Travelgenio flight changing

Dear concern, I have booked a flight from TPE to LHR of Emirates at 21/9/2018, I wanted to change the date to 11/9/2018, I tried to call your office in Spain but no one answered! I also wrote you emails but didn't get any replies! It is annoying because I can't find a way to change my ticket at all.
If it really is the way your company deals with customers' problems, it disappointed me and I will never book flights from you again.
Please contact my email if you see my message and arrange to change my flight.

Travelgenio luggage

Hi,
we have recently returned from a trip to Santorini Greece, were both times on our departure flight from Dublin to Santorini and our return flight we had to pay 60 euro for our 1 bag of luggage thats 120 euro.
when booking through skyscanner [emails from yourselves] we had already booked on and paid for our 1 bag.
we are now looking for our refund re:this matter.

Jenny I strongly suggest you contact your bank and let them deal with Travelgenio. You will put yourself through the ringer trying to get anywhere with them directly.

Travelgenio refund of service pack for adding checked baggage in hold

Dear concern.
I bought ticket from OPO to MAD, air Europa.
When i booked ticket, i paid additional charge of KRW25, 802 for the service pack to include 23kg checked baggage in hold.
My confirmation email shows it confirmed additional charge so that i purchased 23kg checked baggage in hold.
however, on Air Europa website, my ticket is not provided it so that I directly bought the additional baggage by my self .
for this point, i sent several emails, but their reply is not make sense and definitely useless.
Even i paid additional charge, i can NOT upgrade my seat, get meal or cancel, change the flgiht schedule for free.
Also, their provided charge to add 23kg checked baggage is same as do directly via airline website, EUR 30. Then, why should i pay more?
I requested to refund the amount of KRW25, 802 .

Travelgenio customer service

To whom this may concern,
I booked a flight through travelgenio. I have continuously been trying to contact the company to change the dates for the flights. I had contacted qantas who said this would not be an issue but Travelgenio would have to change it for me.
Each time I call Travelgenio I am on hold for approximately 16 minutes, then a recorded voice asks how I rate the service between 0-9 or somesone hangs up on me.
I haven't received any custimer service.
When booking the flight the price was $468 once I had confirmed my payment details I was charged $492. I'm not sure how a company can operate with such poor quality service.
I would like to cancel my flights with Travelgenio and the money to be returned.

The best thing you can do is immediately lodge a dispute with your bank if you believe they have ripped you off... which it sounds as though they have. It's what they do best. Don't even attempt to get Travelgenio to refund you directly, they will lie and deny until you are on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Trust me.

I am very tired of keeping calling travelgenio! I read in the internet that this company is very bad and indeed it is ! I bought a ticket and i need to change it but impossible to contact by phone/ email their custom service. I would like to ask if it's possible to change a ticket for another date and how much does it cost. The flight is cataypacific CX505 (Narita/Amsterdam 21 august)and CX270(Amsterdam Narita 6 September) . Please help me

Travelgenio travelgenio fraudulent company. do not buy ticket

I bought a ticket from Travelgenio website with the reference of skyscanner and I think it is a fraudulent company and I must warn everybody for this company.
After I got my reservation, they blocked my money they did not send me my e-ticket. When I contacted them they refused that they got the money. However, my bank stated that the payment reached the company and the money seems on provision because of the company's responsibility. Thus, I sent my bank receipt which proves the payment, but there is no answer even though I provided detailed information to get my tickets before my flight. I am waiting for a refund or send my e-ticket but they do not answer me even though there is limited time for the flight. After I got this trouble, I read many complaints about travelgenio company. Therefore, I think that this company is making this kind of unethical behaviour intentionally or they have no capacity and responsibility to continue their business life. Skyscanner must stop working with this company because of so many complaints or must take the responsibility of showing this website to buy flight tickets.

