Purchased a Tiffany necklace back in August 2008, and have to this date [protected]) NOT received the item. Left numerous messages, sent faxes, and letters to no avail. I have called the number that is posted and no one picks up the line.

Every email you send the company - sends an automatic reply that someone will contact me in the next 24 hrs. No one does. It's very frustratingly not to get an answer, nor get to speak to a live person.
