This company has taken it upon themselves to announce in writing when going to our website that: "Trend Micro has confirmed that this website can transmit malicious software or has been involved in online scams or fraud". We are not guilty of anything of the such. I just contacted their corporate headquarters in California and cannot TALK TO A PERSON to find out #1 WHERE this information came from; #2 what gives them the RIGHT to post this false information about ones' business website; and #3 under WHAT verification system do they use before posting this malicious information on the web! Do you know what I was told? to give them my email and they would send an email and I can email them the information.. that there is NO OE there i can personally talk to. What a bunch of CRAP. I WILL IMMEDIATELY BE UNINSTALLING THIS VIRUS protection from my computer and would suggest you do the same and no longer do business with such an UNETHICAL COMPANY!...

My Chase credit card was recently billed $139.90 for internet security program that I didn't order. I am already paying for a program that is in place. Please take this program off and credit my card.

I did not authorize RENEWAL of Trend Micro's software. My Internet connection is protected by AT&T and I do not require or need Trend Micro's security software. I request my credit card charges for $71.95 be removed.

I did not authorize Tend Micro to take money out of my account. I want the money returned to my account immediately or I will file charges with the BBB and also have my bank file a claim. I want this done no later than November 12, 2010. Thank you.

I have been charged $ 62.95 on my discover card. I did not order or authorize this purchase. I want it removed and credit returned to my credit card immediately.

Please refund the charges for the Trend Micro Anti virus of 39.95 and 6.95 that was charged to my account reference number 2443099L4BM5D15JT and 2443099L4BM5QXSXJ on 9/01/10. This antivirus is not supposed to be charged to me it is provided through my internet provider.

$35.95 of DRI*TREND MICRO ORDERFIND.COM MN was charged to my bank card without my authorization. I want this unauthorized charge removed and the funds restored to my account immediately. I do not have any Trend Micro products on any of my computers. What can I do?

They placed a charge on my credit card for $35.95 with out getting permission from me and they do not even have my computer using there product. It has been over a year since using there product when I lived in Colorado

trend micro has bill my credit card without my permission.I am no longer useing their antivirius.also when it was time to renew on the 15th of may I chose NOT to.but the billed any way..I have no way to contact them.their 1-800 # is not valid.please have this company refund my account a.s.a.p

I have a charge on my Visa for Trend Mcro's virus protection for my laptop. I cancelled this product last year, and do not
want to re-order. Please arrange a credit on my credit card for the $44.95 USAD charge ($48.60 CAD).

While going throught by bank statements I noticed a charged dated 2/17/2010 for the company Trend Micro for 44.95 that I absolutely don't recall ordering and certainly never recieved a download for the virus protection software. I want my money refunded for this charge.

I was reminded one month before my security service was to end, so I subscribed for another year (Thru april 4, 2011) . This renewal was to cost $39.95, but my credit card was charged twice--once for $39.95 and another charge from Trend Micro for $7.95. I would like a refund for the $7.95.

My account was charged for additional software that I did not apporve. I purchased Internet Security for a total of $46.90 on January 4TH 2009. The next day my account was charged for an additional 39.95. Please credit my account for the $39.95. Thank you.

C ancelled internet order for antivirus @ $47.95 with trendmicro and was told my visa credit card would be credited this month. No credit noted on latest bill and have been charged again the annual fee.

PLEASE DO NOT DEBIT MY CARD WITH ANY TRANSACTIONS, NOW ANDD IN THE FUTURE.

My site has also been maligned in this way. I have a subscription for regular monitoring and cleaning of my site with on of the best companies out there. As far as I can tell, Trend Micro returns false positives on a regular basis and are not forthcoming with their evidence to support these claims.

Trend micro Antivirus is charging me extra after i paid a renewel for two years. they are charging me $35.95 for no reason at all i would love for this to get fixed and my money returned to my card. their service is horrible because i couldnt reactivate the year i had left just because i did a clean up on my computer. I would like for you to solve this problem as soon as possible because i didnt authorize them to charge that money i would consider this as froud from their part. Horrible company i already stopped using their service and never again using it.

I have been billed for a renewal that I did not request. I was sent a renewal request that I did not respond to and was still charged for the service. I would like the charges removed.