Like you I can't believe Skyscanner continue to redirect customers to these thieving scammers Travelgenio. Get on Skyscanners facebook page and make a comment on one of Skyscanners posts. Pressure needs to be put on Skyscanner and it will help to shut this criminal business down. And if they have robbed your money lodge a dispute with your bank. It will be the only way to get it back. Travelgenio have probably already used it to pay off the organisation in Spain who issue travel agent licenses.

Travelgenio flight ticket exchange and ([travelgenio sl #1914972] your booking rorzuu) and customer assistance

I have booked a flight (RORZUU) to China some days ago.
Due to my job, I asked for a ticket change on the 3rd of August. On the 4th of August Ana - Advance Support Agent, replied to me explaining the penalties, fare differences etc [Travelgenio SL #1914972]. I agreed and explained my request of changing flight. Only 4 days later (8 August) I received a new mail, after one more pushing mail of mine (sent on the 6th of August), from Javier -Advance Support Agent, who wrote to me :
"In reply to your request we would like to inform you that based on the airline's fare rules, the requested change costs: 150 EUR penalty + 60 EUR fare difference + 30 EUR service fee. Total amount per passenger: 240 EUR"
This message was sent at 13:37 o'clock.
I have immediately (13:49 o'clock) replied:
"Many thanks, Please, proceed with these changes and thanks again. Let me know when the new tickets will be released."
Today I have been contacted by Mr Andrea - Advance Support Agent - That the change of yesterday was not available anymore and the new price for ticket change would be 455 Euro!
Well, in my opinion, this is unacceptable!

I ask to make the ticket change at the first offer (240 Euro). The company should provide of taking care of the price differences as I am sure that if the Support Agents were quicker and more efficient now the ticket change would have been done successfully with no problems at all.

Travelgenio electronic ticket customer service

Called 32 times for electronic ticket not being issued to me (my spam folder gets deleted daily and requested new one. I have talked to two customer service representative and got hung up, just like other 32 times before. This is beyond unacceptable and I am now a nerve reck since I am travelling tomorrow. If you don't answer your phone calls from costumer, please at least see it here and send me my electronic tickets (2nd email) within hours since this is an urgent matter. I have sent you an email from [protected]@odu.edu and hopefully you will answer me. If not, I will know not to do business with you ever again.

Travelgenio unauthorized credit card

I wrote the email below on June 9th but havent heard back.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My son and two friends tried ordering tickets on May 24th for a flight from Tel Aviv to Prague, departing Tel Aviv on July 1, 2018.

They used your website to purchase 3 tickets for the following passengers:

Mr. Amichai Wolf
Mr. Alon Yechye
Mr. Daniel Hochstadt

Initially, your web site did not show them that the credit card payment was accepted. After approximately 15 minutes of this situation, they decided to leave your website and try to purchase the tickets through a different website.

There were no warnings at all about leaving the web site or any indication that something was occurring.

On this other website, the purchase was accepted right away.

The next morning when Mr. Hochstadt checked his email, he was shocked to learn that the original purchase they had had tried to make through your website was actually completed after they had left your website. The purchase occurred 5 hours after they had left your web site!

The flight code is QCTDMF

They are now in a situation whereby they have tickets that they no longer need. It is totally unacceptable that a purchase on your website happened 5 hours after they had already left your web site. As mentioned above, there was no indication at all that the purchase was in progress or any warning about leaving the web site.

I demand an immediate full refund for all three tickets as my clients cannot cancel the tickets that they purchased through the other website.

Hi. Exactly the same thing happened to me. I strongly advise you to lodge a dispute with your bank and get them to chase this money up for you. Travelgenio are thieves and you have very little or no chance of receiving your money back from them directly. They will deny any responsibility. They need to be shut down.

Travelgenio I wanted to change my plan but they answered so rude and exactly.

I bought tickets through Travelgenio. I realized my error so i sent to them an email. I waited 2weeks they didn't check my email. So i sent email 5 times but they did never reply on my requestion. My friend called to Travelgenio, one guy took a call. She explained situation. He said i don't understand just said bye. He was so rude. I just wanted to modify my plan but they didn't answer my request. If i choose airline, i will delete this company directly in the airline list.

