My suggestion to anyone considering doing business with Tri-State Building Specialties Inc. or considering a Tri-State Sunroom is to fully review the warranties prior to purchasing. Apparently, Tri-State expects that "any" glass panel, permanent or otherwise needs to be removed by the homeowner and brought to Tri-state's center for repair. Given this, the purchaser should carefully review the warranties and ask themselves when the Tri-State Lifetime Labor Warranty enters into effect, or if it ever does.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Tri-State's warranty for glass did not cover skylites, we had offered to replace skylite at cost homeowner did not agree. Tri-State replaced skylite at its cost of 800.00$
