Travelgenio thai airlines tickets

Hi my name is Rashmee Lalmalani
I had booked thru Travelgenio on the 4 th of May 2018
2 tickets Jakarta to London
Booking code PLFWCY
I was sure I had booked for 27 th of June n returning on 7 th of July
But today I realised that I got the ticket for 27 th of May as this is not possible as I am already booked to go to London on 8 th June n coming back on 16 th June
We can send you the proof if u need it
I'm sure I had booked my ticket for 27 th of June n not 27th of May
As we are travelling together with my son
And I have done his booking thru your website as well booking code M9XPMQ
Please rectify my tickets to 27 th of June n forward me the tickets to my email

I find the fare difference is too much it's like buying a new ticket
I really do not know for what reason you are charging me all this figure for the error which I can't understand how it has happen
It's like robbing in the day light
I don't mind compromising on the return date as to avoid the penalty and the fare difference
Please tell me the options of the return dates
Can you tell me as to which date can I return back to Jakarta as to avoid paying for fare
Thank you
Please tell me other option otherwise
If we cancelled this ticket altogether n buy a new ticket
How much refund will u be giving us
Please don't take credit from the error which has happen
I'm only requesting you to change the month from may to June
You can charge me your service fee which is 30 euros
And as for the fare difference
Please tell me other dates available at the same rate

We have made ourself clear that We don’t want to pay for the Fare Difference but we are willing to pay for the penalty for each ticket
We NEED to travel on 27 th June Jakarta to London
As for coming back London Jakarta
You decide for us as to avoid us to pay for the Fare difference which date can you give us
We are okay with coming back from London to Jakarta on either 5th July
Or 6 th July or 7 th July or 8 th July
But we WONT PAY The Fare Difference FEE

As the error has happen due to the reason I don’t understand
We need to travel on 27 th June not on 27 th May
We are willing to pay you the penalty of changing the date
But we are not willing to pay the Fare difference rate as If you total up all the Fee it’s coming to more expensive then buying a new ticket
Please be considerate
We don’t mind you changing the London Jakarta date to 5 th July. If it’s coming out cheaper
N to avoid paying the fare difference

Travelgenio was charged a wrong fee then advertised

i booked a flight today with air India through your company the price advertised was 522 EURO, i added another 61 EURO for the cancellation policy
and the price before i submitted the charge button was 584 EURO but after i discovered I was charged with 631.79 EUR
booking code is JRUVT9.

please refund me to the full amount immediately ! so i can book with another more honest company

Travelgenio customer service europe spain

Dear Travelgenio,

First of all, I have been a very good customer of yours in this last year, let me tell you that I will no longer, ever, buy flights with you.

I received notification of a change of flight 18 April 2018, I have sent two emails asking what were my options and got no reply. Today, April 24th, I had to call and spoke to a very rude agent, a lady who did not want to work, she sounded very pissed off and just did not want to help. I explained that I had already spoken to Latam but she kept saying that I should call them, her English was heavily accented and hard to understand until she hung up on me (I am calling from Brazil, so let me tell you it is very disturbing to have to call you).
I just want to let you know that I am so disappointed with your service that I will never ever, buy another ticket with you. I will also write to your customer service in the USA to let them know how poor your customer service is here in Europe).

The call was made at 13.37 Brazilian time (18.37 in Spain) from [protected], and lasted 9 minutes. I do hope that you are able to find that rude agent of yours and tell her off. I spoke to a nicer guy later, and I had spoken to a good guy on April 5, but as I said your service (emails not replied) has deteriorated so much that I will not be buying another ticket with you ever.

Hello, i just booked a flight from Israel to India
the price was 522 euro and i added 61 euro for cancellation possibility
and it showed 584 euro
booking code is JRUVT9
and i put my credit card details and it charged me for 631.79 EUR
i want to cancel with no cancellation fee

Travelgenio air-ticket refund

I have booked my ticket from Singapore to New Delhi on 28th Feb, 2018 with the Booking code: D7GP5K. But their was a an alphabet missing on my first name so I have asked the agent to modify the ticket. Travelgenio informed me that they will re-issue the ticket with the correct name and will cancel the ticket. I have asked them in several emails regarding the refund and after lot of efforts they informed me that refund will be done by 45-60 days but still i have not received any refund of S$611. I am really disappointed with the service of travelgenio. I request you to provide my refund as soon as possible.

