ORN Trip Factory trip to singapore

I'm having the worst of the worst nightmare with this company. From the point the entire payment was made the response from your customer service and the visa team has been terrible . I'm flying out on 18th May, and till now (11pm 17th May) I don't have the correct itinerary from this company. The contact person is non-responsive, nobody in the company picks calls.
What sort of a fraud company is this? I'm very worried how my trip will shape up when I land in Singapore. I'm raising this compliant upfront. If any at all goes wrong or my expectations per the committed plan is not met I will take this issue very seriously. If at all this company is serious on customer service and works with integrity, respond to me NOW.

ORN Trip Factory travel services

The most unprofessional and pathetic travel agency you can come across, the moment you pay the full amount you are doomed, all you will have to do is follow-ups, the best part is for packages these overconfident and undertrained staff don't know what an itinerary is and didn't have the courtesy to send one as a result had no idea when the sightseeing would be and what time would the pickup and drop be to the airport.
I had a tough time requesting the local tour agency to provide me the itinerary of the tour and the best part was she was laughing and saying how come you arrived in thailand without the details and itinerary.

I request the general public not to trust this agency by the cheap and mouth watering offers, believe me all you will realise is that your hard earned money is gone for waste and trusting them is inviting trouble for yourself.

Invest in other travel portals as these guys will take ages to learn the trade. Highly and extremely unprofessional travel website.

Not only this but most other travel booking companies, which have sprung up during last few years (Do we call these startups?), behave similarly. After getting the money the response is horrible and very erratic.

Your people are neither pick up the phone not responding to mail your so called tour expert Shri Aleem is useless/careless fellow. His intentions is never solve the issue. Your so called ops are trying to avoid to mail. I already send a mail on 05/09/2017 and waiting for your response. They don't bother to reply

So, By looking to the above dates, you can very well understand my wish/willingness.
Sir, as I mentioned before, now my friends are agreed and will accompanying with us along with their families during the trip. So, I would like to cancel the hotel and land package. Only flight tickets I need.

Dear Sir,
Why your people neither pick up the phone not responding to mail. They are trying to delay to solve the issue so that they can heavily fine on me for cancellation charge by giving reason of informing to them lately.

ORN Trip Factory Horrible trip

We missed all our destination and Hotel bookings because of tripfactory planned our tour. All schedule spoiled.
We spend 1, 05, 000.00 Rs. and What we seen is nothing. Yes nothing so beware !

How you feel when you are with family and driver threten in deep jungle.

Just dont go with tripfactory. Horrible Experiance. I am still scared
1)They dont know how to plan holidays. They will send worst driver.
2)Sweet talker, They will not receive call when you actual need.
3)Overcharged trip. if you got your own trip cost will be less than half then they charged
4)Still waiting for resolution. I think its not possible

ORN Trip Factory Trip refund issue

Andaman trip dated 5/12/2016 to 10/12/2016.

Trip was abandoned due to cyclone. We were stuck in port blair for entire trip duration.

I request land package refund as promised by you when we were stuck at port blair.

But I haven't received any reply from them.

During we stuck at port blair they promise on refund and now they are just ignoring.

ORN Trip Factory Andaman trip issue

I had a very bad experience with Trip Factory for my Andaman trip. These guys are worst in answering and helping customers.

Due to bad weather at Andaman, they didn't followed any itinerary of my booked package and they made us stay at homestay even though our package had 3+ star hotels. Now when i'm asking for refund of my trip they are saying that respective vendors at Andaman are not providing any refund.

They are completely acting as a fraud company and don't have there own personnel at the travel destination as they only rely on third party vendors for trip management .

I have sent refund request on 11th Dec and till now they have not provided any resolution regarding my booking

ORN Trip Factory Package tour to anadaman

Hi People,

I would like to share my experience on the package Tour booked through Trip Factory www.tripfactory.com and the travel expert who was in touch with me is the one and only Zaid the greatest person on the earth and his email id [protected]@tripfactory.com.

The made me to book a trip to Andaman and they kept of giving excuses for providing itinerary and they didn't give me until I paid the full amount and after paying full amount dragged for 3 days and emailed me the itinerary 2 days before tge travel date. Frankly speaking the itinerary was not at all worth of the money we paid they had 2 beach tour and rest all everything was waste of money and they provided a vouchers which was not at all clear.

Had called travel expert Mr. Zaid he some how convinced me for the trip which I was not ready for and I told him that if the itinerary was sent in advance then I would have not gone for this trip which they offers which is totally waste.

