I have booked my ticket from Singapore to New Delhi on 28th Feb, 2018 with the Booking code: D7GP5K. But their was an alphabet missing on my first name so I have asked the agent to modify the ticket. Travelgenio informed me that they will re-issue the ticket with the correct name and will cancel the ticket. I have asked them in several emails regarding the refund and after lot of efforts they informed me that refund will be done by 45-60 days but still i have not received any refund of S$611. Its already 90 days gone but I have not received my refund. Now company have started playing blame game that AirIndia is not responding and until Airindia responds we will not refund the money. I am really disappointed with the service of travelgenio. They are doing day light robbery. I am so much frustrated with this company that I will never ever book a ticket from them. They do not value their customers at all.

My son made a booking on your website for flights from Dublin to Taiwan starting on 25th May. He checked in to his first flight (Dublin to Heathrow) and flew to Heathrow before realising that he had to change airports in London and make his way to Gatwick for his 2nd Flight to Taiwan. Unfortunately, the journey from Heathrow to Gatwick is too long a journey to be able to check in for his 2nd flight and therefore missed his flight through no fault of his own. We had to pay for another flight to get him to Taiwan.
I would be grateful if you could investigate this matter, as not in a chance would he have been able to make that flight from Gatwick to Taiwan as there was not enough time between flights. I will be looking for part refund on this missed flight as it is with the fault of the bookings. He is a young lad who did not realise that Gatwick was so far from Heathrow.

I booked the return flights from Incheon to Heathrow. I took the flight from Incheon to Heathrow on January this year, and I still have a ticket from Heathrow, UK to Incheon (Seoul) on July 1st. Due to my circumstances (injuries), I tried to change the flight date, so I contacted the travelgenio through the email.
I got an email that I only need to pay 155 Euros to change the flight date to June 26th.
This is what I got as an email : "for In reply to your request we have verified the least expensive date would be the following: BA 17 Q - 26JUN - LHR-ICN - 12:35 - 07:30 Based on the airline's fare rules, the requested change costs 118.00 EUR penalty + 7.00 EUR fare difference + 30.00 EUR service fee. Total amount per passenger: 155 EUR".

Since this was reasonable amount, I tried to make a payment. When I called the company using the international call, the call just suddenly stopped and went off so I couldn't talk to the agent. So I sent them the email again, whether if it is possible to confirm the payment via email.

6 hours later, they sent me an email that I can confirm the payment via email, but I need to pay "1144.93 Euros based on the airline's fare rules (118.00 EUR penalty + 996.93 EUR fare difference + 30.00 EUR service fee))."

I think this is literally nonsense. I have some friends and relatives working in the travel agent, and they said that 1000 euros of flight fare differences in 6 hours is impossible. I also checked the British Airways flight fare just in case, and the price on the websites were still the same. I was very anxious and sent them the email again, saying that please explain to me what's going on. However, I didn't get any reply for whole day, so I wrote them the email three times, and called them three times, but the call just stopped during the call and went off, so I couldn't make any progress.
Today, I sent an email to different email address, but still didn't get any reply. I'm so upset about this situation, and I think this is not the right way for a company to deal with its customers. I hope that customer service reads this complaint, and resolve this issue as fast they can.

Duplicate Bookings made from Geneva to Mumbai for same passengers, same flight, same date from travelgenio.com website. On cancellation of one booking (GQDHBH) being duplicate, money not being refunded. Genuine case of double payments hence request for full refund. Though was assured over phone call but still no satisfactory confirmation of full refund.

I just spoke with one of your agents to do a flight transfer and had issue as I didn't have the same credit card as made booking with, I was told if you can't pay "what do you me to do? Pay for it for you?" Not very customer friendly and utterly rude and I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was told "we don't do that here" and just hung up on me

They cancel my reservation, they said is active and I call the airlines and they say that travelgenio cancel the reservation! They refuse to fix the issue that they create. They refuse to let me speak with a manager, they refuse to call the airline to fix the problem that they create but they keep the money! Total scam! Do not ever book through them . Rip off! Worst customers service! Hope they will failed soon

i booked a ticket plane from Bangkok-el cairo- Madrid with Egypt air date 15/06/2018
MS961 and MS573 (MS/WT2R6l). Travelgenio sent me an email telling me i have to contact because had changes in my flights and i can lose my money. I have to leave thailand on 15 of june because my visa will expire that day. i need someone check it and tell me how to handle and if its possible travel on that date or not and how to cancel if i cannot. i cannot travel after 15 of june.

I need to cancel my flight to Porto from Florence. I saw that apparently my booking is in cancellation status. I also received a second email stating I need to pay through a different 3D portal to make the booking complete. If my booking isn't complete I want to cancel as soon as possible. I would like to confirm if I do not pay through the 3D portal that I will be cancelling my flight.

