[Resolved] Travelgeniopayment method unavailable

since last Friday June 16 I'm trying to buy a flight ticket from Milan to New York from 17/8/2017 to 28/8/2017 without success.

Apparently your system of payment, at the very last page where you have to insert your card's information, doesn't allow me to pay.

The error message reports (in synthesis): "Some information are not correct, check the data you have inserted".

I have tried with different cards, debit or even credit, in different days (last time today), from different browsers.

I would like to let you know this issue.

I hope in a quick answer (since prices are getting higher and higher every day).

  • Resolution Statement

    After few exchange of emails to find a suitable flight the company booked it for me and I concluded the payment on a separate page with my card.