After reaching the airport of Andaman there was a big twist and the local tour guide with whom the trip factory had a tie up told that the booked hotel have been change to other hotel and when I called a trip expert Mr.Zaid the unprofessional started convincing me and local tour guide took us directly to city tour after landing at airport they dint give us time for refreshment nor we had lunch and they took to cellular jail and with in few mins we were exhausted and we called the local tour guide asked for a taxi and one more shock he asked us to pay extra for taxi and as per our travel expert Mr.Ziad unprofessional told taxi will be with us all time but these drivers will drop us in a place and will go for other pick ups and make money and after arguing with local guide he gave us taxi but the taxi driver wanted to take revenge for not paying money to him for the trip and he made was to walk for 2 kms giving a excuse as one way and after boarding the cab he took us in the same rouite where we walked for 2 kms and when we asked him why he made us to walk, he had no answer. After that we had lunch and then the local tour manager meeting . We explained him that trip factory booked hotel called White coral which is in out skirts and he told the book was canceled and trip factory had given us a vochers and we called the same white coral phone number they confirmed the booking of the hotel with PNR and when we reached the hotel White coral there was one more shock the contact no printed on the trip factory voucher it's a fake number and it's a trip factory's number and the white coral hotel manager claims that they don't have tie up with trip factory and they are one of the fake company who books and cancels the booking and later after calling the travel guide and travel expert. They said if u are interested you can stay at the given hotel or to make the your own arrangements and after paying a lakh plus they are not interested to help us. There main aim is to just to grab money and make profit and alsodint provide the break of charges for the trip. every thing was of less cost the taxi the room and city tour or a island tour all together is coming up to 15000 but they charged us 43000 they have more profit margin and one more shock is the hotel where we stay had a duplicate key and in the name of cleaning they had accessed our room without our permission and we also went to log a police complain and also the second day after reaching hotel they told us to vacate the room immediately because since the booking made by the travel agent was only for one day and I was not ready for it since they keep changing every day and every plan but there own. So I called up our unprofessional travel expert Zaid . He told it was already communicated to me by his manager yesterday itself and I never spoke to any one expect the unprofessional expert Zaid and later called up police to sort out the issue and moved to new hotel and hotel was good but the food menu was too high nothing is less than 300 and they all wanted us to spend more and loot more money from us and we stayed there one time dinner bill was 2000 we hardly order food and it was only 4 items and one the third day again they shifted to same old hotel and took us to island and there in the same of snorkeling and scuba they looted us and forced us to take it. I paid for scuba as advance and they dint give me the refund. After reaching hotel we order for food which was half cooked and also the room service boys were confused they were giving us the food ordered by other room occupants and in they billing also they added more food items which we did not ordered for they also charged for laundry a rupees of 1200 which is also a meaning less some how the unprofessional Zaid and the local tour guide and also the hotel looted us big time and they made us to spend more and one thing we should never ever opt for trip factory for any trip and it's a fake company as confirmed by white coral manager and also they give us the proof for it and any ways I request you people be aware of Trip Factory company they will provide you lowest price but they service and cooperation will be awful and they will loot you big time and I have all the documentation of Trip Factory which misguided me and provided me a false information to me and made my trip miserable. They mentally harrased me made me to suffer after reaching Andaman. According to law and consumer for I am louadge a complaint again the company and also on unprofessional Zaid.

ORN Trip Factory Terrible service and fraud customer care

This is a fraud company.
I have booked my kerela trip by tripfactory and there representative Rucha amrotkar called me and give all details .
till the time i have booked the trip they called many times but the time i paid for the trip they just Ran away.

I called customer care like hundred times and they even don't care to reply to customer and just give assurance that representative will call you back.

About trip :- They told me they will provide 3 star hotels but the hotels they provide are pathetic (Flies are there in room).No proper beds in there room.

Poor Service and i insist everyone try some other company before going for tripfactory for pleasant trip.

ORN Trip Factory Andaman trip package issues

I booked a trip through TripFactory to Andaman (Nov 23 to Nov 27). I will never book with them again. It was the worst experience of my life. 1st, I get a call 2 days before my trip saying that my hotel has water issues, which it didn't. This was a lie to cover up the fact that my hotel was not booked enough though I had received confirmation months before. 2nd, I had to pay an additional unpaid amount at the airport ticket counter for which I am still awaiting refund from TripFactory. 3rd, I had cancelled but rebooked a half day tour in Port Blair, which I didn't get. 4th, the entire trip I had kept calling their number but no one answers the phone. We were on our toes all throughout. Worst experience ever. I would never recommend anyone to use TripFactory.

ORN Trip Factory Refund delayed beyond promised date

I had booked my trip for port blair ( Trip ref no - TFN000SF4NS) and was supposed to travel on 8th Dec 2016.

