fly is in 3 days and there is not much time to deal with this matter.
I just want to change dates and if I'm not going to use that flight ticket at least to have an answer to see how this can be repair.

Hi,

I have been trying to reach your customer support desk-USA but have been unable to. I do not get any reply to my mails/queries, just the automated mails.
My outgoing flight was cancelled by the airline and was to be fully refunded. I was told on 18th July that the refund has been initiated and would take about a week. But I still have not received it.The airline confirmed that they processed it on the 20th . Then why have I not received it yet? There is no way to know the status.There is no response and the phone numbers do not work.

Tripsta connection flight cancellation. no options offered

The worst service I had in over 25 years of traveling, if you are looking for good service do not book with tripsta, on my return flight from hong kong to denmark, the connection flight has been cancelled and received the worst customer service ever!

Long call holding time, no option offered and looks like I will have to stay in transfer airport connection flight for 7h after a 12h flight, incredible! Normally when these situation arise all normal travel agent will offer alternatives, not with them, be aware before you book, there are many better options than tripsta, be alert!

Tripsta no response for a amendment for tickets

Hi,

I have submitted multiple emails regarding an amendment on the time of my flight tickets. However, there is no reply as of till this date.

Date of incident: 12/6/2018 (latest email to date making an amendment request)

Description of incident: I need to make an amendment of my tickets from the current

departing date: 18/07/2018
returning date: 28/07/2018

and change the new dates to

new departing date: 04/09/2018
new returning date: 14/09/2018 instead.

However, we are due to fly soon and I tried contacting QANTAS but to no avail. They said I had to contact tripsta directly but I have failed to do so through emails and calls to all the numbers provided on the internet. They have claimed to be 24h operating on calls but they all either disconnect or says the number is no longer in use. Attached below is a copy of the receipt of payment also noting the itinerary of the flights

Desirable resolution:
I would like it if you could heed to my request as soon as possible as the flight will be due to fly very soon. If you could please make the amendments for me via your side from the current dates to my desired dates. Or give the authority to qantas to allow the change of dates and I will be able to personally deal with them instead in regards to the change. Could someone also send me a courtesy email via ashely.[protected]@hotmail.com to confirm that this message has been read and acknowledged? That would be greatly appreciated. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

Tripsta refund of tickets

Hello Sir..
My name is Farrukh Shaikh I've made tickets from dubai to Paris through tripsta website for me and my family. The booking number was F101475906 i cancelled my travel plan and request for refund on 25th of May. Then i got mail and confirmation that within 5 days I'll get around 5700 dhs in my account. For follow up i again called on 31st may then I've told by customer service that again we will make request to account department. Then i called again after 4 days on 4th June and they told me your cancellation is made on 31st may and you will get money back in your account. Sir still I'm waiting for the refund i request you kindly refund my amount. I made these tickets through my debit card and I mailed alot for refund but no reply and no refund.
I'm sure I will get soon response from your side.

Refund to Card might take upto 3 weeks. Please check your account statement regularly and contact the call center after 3 weeks.

Tripsta change of name

I fly to Bali on Sunday 10th and have entered my name as Chris and not Christopher as printed on my passport.

I recognise this is my error and willing to pay an admin fee to adjust this and spoken to Thai airways and they have requested that tripsta change this as they are the travel agent.

After numerous emails tripsta are liaring to me and telling me that Thai airways are not allowing them to change the name and I will have to cancel my flight and will not be refund any money.

I haven't slept for 3 nights worrying about my holiday of a lifetime and need an urgent response. I have no other option than to take this to the regulator and to the press, which would be very embarrassing surely a name change can be sorted!

Tripsta changing ticket

I have submitted a cancellation and refund request on tripsta page, I did get a reply that you will get back as soon as possible but it has already been 2 days now.
I have contacted the call center that claims that it is open 24/ 7, but I was kept on hold for 10 minutes and this costed me for making an international call.
If I haven't been connected why have I been charged for listening to the IVR.

Tripsta air ticket cancellation and refund

Booking number F103976912.
I had booked return air tickets for 6 pax via tripsta
Kochi to Colombo on 24th May and 27th May.
Unfortunately my father expired and I had to postpone/ cancel my ticket. I contacted tripsta by mail on 20th and they responded the next day tellling the amount of refund. I mailed them frequently, and they asked me to pay the balance amount for postponement of journey. I agreed but payment could not be done because they were not picking up my calls. I sent many mails and they didn't do anything. Then I asked them to cancel my tickets and give the possible refund. They replied that will give 5700 INR per passenger as refund. I agreed. But they haven't done anything till now. No response to my mail also. I'm afraid that they will not give me any refund, since the return flight is scheduled today. How can I get the compensation for the company's irresponsibility ? Please help me. I feel that I'm cheated

Tripsta we can not reach the customer service

We have a flight on Sunday and we need to change it, but we can not reach the company as their customer service do not answer the calls on weekends or after 5 p.m. during weekdays. We will lose our ticket just because of that. This is unacceptable. The website shows we can call them on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. but no one answers. What kind of travel agency company doesn't take calls at the weekends? This website should be shut down immediately. We lost 225 £ just because we couldn't reach them for a change or refund.

