I paid 3.99 to be a VIP so i could download and export data to my website. It is their dropship program. It does not work. So for 3 weeks i have been asking for my refund of 3.99. They agreed but then today i got an email saying their system is unable to process refunds so they were offering me 3.99 off in coupons for my next purchase. I said HELL No, i want my refund. Why woukd i buy products from you after you burned me. I know its only 3.99 but its the principle.. any suggestions? Thxs for listening...

TrendsGal.com package never shipped out

No, just no. Stay away. I placed an order on September 25th and paid $17.99 for expedited shipping (3-7 days), and today is October 13th (almost 3 weeks has gone by) and the package HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED OUT. So apparently, the total delivery time = processing time + shipping time, and according to the website, the processing time normally takes about 4 days and if there's any issues with the order, they are supposed to email you. I did not get any email from Trendsgal regarding my order (they should have at least notified me about the significant delay) and it's just ridiculous to take this long to process a freaking order for two single clothing items (one of which I needed for my dance performance). On top of that, it is SO hard to get ahold of a customer representative. I tried leaving a voice message, sending an email, requesting an online chat- nothing. Yesterday, I had to dial their number 11 times before finally getting connected to a human person so I could cancel my order. First, they told me they would send me an email confirming the cancellation within a couple hours but they never did, and the next day (today), I logged into the website only to see that the order status was still "processing." I had to call the customer service again many many times to finally speak with another rep and I made sure I received the cancellation email before I let her go. SO MUCH EFFORT. Do not bother ordering from this awful, incompetent company. It's not worth it.

TrendsGal.com fake sizing charts

Fake sizing charts. Misleading information.
I wear the full M size. I used your charts for ordering a dress.
When it arrived and I tried it, it was as small as if it was made for a mouse. It's the XXXS size, not the M. Tell me, is it always like that or is it my so lucky?
I also want to complain about the shipping. Too long waiting and it has no protection. They also don't provide a tracking number.
Everything is bad, as you can see...

TrendsGal.com I want my money back!!!

I bought a dress in the S size that was definitely in stock and was charged for that. On the next day, I got an email from them with information about my order, like it was out of stock (even though by the moment of my order it was not). They said they would refund everything.
Soooo now it's been a month and there's no refund. My attempts to сontact them suffered a defeat. I paid a decent amount of money, I can't forget about it. I will get what I want anyway. but I'm here to warn you to order very carefully.

I order some item from trendsgal took three wks when it arrived the doubled breasted jumpsuit look nothing like the picture on their web site cheap material they are just taking customers money I will never order from them ever again the jumpsuit material is very cheap they are just a scam their customer service is a joke their sizing chart is not accurate there's nothing good I can say about trendsgal worst of the worst they are not a clothing store I would recommend to anyone !

TrendsGal.com I am complaining about everything I purchase from trendsgal

First, I want to run it by you to see if you can resolve the issue that I'm having with trendsgal. If you can't resolve it. I will take it to the next level. I have been doing business with them for quite sometimes and I am tired of being ripped off. I have placed many orders with them and they all turn out the same way what the fellow workers are doing to me. I ordered Brocade carps doormat carpet-50cm 80cm the price of the rug was $4.20 and a wall sticker for $2.97 also a charming 1 bouquet 18 head home wedding decoration artificial rose for $5.44. I was charged $40.70.

This is just one example there are many more. Mostly everything that I order is at a very low price but, I'm being over charged for them. I want you too tell me what else this could you call it besides a total ripoff. I would like for you to look over the orders that I placed but, I know that they are going to remove the items and try to cover themselves. Naturally, crooks not going to let they boss see what they are doing. They are going to try and hide it but, you can't hide from god. He see everything you do. Everything that I order I write the prices down everything that I order somebody is changing the prices.

In today's world it all about money and people doesn't think about nothing else. Every body wasn't born with a gold spoon in their mouth as I use to hear the old folks say. I can say this though when you leave this earth. Money can't go with you and leaving it for someone else won't do you a bit of good because you can't enjoy it but they can. And when everybody is gone money is still going to be here. Everyone that have a business should want to keep their customers satisfied.

