treo 800 / Service
I have been with Sprint Mobile over eight years. And never had an ongoing problem like this...My mobile phone is a treo 800w...several times a week it ceases to sync with the network this will last 3 to 4 days at a time, during this time i can not use e-mail, gps, or anything but make a call...I've spoken with customer service, technical support (they have replaced the phone with another treo 800w) there advice is to take the battery out wait and put the battery back in. This issue still occurs its been 1 yr and 2 weeks exactly since I ordered the first treo 800w...I have asked to be able to select a new phone.. I will pay for the phone but not the mail in rebate ..that is not fair. When my service keeps failing through no fault of my own.