Tripsta booking

Book a flight ticket from Manila PH to Townsville Australia, for my friend's mom. We didnt realised that the passport was already expired, but TRIPSTA still charged us. Now, I emailed them requesting for a re-book, and they wanted us to add extra $300+ for the rebook or they would refund the booking for $200+, which is half of the original price of the ticket. I know that a travel agency should not confirm the booking nor charge for the price of the ticket if the passport of the person who's going to use the ticket is expired.

Tripsta air ticket

I booked return tickets for my mum and her friends (they were travelling to Greece for a 12-days trip) from Athens to Kefalonia via Skyscanner and then Tripsta and received the etickets thereafter. However, a month later I received an email from Tripsta stating that the return flight time has changed (from 6+am to 8+am) and requested a reply from me. After I replied ok, they replied stating that there will be new etickets issued to me later directly from the airlines (Aegean airline). I waited but did not receive any etickets and emailed Tripsta after a month from the first email but received no reply whatsoever from them. I began to worry but there was nothing I could do as there was no reply at all from them even after a couple of emails. Therefore, I printed the first etickets that were issued and also all the emails regarding the flight for my mum to bring over to the airport. There was no issue from Athens to Kefalonia and I assumed that all was good until I received a call from my mum from Kefalonia Airport saying that they could not board as the flight was actually brought forward to the night BEFORE and Tripsta actually confirmed the change with the airline. However, I DID NOT receive any email from them regarding this change in flight time to the NIGHT BEFORE! Apparently there was another two Americans who were facing the same issue as my mum. My mum and her friends had to immediately book a new flight from Kefalonia to Athens because of this and spent another hundreds of euros! I don't even know what to do now to get back the refund for the return flight. So everyone, PLEASE DO NOT book with Tripsta! They have the worst ever customer service and I think their website is a SCAM!

Tripsta flight ticket

I Booked a ticket and later wanted to cancel. Even after a lapse of a week and multiple reminders tripsta is not bothered to even acknowledge my mails. I went to in to their portal and lodged a compliant - no use. I am horrified as my money is struck and it is a fraud company and not responding to mails. When I made a call i was put in to hold for long time and disconnected, why these guys understand that an international call cost heavily ? Can any one suggest me as what should I do to cancel and take back my money.

I have sent number of mails for the cancellation and also made a request in your portal for the same. But to my harrow, i have neither received a reply nor the refund till today although it is 10 days since. I am providing below the request.

Tripsta cancellation

My son Craig Wheeler is travelling in Bali. A payment was made 14/5 with his Barclaycard which he needs to cancel. The booking ref is F103716029 under the name of Fathomy Arsy. Craig contacted me via messenger as he has lost his phone asking me to cancel. I told him I tried but he needs to do it. He has emailed you 5 times and had no confirmation. I have been continuously ringing you and have been on hold for as long as 45 minutes! We cancelled it within 24 hours and ha e heard nothing from you. Obviously my son is very worried. Tripsta flight tickets

I made a booking on April 30th and was given a confirmation email with ID: F102241937. A few weeks later and my travel plans have changed due to work. I have tried to get in contact with the company a dozen of times to cancel/change my flight but have gotten zero response. I sat on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to a human but to no available. Based on what I'm reading, this company sounds like a total scam. I need a refund immediately.

Tripsta tripsta is not reachable and facing a horrible service

Since yesterday evening im facing a horrible service from tripsta.in... I was trying to reach 0008001004373/9513, 02249411503 from yesterday evening but couldnt reach those numbers.. im really helpless here.. there is a mistake made when giving names.. actually three tickets booked as per below,

Tripsta pay more with someone else and get peace of mind

We booked flights in Sept 2017 to fly to Peru in May 2018.

Since the date of booking i have needed to make a name change on the ticket, as my wifes passport is now in her married name.
After constant phone calls and emails nothing has ever happened( 1st contact was 13 March). They made a note on out Itineray which states my wifes Married name, but have still not changed the name on the ticket. We contacted the airline (KLM) and they said it could be done free of charge, but the request would have to come from Tripsta. KLM also said that they would not be able to confirm if they would let my wife fly with just notes of the name change on the booking. Having eventually got through to Trispta ( which is a feat in itself) they said there was nothing they could do and " YOU SHOULD HAVE BOOKED IN THE RIGHT NAME" .
We got Married in FEB 2018 and only decided to do so at Christmas 2017, and my wifes passport ran out in March. So we got the new passport in her married name, Why wouldnt we?
Tripsta were really kind and offered to rebook the flights at a cost of £1700. The original flights were booked at £900.
Anyway we have cancelled with them now, Lets see how long it takes them to give me my money back.