Your customers are what keeps your business growing and flowing. Well, I guess you can say that people just doesn't care about their jobs anymore because another person doesn't matter to them anymore. All they can see is money floating around in their head and they don't care about nothing else but how they can get it. Life is more than just about money but, as you can look around you that's all you can see that matters. Everybody wants a paycheck but, they don't want to earn it. I watches this happening with people everyday. I thank god for a dear mother like mine.

She raised me up to do the right thing and I still carries out her legacy right up to this very day. Every body need money to live in this world but, there is a difference in using it than, abusing it. God says be content with what you got. It's better to have a little than to have a whole lot. Most of the time when I order from their company I order things at very low prices because the shipping and handling is so high. Even when you make small orders you are being charged a fortune for it and that's not right and in the eye sight of god you cannot make anything right for doing people wrong.

Now, I have gotten to the point I do not want to order anything from their company anymore because the employees are playing a crooked games with people and they are not only going to lose me. They are going to lose a whole lot more behind them ripping people off like that. It makes your business look very bad when people have to complain on you like this. I don't know whether you can review the things that I ordered and see for yourself or, they may try and cover it up. The problem is when you try to cover up dirt that make a bad impression on you.

And if I were them I would stop this before it get to the point of losing all their customers. It's not the customers that making their company look bad it their employees that's making it look bad. Everybody wants a paycheck but, they don't want to earn it. They rather be crooked instead. Even a child would know better than to do a thing like these employees are doing to people. This is just the beginning because if their employees can't get my order right. I have no other choice but to take it to the next level and let the people in this world know what they are doing people.

Right is right and wrong is wrong and they know that they are doing people wrong and trying to cover themselves up is not going to help one bit. Because all you have to do is, do right from the start. I'm trying to be as lenient as I can and ask you in a nice way to make those employees remove those over charges that they charged me. They are ruining the company's business. This they shouldn't want to happen. I tried to let them know that I wasn't satisfied with them charging me such high shipping and handling charges for literal ordering much of nothing. Instead of them getting better they got even worse.

I give justice where justice is due they sell very nice products. Now, I don't want to buy them anymore because of these people being crooked and ripping me off. Their are many places that I can order from. I just hate to see their business go bad but, I am also afraid that this is going to happen because of the way that their employees are over charging customers. These orders that I placed was on July 6 and July 7. I have had enough of their dirty games so I am going to leave it all up to you.

The price that I ordered these items for they changed the prices and charged me a lot money and I really do not appreciate what they did. This is not the first time they have done this. They do it all the time. This is why I'm complaining. If you can't see the prices of these items and how they are over charging me. I would like for you to make them fix this problem because they know that they are doing people wrong. If I don't see any changes then, I will do whatever I feel is necessary that I have to do. I will have someone to investigate this because I know it wrong. It doesn't cause a person one cent to do right but, when you are doing wrong you are going to pay for it one way or another. Thank you and I appreciate your cooperation.

I didn't receive all my idems so when will I ? And I received the wrong size jeans I'm so unsatisfied with my order ... When will I receive my hat, shoes, sandals ? I ordered an item more than a month ago and am yet to receive it. Emails to them on 4/4/17 initially said "shipping date: march 20, 2017 05:50:45, estimated delivery time: 15-30 business days", and now they stretch delivery to 2 months? What a scam business this! If not extending delivery time, they will talk of insurance blah blah blah! I told them I am not going to my post office nor am I going to wait any longer and they should just refund my money, which they have refused insisting I wait delivery in 2 months. Save yourself a lot of agony and money, avoid this scammer in the name of WWW.TRENDSGAL.COM!

TrendsGal.com total nightmare

Decided to order something from Trendsgal, that was my first time buying from them. Unfortunately whole experience was a total nightmare and I'm not impressed with them.
After I paid I received a notification message from them stating that they received my money. For about a week there was no news so I decided to contact them and inquire about my order status. They said that they had no idea what was I talking about because they did not had any record that I even made an order.
I even spoke with their manager and they said that there is nothing they could do because according to their system I did not make any orders and never paid for anything. What a scam!

