This company is a joke... i worked for them for almost a year and cant belive i put up with there crap for that long.. i agree with all the other complaints about bad benifits and no bonuses... also there supervisors do not know anything... they rely on their employees to do supervisor work without pay... and if you apply for supervisor they give a you completley bullcrap reason for why you did not get it.. and then expect you to keep doing the work for free... they make so many promises that are not kept... most of the management are pompus, jerks... this call center has by far the highest number of people quiting that i have ever seen... also they will fire people for idiotic reasons and keep people that have no idea what they are talking about... i also agree with the last post that they blame everything they do on BNYM... when people that work directly for the bank had no idea why some of the policys were put into effect... i promise to anyone who doesnt belive this APPLY... get hired..(and you will because they need 300 people to work there by aug or they loose their contract) then go thru training ... listen to all of the fake promises they make about being management and raises and great benifits... then get out onto the floor for a week and youll completly understand...

Yes!Yes!Yes! It is the strangest workplace...The operations manager is a troll-like, middle-aged woman who was obviously never popular in high school, and now tries to overcompensate by hanging out on the patio with a bunch of borderline adolescent loser males, in their mid twenties and late thirties, smoking and trying desperately to act cool! The supervisors and trainers are arrogant, and very, very strange! The TRG corporate statement should proclaim: USE and DISCARD, Play hide and seek with BNYMellon. The arrogance and rudeness of this group to their captive masses is disgusting and unprofessional. If you want to see the "caveman" mentality that exists there, start from the top of the organization and work your way down...
That one supervisor referred to is utterly pathetic..He struts around, thrusting his pec's forward, reminding one of a beauty queen with breast implants, and his bottom slops behind him like a toddler with a load in its pants!
i agree. I know the a particular supervisor "MM" isa peice of crap! I know for a fact the MM does anyone or anything around there! There are only 2sups that I can think of that accually care and DO THEIR JOB and not other employees!

Salararies for Customer Service Agent starts @ $31K ..really! We don't even have paid Holdays or raises as of last year.

Our Supervisors make about that Salaries to pretty do nothing but pop pills and screw each other.
The only thing the Sup's are good at other than getting high and screwing is doing Conference reports, listening to calls (searching for bad calls) and blaming them on BNYM so you won't get paid a quality bonus, and give false hopes to the brown nosing floor support Employees by making them do the Supervisor's work (Take all Sup calls, organize time keeping systems, and close up so that the Supervisor can go home early.
Pro's about working at TRG
1. Supervisor may build your ego by flirting with you. :D
2.Managers may build your ego up by flirting with you :D
3.If you look good or act cool you are likely to get ahead or get time off the phones...reconigiton is NOT based on you having the best quality of work or GOOD WORK ETHICS. HOW BROWN IS YOUR NOSE?
Con's about working at TRG
1.No Paid Holidays
2.No Raises
3.No Human Resources ...They keep quitting..RED FLAG
4.Benefits suck now CIGNA
5.No cells on the floor if you are a Rep but your Supervisor have to rub it by playing his Guitar on his phone, or playing offensive music on his phone after hours, and taking pictures of Employees boobs.
6.Bonuses are not goood
7. NO Christmas bonus
8. Everything you receive from TRG YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT...TRG had fundraisers where the Employees Paid for the Holiday Party... HOW TACKY! TRG is always looking for ways to gey money from its Employees or from tax write offs.
9. Supervisors treat you like crap on a regular basis and are only nice or productive when BNYM is in the office...BNYM need to be at TRG daily from 8AM -8PM walking the floor managing the production.
10.If you are old, NOT A SUCK UP, disabled or just not cool you have a slim chance of gettting ahead in this Company.
11.You cannot put all you work done at TRG on you resame because you are really doing work in you job description yopou are doing a sups job.
12.High turnover.
You IDIOTS! Where else do you LOSERES think you are going to get a job willing to pay you uneducated, inexperienced, pill popping, unprofessional...FOOL $10.50+ per hour. You People are a disgrace to American workforce.
You speak of BNYMellon like they are some kind of Quasi Gods...When they are NOT! This joke of a Company promised MANY promotions and full time permanent employment to many worker and RARELY FOLLOWED THROUGH.
They laid off alot of workers and sent work to India.