I am still waiting to get an update on my refund amount. It have already crossed a limit of 60 days and have not received refund amount. I am very much disappointed with the kind of service from travelgenio. Everytime i writes them they just give me a same reply that they are waiting for airline authorization to release the payment. Travelgenio must be working for so long time and now they must be having good relationship with AirIndia sales team. They should work more efficiently to get their customer payment from the airline. I think i have lost my $650 to travelgenio. I am not going to use travelgenio in future any more and will not recommend any of my friends to use it.

Travelgenio ticket refund

On the 8 of March I booked ticket Minsk-Dubai for UIA using TravelGenio. Flight was supposed to be on 11 of March but my visa was not ready in time and as per Operator of UIA advice I froze the ticket and bought new one and asked to refund it next day. Booking 9963025, e-ticket [protected], reference SP8RHS ([protected]). When I called TravelGenio I was confirmed that refund processed will be done during 30-45 days. Next day I asked UIA to reconfirm ticket status however nothing was done. When I checked TravelGenio they answered that UIA refused to refund. When I came back to UIA they reconfirmed that it should be refunded and ask TravelGenio to contact their department which works with agencies. After that TravelGenio just stopped to reply

Travelgenio customer services phone line

I need to change a flight I have booked through TravelGenio from Tokyo to Munich. I have called them 12 TIMES, every time I call, either just after I have started speaking to someone or before anyone picks up, they hang up the phone. Is this a phone scam? This is the most terrible customer service I have ever received. They claim not to resolve it over email.

Travelgenio unethical behavior regarding flight changes.

I booked a flight for April 3rd from Dubai to Hamburg through Travelgenio (Dubai-Bucharest with FlyDubai and Bucharest-Hamburg with BlueAir). Due to health issues, I need to stay in Dubai longer. I called the agency 5 times, every time to get disconnected as I wait on hold after providing all the details they need.

I emailed them and they responded with a claim there is no availability for April 17th, which is when I can go back to Germany. I know this is a lie because I checked the flights myself.

Travelgenio client service

I called travel genio more than 5 times today to modfiy my flight ticket but each and 3 times no one took my call despite the waiting time of just 1 minute 3 seconds where as I waited for more than 5 minutes and it got disconnected
And the next two times there was someone who took my call and details but they put me on hold as they wanted to check and then after 2 or 3 minutes the calls got disconnected!
I'm very unhappy with this service and utterly disappointed

Travelgenio flight booking confirmation no pfw8pi

Today, I tried to check in for the flight PFW8PI I booked with your company. I was told there was not any booking for me so I was forced to buy another ticket for 303€.
So I want this 303€ refunded back or I will contact consumer affairs. This is terrible way to conduct business. I also tried to call customer services 3 times, to sort out my ticket and after 15 minutes was cut off each time.

Travelgenio kdx02q taylor hall london gatwick to vancouver via toronto 1st march

Hello,

Basically I booked a flight months ago. I was sure I booked it but could find no record of it anywhere and wasn't sure of the exact date. I've had to end up booking another one at a cost of 500ish$. Then on the 1st march, 8 hours before I needed to be at the airport I received a check in email (first notice) for my flight. I called every financial institution to find out whether they could stop any of the payments. Obviously futile as I had made the payment ages before. They all told me if the payment existed only the merchant could release it. I had spent literally more than half the time i had been given notice on the phone trying to talk to someone to see what can be done. Literally fell asleep at about 5am waiting for over 2 hours for over to speak to the airline or travelingo. I had been on the phone waiting to speak to people various people or nearly 4 hours. I could have made this initial flight but I was given little to no warning about its existence and by the time I could do something about it I was essentially snowed in. Now westjet has just liberated another 500$ from me.

First of all, why are you sending me my checking info only hours before an international flight?
Why did you make it so difficult to find in the email? My friend thought I was just retarded and also tried searching the airport codes, destination, departure city to no avail.
Why when I had an issue did I not reach someone for over 3 hours of waiting?
Why if I had an issue would I only have been given same day notice?
What if it was something serious but non financial, how can you justify this policy? A reasonable expectation is 24 hours notice.
I needed to be contacted or get into contact with you people and it was just impossible. When I was on the phone waiting it also just randomly cut out and I had to call back at the end of the queue. This situation is pretty inappropriate. I had spent the entirety of my awake hours trying to sort this out and could have made this flight if I could have just spoken to someone or been given adequate notice but now it's too late.
I understand that to a degree it's my fault I missed this flight, but again if I had been given any sort of appropriate notice I could have done something about making my initial flight and cancelling my other one.

Currently in transit for my subsequent flight, but I await your response.

