All I know is that verizon has lied about charges for their promotion for residential services. I signed up for verizon triple plan July 2008 and started getting separate bills from direct tv who provides the cable towards end of August begin of sep. I call verizon and was told that I had requested to set it up that way. Now why would I prefer to get separate bills in order to no save money. They refuse to acknowledge that the rep that set up my account may have made a mistake. Instead said that I am responsible for the bill. I have cancel my account because when I call they are so nasty, attitudes are terrible even with the so called supervisors. The lied about their plan and at the end made a few dollars off me. I will never never again go with verizon for anything.
