TriClear TriClear Class Action

From what has been pretty obvious is that TriClear.com is a scam, The product does not clear up acne and the company helps itself to your bank account. Fight back! Thank you to all that have commented about the scam. I am always skeptical of online products and always google for "xyz reviews" first.

DNS lookup of triclear.com it is registered to a:

Registrant:
Dan Ellis
Dan Ellis
PO Box 1699
Suisun, CA 94585
US
Email: [protected]@syndero.com

If you then go further and do a look up of syndero.com. Dan Ellis is also the "VP Corporate Strategy, Co-Founder". TriClear trademark is also registered at the US patent office under:

Syndero LLC CORPORATION DELAWARE 128 King Street, 4th Floor San Francisco CALIFORNIA 94107

Syndero LLC registered in California as of 08/18/2008 is canceled but still assigned to a:

BRAD KLAUS
333 BRYANT STREET, SUITE 360
SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94107
(this is probably an office)

Brad Klaus is described as the CEO and Founder according to the Syndero.com in the "About Us" section of the website.

If anyone is really looking into a class action suit... here is where the trail begins. You probably don't need a very expensive lawyer either. With all the people here and your financial statements the evidence will speak for itself in court, though I recommend having some kind of lawyer. The cost to file a BBB complaint is worthless compared to really making a case if you are so angry. Unfortunately you can't directly sue Brad Klaus because its a LLC. I'm also not sure how it's working now considering the cancellation of the LLC; this is when you do need a lawyer.

So to conclude.. TriClear is a subsidy of Syndero LLC under the ownership of a Brad Klaus in San Francisco, California.

I do agree the product has GREAT RESULTS on my daughter's skin! My daughter was at the end of her rope with all the acne products in the store. We seen this product pop up on a yahoo page one day and since then my daughters face is a whole new look. She is more confident and makes the effort to go out more and enjoy herself instead of being so consumed with her looks and what people will think. So in my personal opinion, the product has to get out to the public in someway, shape or form. I am not upset at all how we found out about this product. There is an old saying " don't knock it, till you try it"

THANKS TRICLEAR!

TriClear Free Trial and charge!

I sent for a free trial and was charged for the free trial. That was ok. But then there was no return address to send it back if I did not want to keep it. I then notified customer service about this and let them know that they had also withdrew $69.00 from my bank account. I wanted the $69.00 put back and no more TriClear sent. I did want an address so that I could send the trial box back. That was last week and still have not heard anything from them. Today is Aug.1st. They took out 6.95 on July 5 and then took out the 69.95 on July 24. I canceled, they took the money and sent nothing, which I do not want either now.

Beware!

I ordered the free trial of triclear a couple weeks ago...when I figured out how much it cost a month ($69.95) I called and told them I wanted to cancel. I was told that I would have to pay $29.95 for the so called free trial and then she would cancel. I have been using it now for 2 weeks and it is making my face worse! I started out with mild acne and now I have huge red knots all over my cheek and chin. It is horrible and I would never recommend it to a friend or anyone for that matter...it's a joke! An expensive joke at that...

Signed up for the free 30 trial (just pay shipping). Not only did the product not work, but they charged my credit card $69.95 without my authorization. Contacted Triclear and they said that I needed to call to cancel within 14 days. If you look at their website you would be hard pressed to find that information anywhere. I am sending their junk back and we'll see if they will refund. At very least Triclear is a deceitful company but probably more like a band of thieves.

PLEASE BE AWARE, TRICLEAR, is attempting to play the public for fools... after joining and paying for the free trial products, they charged a small amount for shipping.. i believe it was $5.95(according to my bank statement online). You have 14 day for the trial period, before they will charge your credit card.

In the email they initially sent, if you scroll to the very bottom of the email, the text isn't in blue or black ink, it changes to a very light color of gray. BUT, its important to read it.

If you allow the trial period to expire, which is on the 14th day, they will charge your card, then you are stuck. HOWEVER, in the email, it states that you MUST CALL for a RMA # if you want to send the product back AFTER the free trial period. (You do not need a rma # if the free trial is still in effect).

But why wait till the trial ends. After a week or so, just call and cancel like i did. OF COURSE, they asked for the Product to be sent back. (I have never heard of that before in my life, but I will). And OF COURSE, it is important that the product arrives before that 14 days expires, because YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

When sending it back, make sure it is sent certified or some type of way for you to receive confirmation that they signed for the item.