I'm writing mail again.
I bought tickets through Travelgenio.
My booking code is UBLJAH.
I realized my error so i sent to them an email.
When you said email address which was ‘customer.service@travelgenio.com',
I already found at the internet and sent to this address few weeks ago.
But they didn't check my email. So i sent email 5 times but they did never reply on my requestion. My friend called to Travelgenio, one guy took a call. She explained situation. He said i don't understand just said bye. He was so rude. I just want to modify my plan from september 11th to september 12th or if you can't resolve this, give a refund.
I can't reserve other travel plan because of this problem. Please answer my question and give me a solution to email.

Hi, i booked a flight 2 days ago and now wish to change the date of the flight. I have tried multiple times to contact travelgenio through both email and phone. My booking refernce is TBOEWA, and i need my flight changed to the 5th of August, as why i am urgently trying to contact this company. Travelgenio tickets

Do not book on Travelgenio/travel2be. The airlines cancelled the flight. They didn't inform me. They din't help me get a new flight. They had the gall to charge me for a a cancelled flight. I am currently challenging this practice with my credit card. They also do not have a physical address to take them to court, so they must be hiding lots of despicable practices.

Travelgenio service

Hi there I was just for over 30 min on a phone with a terribly rude unprofessional woman who in the end hung up on me. I asked her I would like to pay for additional luggage, she disappeared for 15 min and ask me to which date I would like to change my ticket (?!) bI explained again I just want to pay for additional luggage she again disappeared and then told me it would cost 100€. However I got a mail from you where it's written that it costs 66€ (image attached). She was rude, kept on interrupting me, didn't explain why there is a discrepancy between prices. When I asked her to send me an email with a contact where I can complain she hang up on me.
This is not only unprofessional but also outrageous.

Travelgenio ridiculous customer service!

I have been calling TravelGenio for the past 2 weeks trying to resolve an issue over a refund due to me. In December 2017 we had to cancel a flight for my wife due to last minute visa issues. We booked American airlines through TravelGenio (connecting flights etc) and American airlines agreed to refund us our ticket money.

One of the attachments below shows the email from AA sending the money back to TravelGenio (Mastercard ending 1901) and the others show AA and myself contacting Travelgenio with the evidence.

So far nothing has happened and whenever I call Travelgenio I keep getting excuses and denials.

We are expecting the refund as soon as possible and I am not accepting anymore excuses. I am so unhappy with your costumer service.

Travelgenio credit card payment is higher than listed

I have ordered a ticket from Taipei to Hong Kong on Dec 2018 and the price listed is NT6397 as shown in the attached photo. However, after I filled all the information and pressed the "submit" button, the card center showed me that I was charged NT6794 instead. I have sent a message to you but no response so far. Please process the refund as soon as possible.

KH Chung...this is a common practice of theirs. Contact your bank and report the transaction and lodge a dispute as soon as possible. You wont get anywhere with these thieves and they will drag it out forever while they spend your money. Believe me.

TravelGenio, are you playing joke with me? Is this really what you call service?
How come you are not replying to me email for 3 working days + weekend?

I sent my email 3 weeks ago and one single problem hasnt been solved.

When i tried to purchase a ticket from your website an error occurred saying the money couldnt be paid. And you sent me an email saying the paymeny process failed and i need to confirm to continue to purchase. Obviously i did not confirm because of this unstable service. So i bought ticket from other office.
Then few days later, you sent me an email saying YOU took out money from my card and purchased the ticket that I DID NOT PAY FOR. I dont need your ticket but you took it out without my confirmation.
And as a reply to my cancelation to the ticket you bought with my card, you said i need to pay 280 euro as a cancellation fee.
What are you doing? Why do i pay that much money for ticket you forcefully purchased?

And what makes me more angry is you not replying immediately or solving this problem. Instead, you mentioned that I bought the ticket. I wonder if you even read my email.

Please solve this problem already and beware i am not paying for the ticket you forcefully purchased nor the cancellation fee of your mistake.

