We bought this vacation plan after being pressured into the sale. I cancelled it as soon as I got the receipt within 2 hours. This was on August 13th 2018. We have been emailing everyday and calling them everyday with only 1 response from Gisselle Cherry. She said she would get my refund back and it would only take 24-48 hours this was on 8/23/18, still not refund. She said she was going into a meeting to discuss getting my money back and that this would be the first thing on her schedule.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
You have a fifteen day (15 day) unconditional satisfaction guarantee. Pre-Reservation cancellations are unconditional and may be made within 15 days of purchasing the vacation package. Outside of these days, any refund request will be handled case by case and may be subject to fees as within Hotels regulations, any other tickets and/or items included the package, up to 100% of the purchased price.
VIP Guest Vegas is a complete SCAM. In the phone call to sell their service, they promised any property on the strip and complete customer service. Since purchasing the package, we have been calling and emailing them several times with no response. DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from VIP Guest Vegas. A complete and total waste of money and time.