Here is the address that you can send it back to:
Please mail the entire product to:

Don't wait idly by hoping that they won't bill your account.
Thanks to the members of this board, I have figured out a new strategy.

I bank with Provident Bank, and I used the Mastercard debit card when purchasing triclear. All you have to do, is tell the bank that you would like to cancel that card and receive a new one.

My bank, will cancel the current card, and will give me another card, before I leave their establishment. What a experience! So there is no way that Triclear will be able to charge you on the 14th day.

So, I will be at Provident in the morning, canceling the card, and receiving another one. Then, I will go to the Post Office, to send off the rest of the triclear back to them, by certified mail.

CASE CLOSED.

Also, I just checked my bank account online, triclear hasn't tried to charge me yet. My trial period ends, October 9th. Tomorrow, is only the 4th.

Good Luck to all who read this and hopefully follow this advice.

If money has been taken out of your account, you must get a rma # from the company, by calling the phone number above. You must request that the monies be put back in your account.

Also, you can complain to the bank about the charge. My bank, will REMOVE ONE CHARGE per year. So, check and see what your bank will do for you.

This company charged my credit-card $69.65 for a (FREE) trial offer. I was only supposed to be charged $3.97 for shipping and handling of the product, but low and behold, I see a charge of $69.95 pending from TRICLEAR. Boy am I 'ticked'. I'm presently trying to contact the company by e-mail. I've already alerted my bank, in the event I can't get this charged stopped. I've told them to STOP/PREVENT any future deductions from my account from this company. This is ridiculous. I ordered the product on 14 May 2007 and today, 28 May 2007 they're trying to RIP ME OFF. WARNING TO ANY OTHERS - DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

COMPANY IS OFFERING A FREE TRIAL FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE AND THEN BILLING YOU THE FULL $69.95 ON YOUR CREDIT CARD IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL THE ONGOING PROGRAM WITHIN THE 14 OR SOMETIMES 30 DAY FREE TRIAL PERIOD. YOU THEN CANCEL WITH NO SHIPMENTS YET MADE BUT THEY SAY THE $69.95 IS NOT FOR A FUTURE SHIPMENT BUT FOR THE FREE TRAIL PRODUCT YOU ALREADY HAVE AND YOUR BEING BILLED BECAUSE YOU DIDNT CANCEL IN THE TRAIL PERIOD. AFTER YELLING THEY WILL REFUND ME ALL BUT $20 FOR A RESTOCKING FEE BUT I ALSO HAVE TO MAIL BACK THE UNUSED PORTION OF THE FREE TRIAL PRODUCT. THERE ARE OVER 130 COMPLAINTS ON THIS WEBSITE ALONE. PLEASE GO TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.COM AND MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT! TELL THEM YOU WANT ALL OF YOUR MONEY BACK. THIS IS A SCAM.

If you go to there privacy policy page, located on the bottom of the page. Their conditions are the reasons why consumers are facing these types of problems. I have not tried their products, and most definitity will not, due to their unrespectful conditions. Buyers don't read their Terms and conditions, resulting in buyer unpleasent disputes.

The company states, "We collect, use, and disclose Personal Information and Anonymous Information as described in this Privacy Policy."

The company also states that, "The information we collect is used to customize the content and/or layout of our Website for each individual visitor, to send you Products you have requested, and to contact you for marketing purposes."

Another statement, "We may disclose your Personal Information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us; or (b) to protect and defend our rights or property or the rights or property of third parties."

One more statement I would like to put out, "We sometimes may offer content (products or services) that is sponsored by or cobranded with identified third parties. By virtue of these relationships, the third parties may obtain personally identifiable information that visitors submit to participate in the site activity or take advantage of the service. We have no control over these third parties´ use of this information. The site will notify you at the time of requesting personally identifiable information if these third parties will obtain such information."

This company, "TriClear", is basically a scam. They will use your information you provide them in their own free will, in any; way, shape, or form. Do not buy from this company, it is untrustworthly. It is almost certain that you will be unsatisfied. They also do not do refunds. Return policy is in the Terms and Conditions.

Please, if you have the time, or thinking about purchasing from them. READ THE PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITION!

Thank You for reading my complaint. This complaint is to imform consumers of the acts of, "TriClear".

Note: I am not affilated with TriClear and/or its third parties. And am not advertising anything, I simply am expressing my knowledge of this company, "TriClear".