I get a call on 7th December informing about the weather condition at Port blair and was asked to cancel the trip, subsequently an email was sent my them that i had requested for cancellation and therefore a deduction of 5k would be applicable on my booking.

I had accepted their condition as there was nothing else which could be done as the situation was beyond anybody's control.

I was promised a refund within 15 days, which did not happen.

The most annoying part is that their representatives don't answer calls, or as soon as i start my concern on the chat the representative stops responding.

This is most unprofessional organization i have ever dealt with.

ORN Trip Factory Cancel trip due to cyclone.. Not refunding money

This is one of the worst travel agency with unprofessional executive...These guys do not care for your life and safety..They only want money ..If there is cyclone in Andaman ..Executive tell weather is absolutely good ...They do not pick the phone at critical situation...They do not reply to mail correctly.

Trip Factory employees are worst guys with poor service.

I personally do not recommend to go here in future.

I have registered complaint to consumer court for not refunding my money.

Conclusion is trip factory is totally bull#### and should be banned in india...i do not know who has given them travel license...They are looting peoples in morning itself.

Totally Unsatisfied.

ORN Trip Factory Fraud company

I have gone through many trips with other travel companies but never had such a horrible experience, which I have to go through trip factory aka criminals. Highlighting drawbacks :
no was there to pickup at airport and we have to literally wait for 30 min outside airport.
I have shortlisted hotels after doing lot n lot of R&D but it all got wasted as they changed my hotel in havelock to some crappy hotel.
I have been put into omni cabs which was not at all in the scene.
Manju V is the biggest culprit, even though I informed her on day 1, what is happening with me, she never ever bothered to call me to discuss the short comings. Manju V should be put behind the bars, for money laundering.

ORN Trip Factory Un-professional and total harassment

On going complaint of mine since 4 Oct 2016.
I am asking for the refund since Oct 7th for which after long arguments on call and emails the company agreed for which they communicated me via email on 19th oct that the refund shall come in " minimum" 21 working days... i tried reaching them thru email reminders for refund status no revert till date.

After two reminders on the refund i approached to consumer forums for which they replied that the customer is taking "undue" advantage and they will check with their legal team and soon give details on my case.. today being 3rd day no revert from them.

Its very insulting to a customer who have already paid for the trip and did not even used the services of hotels at wayanad and ooty and you mentioning i am taking undue advantage.. Ms SURAVI's statement on call clarifies that you guys dont verify hotels before offering to the customer and this is really bad.

Mr.Vinay gupta as mentioned by you on email that Suravi pls refund her money and black list her doesn't look good to a customer who actually gave full trust on your start up firm and went ahead.

Mr.Vinay as mentioned earlier also this was my second trip with @_tripfactory.

And experience received has left with a very painful experience.

Your team people doesn't even have courtesy to reply to their customer..

i would not mind going legal to get my refund..

HOPE SOMEONE WOULD BE READING THIS AND PLS NOTE THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU CAN RELY ON AS THEY DONT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO PAY THEM FOR THE SERVICES.

ORN Trip Factory Tour packages

Hi Team,

I have booked Coorg and ooty package from Tripfactory from 8th October to 11th october.

Initial they given normal rooms, I said them you can take more money but I need good rooms.. he has changed the rooms then I told sachin after seeing reviews that the ooty room is not at all good and he confirmed it is good they charged from 1500 rupees extra for each day.

My trip started from 9:30 am to Coorg whole the day was in travel only when I ask driver why going slow he said checking will be there sir ... 8th october totally in traveling only.

Second day we have seen few places

Thursday he started to ooty, I told driver we will see few more place he denied it and started to ooty in the middle he showed one and taken 300rupees extra which should not be done.
In 3rd day also totally in Journey to ooty

The ooty is worst not worth for money.

4th day drivers showed me ooty in 3:30 hours.

And started to Bangalore in the middle he showed safari normally they charging for safari is 700 but driver cheated us and collected 500 rupees extra then he dropped us at hotel in Bangalore and collected 400 rupees extra for late night, I told him Bcz of you only we are late and total trip in traveling bcz of his stupid driving and he is roude and take money 400.

Finally result is as below

1) Out of 4 days trip 2:5 days in travel only and we didn't enjoyed anything

2)Ooty Room not at all good and paid 3500 perday for good room but I didn't get good room.

3) Driver taken 300 ripped extra for showing a place
4) for safari normally they taking 700 rupees per Jeep and he had collected 1200 rupees from us
5) he has taken forcefully 400 rupees for late night charges.

