First of all, our itinerary was 100% wrong. They had us book out of our original city almost 2 hours after our actual plane left. Then we get to ATL and no one NO ONE had any idea what plan we were meant to leave from (international flight) sent us to another concourse. Lost our bags. Traverhelpdesk is the worst. Ruined our vacation, inept, difficult to reach, and indifferent. Bad bad bad company.