I am reading so much review on transgal and am convinced that this place is a scam should be reported promptly. Please before others fall into this. I purchased clothing and pocket books. Money was deducted from my account. I tried unsuccessfully on line and by telephone for update and always met with blocks. On line it was a computer generated messages with the exact end and all numbers were unavailable. No email follow up to date

I placed order back in December 2016, is now February 10, 2017 and no order received. I request status of order, received several messages that this was send and that it could take around 30 days. Is been over 40 days and no order. I have been sending e-mails to demand a refund and have not received any answers. They do not reply to my messages. This website is a Scam!

TrendsGal.com they took my money and didn't deliver my order

I believe Trendsgal to be a scam, they took my money and didn't deliver my order. I bought two tops from them back in November and didn't receive them yet. Customer service does not reply to my messages and they didn't give me a tracking number so there is no way to find out my orders current location.
Better stay away and don't buy from Trendsgal. They look exactly like a fraud Chinese company. I regret I did not read the reviews before I made my order. Trendsgal website looked great and I never expected to be scammed. I guess I'll never get my order or my money back.

TrendsGal.com ill fitted clothes selling at inappropriate sizes with overpriced shipping

the clothes were cheaply made and seeing how they didn't fit I gave
them all to red cross. I would think that you would take pride in the
work you do but apparently it doesn't matter how poorly your items are
made or shipped. I will however make sure everyone I know doesn't
purchase from you because of the horrid quality and overpriced
shipping. Also the fact that you lie about your location I find fault
with, From now on my clothes will only be made in America Not
distributed in America from china.

A friend of my told me about your web site and how good you were so I came to see on my own.But on the first command i pass appears to be problemes already so do something and fast.Because with this incidents how do you want mE to extend good news of you to my broad friendship zone!?
Here lies my complain :
I passes a command for weeks now, and it has not been shipped and in the details its said "refund " while I have never asked for any refund so process and send my goods as fast as possible, please!

I ordered 3 mermaid tail blankets on dec. 16th. I paid for expedited shipping. Now they are saying I won't get my package until dec. 28th and when I talked to fedex they stated that the sender selected the slower less expensive shipping! How can you select what shipping you want when I paid for a service! This company has no working customer service number, and the chat does not work either! This is terrible customer service, and if I did not get the shipping option I paid for, I want my money back! On top of the fact that I won't be getting my items until after christmas... If at all... This sounds like a shady company to me, and I will never order from here again! I will tell everyone I know not to order from here either... Rip off!

TrendsGal.com order 7/12/2015 not delivered

Hi I ordered 3 mermaid blankets on the 7/12/2016 and these have still not been received. I have contacted trendsgal and they keep referring me to yodel to track my parcel. Yodel have not revived my parcel so it can't be tracked. This has ruined some christmas presents. I will not be ordering again. I want a full refund and compensation for inconvenience. Dreadful customer service.

i ordered 12 items on 29/11/2016, items arrived 15/12/2016 with 3 items missing(2 skinny black trousers and 1 baseball hoodie jacket). this is unacceptable you people please get things right at least for once. The qualities of items delivered are far cry from what customers expect and the ideal of not including invoice in the parcels is kinda unprofessional. please look into this and resolve ASAP

Hello,

Please can you clarify why I have been advised of 3 different payments for my recent transaction: G1612040519289820.

After signing up (as prompted), I was awarded a 10% promo code: qffuykrm, which I naturally used towards my order. Therefore the final cost without promo, was £44.28. However, after inputting the promo code, the final costs presented was £39.86.

With the above in mind, I was shocked and disappointed to notice an mount being debited for £54.68.

I am also surprised at how unclear the process was for checking out with the items. Not transparent at all!

Please can you review and get back to me at your earliest opportunity.

TrendsGal.com shipping scam

Never pay for expedited or priority shipping, they will still send the items regular mail and pocket the money. They will claim that there may be an issue at customs and ask for more money if you want it "faster" so they can ship it through DHL - even though you've already paid for the priority shipping. This is the 2nd (and last time) time they've done this to me. Total scam!
