Reservation [protected] for 10/26 depart 10/27/17. I tried to cancel reservation due to the fact they were hit by hurricane harvey. they had water and are not in operation at this time. you people said I did tried to cancel to late and will be charged. I was in the phone with your people for 1-1/2 hours and they could not contact hotel either. so I was told I am still being charged. let me ask you "if hotel is not in operation how can you charge for a service that cannot be provided, isn't that fraud, deceptive trade practices. so we go to court and I am eligible for 3 times my hotel cost correct. I will notify bank tomorrow go take pictures of unoperational hotel and post on facebook, twitter, etc.
