We have purchased an airline ticket thru "GO VOYAGES" back in October 17, 2010 for December 18, 2010 flight from Lyon France to California. Because of heavy snow storm in London, most of the flight was cancelled for days and even weeks. i submitted a refund request for god knows how many times via email. All of those email i sent were full of promises which until now I haven't seen a dime on my bank account. Most of the responses had the word "We ask you to be patient" on it. It's 5/22/2011 today. I think most of my patience turned into Anger. That if I were to see them in person, I am not sure what will happen. So, my advice to all ON LINE TICKET buyer. Be very Careful. Avoid this company "GO VOYAGES"

I still haven't recieved my refund. We really don't understand why your company are keeping our money to this day.