Travelgenio unethical behaviour

I booked a return flight with Travelgenio from Dublin to New York. My outbound flight was cancelled by Norwegian Airlines as the weather was too bad to travel. When I contacted Norwegian they told me I have to contact Travelgenio for a refund as I booked through them. I have done this 3 times on the 05/03/18. I have spoken to Stephanie, Karina and Marcello. Each time I have explained all of the details of my flight. to which Karina told me there is no proof on travelgenio system that my flight is cancelled to contact Norwegian. I contacted Norwegian again to which they told me that Agents such as Travelgenio have a special line to contact them so tell travelgenio to ring that number to confirm cancellation. Stephanie in Travelgenio told me I am entitled to a refund for the cancelled flight of €165pp which is €660 but not my return flight. I asked how much it would cost to change my return flight to the 24/04/2018 to which I was once again cut off. Is this a ploy so that my return flights will run out tomorrow and I will lose the money for that too. I have not been contacted by Travelgenio to resolve my issue even though I have been in contact so many times today over a 2 hour period and have not got a satisfactory outcome. Totally unacceptable.

Travelgenio I make a reservation, my flight is today! no tickets, no changes, no books, no reply emails and phone calls, my flight is today

Just yesterday I book a flight from doha to Bangkok, they took the money from my credit card, and yesterday after my reservation, they sent me one email telling that couldn't make the reservation and sent me one option to fly to dEhli wait in the airport for 10hours and after fly to Bangkok arriving at night, a total hours around I even know 18 hours, when my flight will have maximum 9, stopinh in Oman just for around one hours, i told them that I dont want fhat ticket. On the first email they told that will send to me this new reservation. Till now after 10 hours without sleep, i still wainting for one reply to one the ten emails and calls that I send to them. Nobody answered email, phones, nothing. This is unbelievable never happen with me! Total desrespect for people! I will not fly because i evem dont have a ticket can you imagine, I paid for nothing! I sent email for three different departments and nothing. Just want to share it with guys, this is nightmare!

Travelgenio flight lost luggage

To who it may concern at TravelGenio,

I have purchased a ticket from Madrid to Montreal with a layover in Casablanca. I have purchased an insurance with the ticket.

The airline was very careless and has lost my luggage (Royal Air Maroc) I have been calling with no clear answer of where my bag is.
Claim number YULAT24811.

When I filed the claim at the airport immediately there were 7 people from the same flight who have lost their luggage.
Very disappointing. I urge you to reimburse me for my lost luggage and for the days I spent without proper clothes at the cold winter of Montreal! Ticket number 147-[protected]

Travelgenio sent me this email just now telling me that they couldn’t do my reservation with the ailine, and they forwarded me another flight, beeing waiting almost for 10 hours in nova dehli airport, and gently they told me that i dont need to pay anything more.
Thank you so much for dont make me pay for a flight where i will need to wait for 10 hours and arriving at night from the day after!
I want my money back, and I dont accept this flight
I need to travel urgently to Bangkok, and the moneey credit in the respective credit card.
I need one a Answer ASAP.
I just called to your number from the exterior, spent my money for almost 9 minuts. And nobody answered the phone!
This is why you solve the people problems.
Dont replying to urgent email, don’t answering the phone, and making the costumer spent money calling for nothing.
You just should took the money from the credit card, after have the confirmation by the airline company, not before!
They is absolutely unacceptable.

Travelgenio online flight booking not finalized - credit card charged - their customer service deliberately hung up on me!

This company is a fraud!

This company is a fraud! I will press for legal charges against them, thankfully I had my wits together recording my calls to the service desk so I have sufficient proof. I checked online for flight rates to Nairobi, they were somewhat cheaper than BA, except for the fact that when adding the credit card payment as the payment option, the cost of the flight increased by approx. 75€. So I did not finish the booking process and booked directly with BA. 10 minutes later I received an email from travelgenio that the booking was confirmed! I called the service desk 3 times, they spoke poor English but I speak Spanish as well, as soon as the word "cancellation" fell from my side, the connection was broken from their end. I then informed American Express immediately since I expected fraud, we agreed to wait for another day to see if there would be any addl confirmation of the eticket which I did not receive.in the end, I had two bookings - one non-authorized by Travelgenio, and the one I booked 10 minutes at the BA site since the TravekGenio price had the hidden credit card cost in the prelim listing of the total amount value. The way how TravelGenio responded to the complaint from American Express is simply obnoxious, with girls only listing their first name and provide "so called" customer service. I will keep you posted on how the legal process goes, but clearly, they use the cookies on their website to substract the credit card information, even though not confirmed. So watch out for these crooks!