This is exactly the same thing that happened to me. It's called theft. And it can't be legal. If the payment does not go through on the website after entering all credit card details Travelgenio send an email to you asking you to pay through a link in the email. I didn't see that email until a week after my failed booking on the website and I definitely did not pay by that link in the email. Yet... 90 minutes after the failed booking they send me a booking confirmation email. I had already bought another ticket so now I had two and both non refundable. Their customer support kept hanging the phone up on me when I immediately phoned them. 5 times! I am very sorry to hear they did it to you too. It is comforting though to know that they actually do it to other people. Just one of the many fraudulent practices of this scam travel agency. My advice to you is to contact your bank and lodge a dispute. I spent 5 weeks of high stress, nearly 100 emails and got nowhere. They will deny all responsibility. Don't even bother trying to go through them to get your money refunded. Get your bank on to it immediately. They just take people's money and use it for other things until they are forced to give it back. Scum company!

Travelgenio can't contact for flight change

On the 24th July I booked a return flight from Brisbane to Auckland through TravelGenio flying with China Airlines. My departure date is 24th Aug 12:50pm (flight 53) and my returning flight is November 30th 8:45pm (flight 54). I need to change the date of my returning flight to August 30th as soon as possible.My confirmation number is: D6GW4I
I have submitted multiple requests through your customer service page. I have also attempted to call the Melbourne office more than 10 times, every time I call I am put on hold and then the call disconnects.

Travelgenio requesting for rebooking

My booking nr is RNUZWZ August 6 - Sept 9 2018
I been sending many mails and calling so many times got no answers, I think costumers service is not of good help anyway, SKAM.
I buy tickets for my sister from Bahrain to Norway which I have rebook because of som personal matter. Who can help me anyway, her flight is on one week time. If u cant help me with my rebooking at least I want my payment be refunded.

Travelgenio incorrect information when I booked my flight

Hello, my name is Javiera Vildosola and on the 25 of July 2018 I was flying with Maria Belen Tellez from Varanasi, India, to New Delhi.

When I bought the tickets through your wedsite, it said that we had a 25kg bag each. This seemed odd to me because I have already booked flight with Jet Airways and they allow 15kg, therefore, you need to pay for extra kg. Considering this, I tried to log in my booking, both Jet Airways site and the checkmytrip and the other one your company sends when the confirmation email of the flight is send.
I wasn't able to log in any of these websites because the booking number/reservation code, was wrong. I contacted your company asking for help, a few days later they replayed and send the company code and told me everything was ok. When I tried to check my booking with the new code, the same thing happen, i coukdn't Log in again. I sended and email again, I never got an answer. I sended a 3rd email, nothing happen. Therefore, I was never able to check my flight, double check the allowance of bags, I didn't have my etickets (the company had to print them for me and I had to pay for that), I couldn't do my check in.
Considering all the above, when I get to the airport, I find out I have to pay for extra kg because i'm only allowed to have 15kg in each bag. I explained the situation to the company. Waist of time, of course, so they inform me the only way I'll get in the plain is by paying 10 AUD by extra kg. There for, we had 20kg each in our respective bags, so we had to pay 100 AUD.
I'm writing this email to you because the experience was awful and very uncomfortable and this was your company's responsability. You will probably say that when the booking is done there is a * that says things may change depending the company. I understand that, that is why I send you 3 emails asking for help and NOTHING happen.

LIARS LIARS LIARS. You take people's money and don't deliver what they paid for, you add extra hidden charges, you charge a 30 Euro service fee even if it was you who made the intentional error, your customer support needs to be wiped off the map. You intentionally make the whole experience of contacting you and asking for an answer or refund as miserable and stressful as possible for people so they give up and leave you with their money. Your customer service operator even had the audacity to blame Skyscanner for my booking problem. Then she hung the call up on me. You are ripping off innocent people and YOU KNOW YOU ARE. Skyscanner really do need to start questioning whether they should redirect to you. Stop stealing people's money and messing with their lives!