I booked flights through Tripsta in January and realised four weeks ago that I had put my sons middle name incorrectly. I know that this was my fault but did not think it would be so hard to fix and so expensive. After contacting Tripsta four weeks ago, they never got back to me until yesterday and explained that I could not amend the middle name, that I would have to cancel that ticket and buy a new one. The original ticket was £500 and to re issue a new ticket would cost me 1064! I expected to pay a fee but no way was I paying that. I contacted the airline (Aer Lingus and Virgin) myself who said it would be no problem to amend the middle name and they don’t charge for this but because I booked through a travel agent the request has to come from them. Virgins customer service was amazing and they gave us the direct number that Tripsta needed to call in order for this to be done. I basically done the job that Tripsta was supposed to do by contacting the airline...Tripsta did not even bother as there was no request made on any of Aer lingus or Virgins system. We contacted Tripsta again and gave them all the instructions they are to follow. Whether they do it or not is another thing but I am definitely taking this further. When calling Tripsta you are on hold forever...I will be seeking compensation in regards to all the phone calls that I had to make that they should have made. Making requests online to them are not followed up in the correct timescales and I have already been onto the ombudsman to see what can be done about this. I will also be going to the media because they do not operate they way they should and the public have a right to know. Legally there are timescales and conditions that are supposed to be followed and Tripsta clearly do not do this.

Tripsta pnr not split

Tripsta - Never use this website for booking tickets. Horrible and rude customer service.

4> Carrier permit the split of a single reservation code in to wo but their office not co-operating

I booked a ticket with their reference no - F93745026 in oman air. I bought two tickets for two passengers while they promptly issued two tickets number, but under on reference code. Now I want to change the itinerary of one passenger, the airlines website is not permitting to change the itinerary on one p[passenger as both of them are under one reservation code. I contacted the airlines, for splitting the PNR. They confirmed that the PNR can be split in to two but it has to be done by Tripsta as the booking was made thorough Tripsta. When I contacted Tripsta to split the PNR they promptly refused that they cannot split.
While I agree that when I want to change the date, I shall either go through them or do it online with the necessary fees, but what is stopping them in facilitating me with this. For their convenience they booked two tickets in one PNR and I am in a fix and they do not give proper response for the requests.
I advise all not to venture in to this website, as it is unfriendly, and it show one rate and charge one rate in the beginning. I ignored it as I was in a hurry, and when we approach them for service now the turn it down. Most unprofessional and unethical business they are doing. I wish we should approach the appropriate authority to ban this company. I am also writing to all airlines with a request to blacklist this platform for booking tickets,
I am viewing all these anomalies very seriously, and preparing a suitable letter for stopping the business with your company for all the carriers.
Please avoid booking with this tripsta. Thanks

Tripsta complaint

Hi,

Ive last thursday i bought 2 tickets for new york flights.

flying manchester - new york
18th january 2019 - 22nd january 2019

This was through tripsta on sky scanner flying with virgin - my order number is FR100107338

I've already seen it £88 cheaper the next day, which is through virgin atlantic direct this is really frustrating.

When I'm looking at tripsta online theres so many reviews saying its a fraud and i can never get in contact with them or they don't respond to my emails which is worrying me.

Would i be able to have a refund and book them direct with virgin atlantic so i know that if i have any problems I'm actually able to speak to them about anything i want to.

Ive wrote 3 emails to this company and tried to contact them several times and i haven't heard anything back.

please will someone contact me as soon as possible on [protected]

Tripsta flight booking

I booked my flight with Tripsta a few days ago. I received a booking confirmation and the money was deducted from my account as well. But I still haven't received an eticket yet. My booking id is F100221065. The site says that my booking id cannot be found, and the customer service number is unavailable. The is absolutely unacceptable service. No site has ever taken this long to send an eticket. I hope Tripsta hasn't cancelled my ticket without informing me of it. I cannot afford to wait to receive the refund for months, since I am a student with very limited funds. And this was a very important trip for me. I am visiting my family. So kindly confirm my ticket and send it to me immediately.

Tripsta overcharged and cancelled my flight

I booked a flight from Dublin to chang mai, Thailand for the 5th of April. I did not receive a confirmation email and they charged me the flight fee twice. the contact number for Ireland is not working. I received one email them saying my transactions have been cancelled and I will not be getting either refund until 5 working days. So by the time they refund me next week, the flights will be double, if not treble, the cost. And I can do nothing about it. Everyday the prices are going up and tripsta don't even have the decency to respond to me on email or phone.