I can say don't book ur toure packages with Tripfactory and their management and drivers cheating customers

Now the sachin response also not good when I am calling to them .

ORN Trip Factory Goa trip

Booked a Goa trip with TripFactory, trip adviser Mala C; Keys Hotel Oct 12 -17th and 5 days of site seeing. Paid the advance as directed by Mala C. Mala contacted me on Sept 27 informing me that the hotel will not be available on October 15th and I will need to move to another hotel; Totally unacceptable and cheating. No response to my emails.

ORN Trip Factory Unethical and cheaters

Beware, this website is fraud and before you make bookings they do anything to lure customers and as soon as the bookings are done they turn back from their commitments, they don't even share their terms and conditions in booking confirmation and tweak the conditions as per their convenience. I got a package booked for Andaman in April and they denied few things in package at the last moment which cost me Rs.15000. When i asked them to refund the amount for the services not provided they conveniently said you can go to consumer court but they won't refund. Their company's strategy to earn money is keep the package 10% less for other providers and deny services at last moment and earn 20% more that others.

Very unethical and unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding this travel agency if you want a peace of mind and want to enjoy your holidays!

ORN Trip Factory they took money and run away

People, the company www.tripfactory.com is terrible. They offer trips and other entertainment, but after they receive money from you, they simply run away from you. All their provided contact info turns out to be fake and I have no way how to find them. It is the worst experience in my life and I hope it will be the last. So stay away from these dishonest guys.

On 28th Dec, when I gave approval of my trip to Coorg, I was promised a hotel "hotel Coorg international" for which I made the payment after looking at the hotel and its location. At that time, I mentioned to Vijay( trip expert) the high rates, and he asked me to check the rates of the hotel. And I saw that it was around Rs 8000/-. I accepted and made the payment.

On 30th Dec, my trip started at 8AM. In the car, I got a call at 12:10 pm that the hotel is not available and there are no other options available. I have to go ahead with some other hotel option. I asked him to give me some time to check the hotel details but he told me that time is running out and there are no other options. So I had to go ahead with the changed options. I agreed as I had my family with me and we were in the middle of travelling. Also I assumed that difference in prices will be taken care of.
If you change the hotel after booking is done, then what is the point in showing the hotel options before booking and asking the customer to do the booking.

When I found the coverage to check online after some time, I saw the changed hotel was displaying rates for Rs 3600. So there a difference of Rs 4400 per day between the rates of the two hotels. This was observed on the first day of the trip itself(30th Dec) after I received a call from trip factory after my trip started. I lodged a complaint and tried to get a response from you multiple times.

Their support team would go on saying that we will sort this out. Nothing was done till today and they respond that nothing can be done about this.

So the rates difference are of Rs 4400/day, that amount should be refunded to me by tripfactory, if it had any ethics and has any trustworthiness, which the company certainly do not have.

First of all, you should not confirm a trip for which you have not done the booking. You cannot change a hotel after the trip has started. You cannot tell the customer in the middle of a trip, that he has no option and he has to go for another hotel. And if you change the hotel to a cheaper hotel, you cannot charge him the same as his earlier expensive hotel.

They doing so, just confirms what a bunch of cheats they are. After my complaint, my travel expert(Vijay) refused to pick up the call and talk to me. These are just signs of cheats who use these cheap tricks to take out money from customers.

This incident should be exposed to other people so that they come to know what kind of company you are. The anger I feel is not that I have been charged money for services that I did not get, but the anger is that I have been cheated by a bunch of cheats and I allowed myself to be cheated by trusting these guys.

Dear Vinay,
I want to give honest feedback.
First the communication between customer and trip factory is so very unprofessional.
I request all the mails to customers from your sales person should go in mail and have their manager in CC.
All communication is on whatsapp and there is no way that we can escalate the issue to their manager.

Now, rgding my trip, I had booked a trip to Hong Kong sometime in June/July and had paid amount of 1, 15000 for flight.
Later i had to cancel the trip due to the protests in HongKong.
Your sales person Nishanth NEVER told me that the hotel booking was already done and i would lose 70k on hotel booking as it is non-refundable.
While i cancelled the flight tickets myself, I went ahead and booked a trip to Andaman though TF.
Flight cancellation amount was refunded end of September.
But i had to continuously follow upon the refund for nearly more than a month. Nobody was ready to give the complete picture.
After nearly a month < i get a shocker and i get a refund of only 8k instead of 80k.
Now the reason for the same, nobody tells.
Again after multiple follow ups, one fine day Mr. Nishanth tells that the amount of 71k is adjusted for hotel booking.
I told them i had never paid for hotel and he says that it was done thru them.
However, I was never informed on the same.

