Company took money for their product, including a year of free updates. They sent a notice of a new update, along with an activation code. When I downloaded the program it was for a newer product and the activation code did not work. I have been unable to get a response from them regarding the issue.
For me, my Solsuite game started clearing game of high scores, or even usage, all by itself. After complaining to customer service, no resolution was offered on my 3 month old, broken, defective, game. Hey, 10 bucks is 10 bucks. I will `spend time every day online telling of the crappy service at treecardgames..I'm retired, got nothing better to do than talk about how crappy their customer service is.
