they won't cancel my membership
I have the same complaint as Jill 71. When I got the free "Trial" membership I had cancelled my trial membership in the time they said but they continue to charge my credit card $19.95 each month. This company is a scam ! When you call their 800 number they have a message to go to their website. Then when you go to their website it doesn't allow you to cancel the membership! I will be calling my state's attorney general also !

i was charged on a saturday evening after this company had supposedly closed for the day. i'd cancelled with them already, in march, 2012, but was billed again unexpectantly for services i don't want in may, 2012. i thought things were settled with them already. i got connected with this company after ordering another company's product, whom i'd already cancelled with, did not feel that their product had lived up to its claim.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
