Triple Play / Horrible Customer Service
Normally I do not write complaints but my recent experience with Optimum Online, Cable Vision has been horrible. I was warned by one of my friend about the customer service but I took a chance. While I started up with them to know the rates and plans that was the only time I got a great service which actually motivated to start the services.
I was told to get free DVR for life never got it and after several attempts with customer care they claim it has to be standard Box. I was told that I will get up-to 200 or may be little more if I join them for early termination with other Inter-net and Cable TV, today they have a completely different answer for me, listen to this I was addressing all these issues today with the representative after listening to me patiently he said OK "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I m in not ending my call Sir, I m in a middle of a conversation. So the experience has been more than worst and attitude is not right as well so I will recommend others to avoid dealing with this company