Travelgenio airline change of flight-time - complaint against travelgenio's lack of customer service

My (outbound) and return flights are on a through-ticket. My two return flights from RAR to LHR are via LAX. The second leg, LAX to LHR is causing me great concern, as the connecting flight from LAX has been brought forward 2 hours by that airline (not the same airline as the first leg, RAR to LAX). The time I have between flights may cause us to miss the connection, due to baggage reclaim, US immigration, and check-in of baggage again, not to mention the possibility of flight delays.
I have emailed TravelGenio four times and spoken to them three times, made an online chat to the airline once, (I have a transcript of that conversation), and a further (airline-recorded) phone call with them. They are holding the more suitable alternative flight for me and agree with me that I can use that option. The airline is waiting for TravelGenio to confirm my details and will authorise the new ticket immediately at no extra cost or admin fees... because it was the airline change of flight-time and not my choice to change that flight to an earlier one. TravelGenio refuse to accept that version and appear to refuse to have even contacted the airline. All I am being offered by TravelGenio is a new fare at a "penalty" of £150, plus admin fees 30 euros per person, and emails telling me the airline cannot only offer me the flight I seek. The evidence has been emailed to them, the screenshots of the airline's website showing the flights, the Travelport itinerary and TravelGenio's own site showing it.
This needs urgently reviewing and resolving to my satisfaction by someone who can see the error of their ways and issue a new and updated e-ticket without delay.

After positive response from the team within 12 hours of making my complaint on this site, things seem to have slowed down dramatically. They tell me that they contacted airline and my new itinerary is acceptable to all parties. I am now told that they are waiting to obtain the authorisation from the airline, which would involve TravelGenio contacting the airline again for this authorisation that will be freely given. It seems a long a drawn-out process that is unnecessarily slow. Hopefully my next update will be imminent and positive.

Following the (almost) instantaneous response by TravelGenio as a result of my complaint on this site, a number of emails to and fro seemed to slow down any result.

Further chasing them and trying to ensure my predicament was understood, was finally successful - partly because I had already contacted the airline yet again to clarify my position in requesting a free-of-charge flight change due to an 'involuntary change' by the airline. Getting TravelGenio to contact them was a struggle.

Eventually after a week since this online complaint (and 3 weeks since I first did so directly), TravelGenio contacted the airline, who agreed I was entitled a free-of-charge change of flight due to time constraints in connecting flights that had been altered.

Although I am very happy with the result, it is a pity that so many of their advisors, on the phone and via email, were refusing to accept the obvious, and the lack of movement to concede this was extremely frustrating and very stressful. Their pigeon-English and my lack of Spanish didn't help, neither did it help that I live in Portugal and dealing with English-speaking airlines who kept referring me to TravelGenio.

Going round in circles was an understatement!

Hopefully all that is in the past.now, and fingers crossed for no more problems...

Would I use TravelGenio again, or recommend them...

Travelgenio connecting flight time problems

I am writing to you regarding the time change of my flight from. addis ababa (bole intl). to..- mahe island.
I have received an email stating that the air company has changed the flight's departure time. My concern is I might not be able to catch that flight as I will arrive at 15, 35 from Ethiopia but my connecting flight will leave for MAhe at 15, 45. It seems to me a bit short time to change flights. I would like to know whether the Mahe flight will wait for the passangers from the Ethiopian flights to be able to catch their connecting flight or if I need to change my flight for the next available one from Mahe to.17.05.? Travelgenio wrong ticket issued

Dear Sir/Madam,

My wife, Narmeen Basharat, was shocked on January 9, 2018 when she was told by your staff at Karachi airport that she could not fly to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, despite having a valid ticket [number 3L303M]. Refusing to issue her a boarding card, they told her that the ticket she was holding was only for Umrah (pilgrimage to Makkah) and not for common travellers, including those having an Iqama, or permit to reside there.

I also talked to your staff at the airport on the telephone and even on the helpline. They admitted that a ticket buyer was not explicitly informed that the ticket was for an Umrah passenger or for people travelling otherwise. They, however, argued that the Umrah ticket had so many digits and the other ticket had so many digits.

Sir/Madam, do you think it is justified? Is the distinction between the two kinds of tickets is clear enough? Or is it such common knowledge that your customer deserves to be penalized for their ignorance?

I hope you would agree that the penalty is unjustified, and would request you to REFUND me for the ticket as soon as possible.

Travelgenio refund payment

travelgenio charged me the full payment amount of my booking twice after that travelgenio cancelled my booking.i requested for my refund and they sent me this receipt? travelgenio told that i should ask my bank why till now i dont have my money back in my account...my bank asked me all the details and attached this receipt by travelgenio...why is it untill now i dont have my money back for my full refund.thank you.why i cant attached the two receipt travelgenio sent to me.
