Trident / Unable to obtain refund
I returned 3 DVD's in Trident as per their online terms and conditions and have been unable to obtain a refund. Isent the parcel International Signed For and followed it up with Royal Mail. They informed me that the parcel had been delivered to the correct address and that a signature had been obtained.
I've lost count of the number of emails I've sent trying to get my money back, but have finally resigned myself to the fact (one year later!) that I've 'been had' by this so called 'company'.
