Trendz Clothing PVT. LTD. / Complain Regarding Misplace of Parcel

DEAR SIR,

We are M/s Trendz Clothing Pvt. Ltd. have booked a parcel through Indian Airlines Cargo on 26/06/2007 at 6:20 AM from Delhi to our Bangalore office through your AWB No.:058 - [protected].



But we are shocked to hear that, the parcel has not reached to the destination address till date.



The packet has been misplace at your end and both Delhi and Bangalore are unable to trace the same.........



We are not expecting such type of services from atleast Indian Airlines.



Please note, the parcel was very very important as it contain our shipment of client which may result financial loss and that's the reason we have used your Cargo so that delivery can be done on time.



But, even after several calls and personal visit both at Delhi and Bangalore end have not solved the problem and every time only we get the answer that we are doing the needful.



Please note that, if we are not able to provide the consignment on time, we shall be forced to pay penalties, production loss, etc., to our client, the same if any, is imposed on us we would be forced to pass on to you.



Hence, please look into the matter and do the needful immdly.
