[Resolved] Travelgenio / no response to refund claim

Our company has emailed and called Travelgenio to try and resolve this issue more than 20times. Due to issues with initial booking from Travelgenio and then delayed rebooked flight we couldn't make our travel destination. We were a advised by Travelgenio a refund is the airlines responsibilty, We have been advised by airline refund is possible but need Travelgenio to submit claim as they are the original travel bookers, Travelgenio are denying they can help!!
Now every call is unanswered and automatically hung up after 6mins!

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    Hi Aoejrifoek, of course we can help you with your booking rembursement. Please note that repayment depends on the airlines and each of them have different administrative times. Please send us a mail to customer.[protected]@travelgenio.com with your booking code and we will see your rembursement status and the approximately management it will take. Regards

    Hello Aoejrifoek, Did you have any success with a refund from TravelGenio? We are having a refund issue as well and I would like to find out how many people this has happened to.

    @klynm Hi,
    We are having difficulties obtaining our refund with TravelGenio. Air China changed the departure city and times. They advised we are entitled to a refund and TravelGenio will not co-operate

    @Wadew Hi, I recommend you advise every contact on your social media to never use this agent. They are an ‘agent’ between us and the airline and should be accountable. They have also told us the airline is responsible but airline stating Travegenio responsible (I believe airline are correct). Sorry to hear you have also had this issue, there are a lot of us!!
