This apartment complex is a joke. First day I moved in, there was no lock on my front door, instead there was a HOLE. They did not give me a key of course because there was no lock, they didn't provide me a mailbox key, apartment was dirty and a hole in the wall about 2feet by 2feet, Internet didn't work either. After living here for 2 months they still have not repaired the apartment. I have hired an attorney and moving out soon. Oh they also received a package that was addressed to me on Sept 25, 2007 and they called me on Oct 31, 2007 to tell me they have received it! They delivered my first electric bill but then after I argued with them that why they did not inform me of my package arrival earlier, they decided to play a game and disconnect my electricity too, they said the bill was in my mailbox, the box that they never gave me a key too! Do not lease here and pay another place and live comfortably. Waste of money.

I would like to make a complaint about treehouse aoartments, residents are allways blasting musicfrom apartments, and cars, that are so loud it has knocked pictures off my wall, and you can't even hear your t.v. then you have something that needs to be fix and you call and either its months before they come, or you never see them, then there are the roaches that are so bad you have them in your apartment, and you take them where you go. something need to be done.

My story is the most ridiculous one, I moved in treehouse two months ago and i asked for the parking permit three times, but the manager told me it's fine since we have filled out the form, so my husband and i parked our car in the parking lot of treehouse, then last week our car was towed and we were charged for 118 dollars, and the reason is because we don't have a parking permit, it made me really angry because I'm a resident here and my new car was towed for 8 miles, and the manger never tell me the my car will be towed without a parking sticker, now the manager insisted that she has given us the permit and won't even apologize for her mistake, this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered in America.

Don't move in to any place that doesn't require a last month rent deposit, because chances are if it doesn't have one - it isn't a place worth renting.

Apartment complexes by law are normally required to show a last month's rent deposit form and make sure you sign it. This is to protect them, you and the owner. Apartments using this form are expecting you will live at their area for at least 12 months if not more.

Any apartment complex that does not issue the form or is hesitating, likely isn't worth a move in. Also without knowing it they are breaking residential zoning codes, file a complaint.

ok, this is "Disappointed By All Means" and I commented 6th of APRIL-2009 that they haven't paid my money. Guess what ? They haven't paid until now (That is freaking 3 years...) If someone is so desparate for money..especially others' money...there are ways..not like this. OK fellows, I gave up stuggling and pretend that I lost the money to some Street Thugs (female, lol..) that kidnapped me and robbed me at knife-point...

MUST READ!I was set to move into the Treehouse this past weekend. Like some of you I showed up with my family (wife and 2yr old daughter) ready to move in. I was told that they were cleaning my apartment and it would be ready in 30 min. I got into the place and there was nothing done with it. When I signed the lease over six weeks ago there was major problems with the bathtubs but fixable. there was also missing carpet in the master bed room, and the kitchen was completely dirty, so they had done nothing, I called the management and told them about these problems and they basically said I was lying, they said they were painting till 9 last night in the apartment, but there was no fresh paint (I do home repair/ remodeling, I would know). they also told me there was nothing they could do about it because the manager was the one who handled it and they had no way of reaching her, but then it turned out that the maintenance guy is her cousin and could get a hold of her. so i call them again because I wanted them to come see how the place was not livable, well 2 hours past and no one came so at this point I was ready to get out of the place, but before I left I wanted to take great detail in what was wrong with it when/if I have to show an attorney. my Father-in-law get to the bathroom and he notices some patched drywall by the toilet, but it doesn't look like it should( again I've done home repair I would know) so he reached down to touch it and his finger went right through the wall- not a big deal right? WRONG!- On the piece that fell off it was covered in black mold...that's right, the VERY DEADLY BLACK MOLD! So now I have to call the health department, and talk to the complex about getting all my money back because if the things I had a problem with before were too little to warrant a terminated lease, this sure does. This is no joke; I've got pictures and the piece of wall with the mold, and this will be filed with the Health department.

Apartments are not energy efficient. Be prepared to freeze your ### off in winter and be hot as hell in summer. A/C and Heater are old, and don't work well. They're gonna be running constantly if you wanna be halfway comfortable. Internet doesn't work. The manager is very nice, but she is there mainly to make you happy when you're in the office, not outside. The maintenance guys don't know all that much... about anything. This place is pretty cheap but I think you still get less than you pay for. The only thing i could imagine you're paying for is the location. Wanna get away? Go to the rec, its across the street. The place sucks overall, don't live here, ever.

My story with treehouse is more pathetic . So long as I was a resident, the people in the office (including the manager) were so nice, goody, hi, hello...and when I moved out and the property owes some money back, ..they show their true colors..believe or not..I am yet to receive the money they owe me ! yes, it is morethan 9(NINE !) freaking months..! Please Watch out with these people..They dont seem to have a basic humanitarian concern regarding how important money is..(yeah, its not theirs, anyways !)

This is the most unprofessional appartment complex i have ever seen. I rented a appartment from treehouse in january. They pushed my move in date back three times. The day that they finnaly said that i could move in was on a saturday. when i got there with all of my things, there was no one to help me in any way. i finnaly found a man that was working on some of the appartments who had a master key. I told him my situation and he said that there was an empty appartment that he could let me in to. Which was nice, because the appartment that i had signed my lease for still had someone living it. It was not untill 4 days later that i even talked to the manager. When i spoke to her i informed her that the appartment was really dirty, it had not been cleaned at all. The carpet was the worst part about it. There was black staines everywhere, and urine stains all over the place. The appartment smelled so bad that i had to spend 50.00 of my own money to try and get rid of the smell. Because of all this she told me that my first months rent would be free. I respect that, that is what should have been done in this situation. To make a long story short... I just moved out and i got a bill in the mail from the treehouse. In this bill they are charging me for excessive stains in the carpet, and a 100.00 pet fee. The funny part about that is, I never had a pet. I went in to talk to the manager about the situation, and she tried to tell me that the carpet in my appartment was brand new when i moved in. This is a lie! If they would bother to look at the move in form from when i moved in, they would see that i told them about how bad the carpet was when i moved in, in january. The Treehouse appartment complex is a joke.
