TRG FIELD SOLUTIONS terrible ethics at TRG; stolen sales; slander

Does any fromer TRG em[ployee have interests in class action suit against trg..let me know. I worked for TRG 4 & 1/2 mos. They stole several sales of mine, two even after being payed and took back from me after the Help desk in San Antonio, TX cleared my customers for DSL services in Tampa area. They allow their team leaders to go behind you and steal your sales. I destroyed my 1993 ranger while working at TRG costs me over $1500 in auto repairs in less than 4 mos. I was promised $300 week plus commisison. I even got off unemployment to work at TRG. TRG 2 1/2 mos. AFTER I BEGAN EMPLOYMENT renigged pay scale, then they went to 100% commission! I had many customers I sold, then lost while at TRG to Verizon corporate people later! Also, I was told by my operations mgr. in Tampa to get a new truck and my sales up or I was possibly history with his boss.., even...when I had remarkably averaged 2 sales a week for 3-4mos. BUT...30-40% of my sales were cancelled and taken later by Verizon and TRG personnel after I was told the customer was not eligible and or they rejected on minor paperwork issus on the contract; in other words Verizon / TRG knew what their own promos are but though you spell out on work order, they kick it back for not checking it on order though you clearly state it and customer signed the order requests services. Also TRG has openly costs me atleast (I have on record) 5 jobs The manager directly told me they only need to to do an employer & background check, otherwise I am hired. in 2 mos by lying about me "as job abandonment" on my HR paperwork... when I was told "to get numbers up and a new truck"!
I could not use my truck last 3 1/2 weeks of my last 6 weeks.. but made a few sales and they "all kicked back or were contacted customers after I was told I did something wrong or denied sale due to misinformation from their help desk! They also lied to unemploymnet Florida. Anybody else out in Tampa that got cheated like me!

TRG FIELD SOLUTIONS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

They promise you 300 a week base salary + commission for every Verizon Triple PLay you sell. They also offer an additional 300 dollars for every 5 triple plays that are sold. The company itself is a waste of time to work for. They had no clue I was coming in for an interview. They are extremely unorganized and not well managed. During my interview, the "manager" told me that the position was 100 percent strictly commission based and that I will be having to drive to a territory knocking on people's doors that don't even want to be bothered. This job is bogus and if you have a college degree like myself, don't bother showing up when they call you for an interview. Stay home.

Is it legal for this company to make you pay $150 for drug/background check if you do not finish the job in 90 days? Just curious. I was supposed to get $50 a day, which was 4 days, but after the first field day, I did not feel good about the job. Any answers?

I Kevin McCoy worked for TRG in a very short time, I was looking for anything because I was laid off so anything would have to do.Went through the training and started to make sales which felt great. Now at the beginning of the first interview I put on my application that I was an ex felon, convicted in 1999, I did not lie about that, also did the background check for them, then applied for the permit to solicitate which asks criminal history and I was truthful and received it.All of a sudden I was let go which I can understand how people in this world hold you for the person you once were and not who you are now which comes to the dilemma of TRG seeming to not pay me out for the final sale on September 07 2010 that I made.I guess they figure since I'm an ex con I am an idiot, so believe me people I am going through steps through BBB and attournies to see if we can get rid of places like this.If there are questions for anyone that needs answers toward this company please email kmccoy1978@att.net

Sales is a Profession. Yes, we TRAIN Neophytes and unfortunately most are unable or unwilling to put forth the required effort to succeed. It doesn't happen OVERNIGHT. A College Degree costs tens of thousands of dollars and takes years.

Even after 20 years of Education an MD must work as an INTERN for pennies.

Our recent College Grads EXPECT THE WORLD on a SILVER PLATTER. Top MBA Programs want Work Experience after earning your BS, BA, etc.

I would never hire most of you whiners. If you got through the system; I would cause you to “Put in the TIME & EFFORT” or you would leave by your choice or mine.

I currently work for TRG. I just started about a month ago and i am making on average $1000 a week! They do not take money from your check. However they do hold 20% of your commission until the product is installed into the home you sold. You always get that money back. I have heard that there have been problems in the past but that goes with every company. It is certainly NOT a fraud and anyone who is out of a job right now should give it a shot instead of sitting on the computer all day complaining about a company that actually wants to hire you!

Wow, came on here looking for some insider info on this company. I cancelled my hotjobs account about 10 years ago, so getting an e-mail from them now just means they are going off some really old purchased e-mail packets, or they were trolling the net for random email accounts.

Two things I have noticed while reading these comments:
1. Those folks who are most vehement in supporting the company (with the gentle exception of the Schwann's rep) are highly illiterate. I had a good laugh over the person who honestly typed "like seriously" in his comment. Like, OMG, dude, like TOTALLY!

2. Those folks who support the company also seem to have this idea in their heads that the ones screaming "SCAM" are just lazy good-for-nothings who just don't want to work.

Well, let me give you some insight on people who don't like doing business with companies who seem "sheisty." We happen to have a lot of self-respect. I have done some rather nasty jobs in my day, because I needed employment. But I have limits. I won't sell drugs. Hey, it's a job, mang, wassup?! I won't work in a titty-bar. Hey, it's a job, mang, wassup?! I won't do door-to-door or telemarketing, the bane of American existence. Hey, it's a job, mang, wassup?!

Therefore, my suggestion to you is:

Try to leave these forums for discussing the company, not insulting the people who post disparaging remarks about the company. It renders your entire comment moot when you insult the other posters.

I realize this statement makes my comment a bit ironic, but hey, it had to be said.

[censor] people, take it down a few notches and stop being [censor]s, like seriously if any of you procrastinators had a brain you would listen to what they say over the phone and If you had a backbone you would give it a shot if it was something you were interested in, really if your out of work get off your [censor], let off the unemployment, and benefits of the state and get a job, it's not the companies fault your a failure! I thought the youth of today was going to [censor], look at where they're learning it all from! Explains everything!

Check out /link removed/ as well guys and type in TRG in the search bar. You will find some more horror stories there as well. The people in charge are just friends of higher ups within. They have no qualifications.

It's definitely a SCAM! weird phone calls, weird interviews, and not very inform manager. They are actually making money off of their employees paychecks.