I am very disappointed in our system. That innocent people have to go threw lines of red tape in order to get their money back from a company that is ripping us off. By the time anything is done, half the people forget about doing anything because it is too much hassle. Well triclear is not keeping my money. So if you have a problem with a company and you have been treated unfair or tricked, don't give up take the time to get back what is rightfully yours. Triclear do understand this, I don't care how long it takes I am going to pursue this. Don't steal from people, Its not nice!

I was on a website when this advertisement popped up for TriClear. It said that it only cost $1.00 and $5.95 for shipping and handling. So I figured for $6.95 let me try it. It also said if I didn't like it I could send it back and get my $1.00 back. I received it, tried it and did not work. It made me break out even more. So I figured oh well $6.95 gone. Then about a month and half went by and I received another order. So I checked my credit card and was shocked to see that not only did they charge me for this new shipment that I was not aware that I was going to receive but they charged me for the first order I got because I had been tricked into a scription. I did not read the terms and conditions which I thought was only for the payment and refunds not for anything else. Now they won't refund me all of my money back. Because it is passed the 30 days and they sent me another one after it and I have been dealing with them forever and another 30 days had passed and so now they will only give me my money for the third box they sent after I canceled minus $9.95 for restocking fee.

TOTAL RIP OFF AND I AM DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING PLEASE EMAIL ME SO WE CAN WORK TOGETHER. IF YOU HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS AND KNOW HOW TO GET THE MONEY BACK PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

THANKS

TriClear Unauthorized credit card charges

This company offers a free trial offer for 6.95 shipping, but if you don't return the unused portion of the product within 14 days they charge you 69.95 and then enroll you in a monthly subscription program where you have to pay 69.95 a month. This information is only available after you click on the terms and conditions icon that shows up halfway through the purchase process. It's a total fu***ng scam!

This same thing has happened to me, has anyone been able to get a refund from TriClear? I am filing a complaint with my state's Attorney General. I do not even want this product, it does not work and there is no way anyone would knowingly pay $70 for this product. It is a rip off, and I feel that TriClear took advantage of my wanting to clear up my skin.

I placed an order for this product on nov. 20, 2007. I was charged a fee in the amount of $6.95 on nov. 23, 2007. I then was charged a fee of$69.95 on dec 10, 2007.
Today is dec. 14, 2007. I have yet to receive this product and have not been able reach anyone in their customer service department for three days now. This was a complete hoax and most certainly a complete ripp off.

I only paid a $3.95 "trial" FREE offer... and when I realized they wanted to charge another $29.95 if I actually KEPT the product (apparently that is what S&P means as opposed to S&H)... I called, said I did not OPEN the product and refused to accept those charges... the CUSTOMER service did everything but LAUGH at me. SEND IT BACK AT YOUR EXPENSE. Well... The card I used does not HAVE any available balance (or reloadable balance)... and I'm returning the unused, unopened product. What do you want to BET they are going to try and screw me for the full $70 purchase price? I'm contacting my STATE Attorney General... I see a class action suit in TRI-CLEAR's future.

I too have been ripped off by this company. They've got one hell of a scam going on with their policy. All they do is continue to send the same basic form letter over and over. The best is when they offer to let you keep what you already have and for only $29.95 they will send you more and thats after you have called and e-mailed several complaints and request for refunds. They are nothing but a scam shop.

Today is 07-05-07, also saw my bank statement, didn't know where $69.96 was from until I searched. I have not given them any authorization to take this out, also I have not received any new product. As to the first charge of $6.95 which they took on 6-13-07 , I have not opened or tried, I did not know I was to be a member, will try to call in the morning. If anyone knows what to do, please e-mail me also, I am very upset and cannot afford this whenever they want to charge me, with no product.

You know I was trying to be nice and get this product for my sister when I later found out she couldn't use it. Besides that fact two days after I got the product I sent the product back... about a week or so later I got charged $69.95. What the heck. I talked to a lady I got a hold of after being on hold for 20 minutes and she told me that I should of called to cancel the day I sent it back. Not to mention that they still haven't received the product... so she said they were going to refund $40 until they get the product back and then refund me $20... and HELLO that isn't f***king $69.95 not to mention I used my own money to send this POS back. Can anyone help? what should I do?

They have charged a restocking fee, and continue to send product. I can't talk to a person, and they don't answer emails. How long are they going to charge my credit card?