Please help for it is in less than 24 hours and do not want to be charged the full amount.

On March 1st I booked a flight London-Dublin with connection in Isle of Man but it was cancelled due to whether conditions. After calling customer support on March 2nd I was promised to receive a refund within 1 month. It hadn't happened by the beginning of April so I called them again asking about the status of my refund. That time I was told to wait one week. When by May I still hadn't received a refund I called them again and was told that according to their record my refund had been processed and I should call two airline companies to clarify where was my money. I replied that I was not going to do this as I booked my flight on their website and not on the airline companies' websites and asked them to sort this out. I also asked to escalate my query and send me an update when the case would be resolved. They promised to do this but haven't done.

Trying to cancel my booking on the 7th May 2018 and absolutely no response from the customer care . No reply to the request for cancellation mails .
Also the website states changes in the booking can be made 72 hours prior to departure but no response to that request as well .
Post the given time period of 72hours any changes to booking should be negotiated with the airline directly . My airline company is ready to make changes but is unable to do that because your website is NOT AUTHORIZING THE AIRLINE COMPANY TO MAKE ANY CANCELLATION OR CHANGES .
This is unacceptable and warrants legal action against this website . Had i not been directed here by Skyscanner, i would have never made the booking .

i booked a flight today with air India through your company the price advertised was 522 EURO, i added another 61 EURO for the cancellation policy
and the price before i submitted the charge button was 584 EURO but after i discovered I was charged with 631.79 EUR

First of all, I have been a very good customer of yours in this last year, let me tell you that I will no longer, ever, buy flights with you.

I received notification of a change of flight 18 April 2018, I have sent two emails asking what were my options and got no reply. Today, April 24th, I had to call and spoke to a very rude agent, a lady who did not want to work, she sounded very pissed off and just did not want to help. I explained that I had already spoken to Latam but she kept saying that I should call them, her English was heavily accented and hard to understand until she hung up on me (I am calling from Brazil, so let me tell you it is very disturbing to have to call you).
I just want to let you know that I am so disappointed with your service that I will never ever, buy another ticket with you. I will also write to your customer service in the USA to let them know how poor your customer service is here in Europe).

The call was made at 13.37 Brazilian time (18.37 in Spain) from [protected], and lasted 9 minutes. I do hope that you are able to find that rude agent of yours and tell her off. I spoke to a nicer guy later, and I had spoken to a good guy on April 5, but as I said your service (emails not replied) has deteriorated so much that I will not be buying another ticket with you ever.

On the 8 of March I booked ticket Minsk-Dubai for UIA using TravelGenio. Flight was supposed to be on 11 of March but my visa was not ready in time and as per Operator of UIA advice I froze the ticket and bought new one and asked to refund it next day. Booking 9963025, e-ticket [protected], reference SP8RHS ([protected]). When I called TravelGenio I was confirmed that refund processed will be done during 30-45 days. Next day I asked UIA to reconfirm ticket status however nothing was done. When I checked TravelGenio they answered that UIA refused to refund. When I came back to UIA they reconfirmed that it should be refunded and ask TravelGenio to contact their department which works with agencies. After that TravelGenio just stopped to reply

I need to change a flight I have booked through TravelGenio from Tokyo to Munich. I have called them 12 TIMES, every time I call, either just after I have started speaking to someone or before anyone picks up, they hang up the phone. Is this a phone scam? This is the most terrible customer service I have ever received. They claim not to resolve it over email.

I booked a flight for April 3rd from Dubai to Hamburg through Travelgenio (Dubai-Bucharest with FlyDubai and Bucharest-Hamburg with BlueAir). Due to health issues, I need to stay in Dubai longer. I called the agency 5 times, every time to get disconnected as I wait on hold after providing all the details they need.

I emailed them and they responded with a claim there is no availability for April 17th, which is when I can go back to Germany. I know this is a lie because I checked the flights myself.

I called travel genio more than 5 times today to modfiy my flight ticket but each and 3 times no one took my call despite the waiting time of just 1 minute 3 seconds where as I waited for more than 5 minutes and it got disconnected
And the next two times there was someone who took my call and details but they put me on hold as they wanted to check and then after 2 or 3 minutes the calls got disconnected!
I'm very unhappy with this service and utterly disappointed

Today, I tried to check in for the flight PFW8PI I booked with your company. I was told there was not any booking for me so I was forced to buy another ticket for 303€.
So I want this 303€ refunded back or I will contact consumer affairs. This is terrible way to conduct business. I also tried to call customer services 3 times, to sort out my ticket and after 15 minutes was cut off each time.