And all these conversation happen only on whatsapp. No mails, nothing.
There is still no communication to me on the calculation of refund amount
I ask his manager's contact and he says they will contact me which they have not done till now.

I was a repeated customer BUT i will never book a trip through TripFactory going forward
There is no transparency in the dealings and no professionalism.

I lost 70k of my hard earned money for no fault of mine.

Hi Guys becareful with the trip factory before booking any trip at any moment they will cancle your trip .I will explain
first they will tell you about trip factory like anything once booking is done at last moment of your journey they will demand for the money if your not paying demanded money they will cancel your trip by saying false statment if you ask proof they will give you but they will cancel the trip without any reason because demanded money not paying.
i faced the issue i have all the proofs.

Please guys don't book by seeing comments, the comments might be written by them only who knows.

3 days before the travel, I am being told that I should opt for another hotel.
This is unexpected and wrong

Tripfactory is a site just to cheat people. They have cheated me more than 1.5 Lakhs. I have mailed all documents, provided every details all the time but they never resolved my issue.
Guys don't go for this site. Whosoever wants to get details from my end, I can share.

Hi i would like to specifically highlight that please do not book with tripfactory, i had serious issue with them, my flight was rescheduled from bangkok to bangalore but they kept on sending me mails of flight from bangkok to kolkata and when i asked them on their telegram group, the guy called sameer pasha said that let me check on it and never replied back and the cab sent by them to pick us up came according to kolkata flight timings then i contact to their other staff member and she said that my flight is on time and sent me the screenshot of flight from bangkok to banglore and the screenshot clearly mentioned that flight had left already, and we were stuck on bangkok airport and nobody from tripfactory contacted us when i told them that my flight is missed because of them and until the last hour they kept on sending me mail saying my flight is from bangkok to kolkata, we booked the flights on our own, we spent sleepless night on the airport because we got odd timings of the indirect flights, we lost our liquor and cosmetics to custom department just because we forgot to put it in checkin bags just because of the kind of situation we were put in, my wife was literally crying and i was helpless because next day we had to travel to germany and we reached home at the very last moment and packed for germany, by god's grace we were able to reach the airport, we did not slept for whole day and left for germany, when we asked them for compensation they said we can give you discount on next booking but not compensation. Are you serious, we gonna book again, after so pathetic service. My trip reference no is TFN001JYANR just to make sure this is genuine. Please do not book with tripfactory ever

Trip factory is trip spoiler. Their contact Info is fake and there is no way to reach out to supervisor if you have challenge with your trip expert. My extra bed was promised but not provided. They simply apologized. Missed to book kids breakfast. Asked me to pay directly and get reimbursed. Lastly SIC transfers were late by 90 minutes and after lot of noise, I was told that the vehicle broke down and they are arranging new one. What the hell is this.

I've had a terrible experience with them. They keep calling and pushing to book with them unnecessarily on the spot without even giving time to discuss internally. Their spoc is rude and full of arrogance. No flexibility at all. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Since Trip Factory was our frontend, we are least bothered what hotel is saying ... we were looking from TF to sort out things...Our complaint is about TF Services and misleading communications by your representatives...the WHATSAPP Chats were of NO USE at all and we really doubt the usefulness of it...

I am sharing our experience during the trip and how people behaved in our conversations with them...You should use this as FEEDBACK to improvise your services if you want to continue in services business else we all know how things can vanish with such kind of useless support and service.

I am representing ALL FACTUAL INFO only... this is what we have been through...Regarding Chevron Group of Hotels, Please CHECK Specifically for Kausani property...its definitely not GOOD and NOT a 4 STAR property ... So no educations here please...

How can you print a confirmed booking and get it cancelled at the very right moment of check-in ? This is what is worrisome ... You never disclose your travel partners during booking process BUT your travel partner DIRECTLY communicates with us during trip for booking changes ... Was it not TF responsibility to get these things checked and inform us in advance? Post we notifying TF team, they came to know that such issue has happened...THIS FALLS UNDER SERVICES / OPERATIONS ... Definitely your Operations Team need to improve and specifically Sameer & Pradeep.

Hi Vinay, I just read all these comments and wonder how the 4.50.000 i paid for my Dubai trip to you guys could be at a huge risk now. All I am expecting at this point is time is to get in touch with a senior member of your team so that he/she can at least understand the ordeal one goes through when you staff doesn't communicate specifically and with respect. A couple of people I have already interacted with (Rahul, Ak[censored], etc.)haven't assured me enough about the resolution to my ongoing horrible experience. please note my trip hasn't even started yet so we still have some time to do the damage control.
