I gotta say, I absolutely adore Tradesy. Recently, I snagged myself a YSL purse for a real steal - it was a couple hundred off what it would go for in store! And, I'm pretty darn sure it's the real deal. I mean, I'm no expert, but it looks and feels super legit.

But, I gotta be real with ya, there was a bit of a hiccup while I was buying it. I tried to reach out to the seller to ask about shipping - I was totally polite and to the point - but I never got a response. That made me kinda nervous, 'cause I'm the type of person that likes to get updates and know what's going on. To be fair, it seems like my questions may have triggered an action on Tradesy's end, 'cause the sale was activated and the item was shipped. Still, I wish I had gotten some kind of message from the seller.

Now, lemme be clear, this is the first time this has happened to me. I've sold and bought tons of stuff on Tradesy, and I've always had good communication with buyers and sellers. But I guess there's always a first time for everything! Anyways, like I said before, I'm pretty happy with my purchase - it's the real deal, after all. And hey, all's well that ends well, right?

So, I was checking out this Tradesy website and I got scammed. This lady sold me a supposedly "Burberry" bag with worn out corners, and guess what? Turns out, it's fake. Plus, she sold it with the same bogus description that she got from Tradesy's website. And the worst part? I only had four days to ask for store credit! No refunds. So yeah, be careful when buying from Tradesy. The photos are deceiving and you can't always trust these sellers. My advice? If you really want something from a designer, check out their website instead. You'll know what to expect and you won't waste your money on a fake with some wear and tear. Don't be like me and just be watchful when shopping online.

I had a fantastic experience with Tradesy, thanks to Bryce! I had a bit of an issue with a purchase I made a few months ago, but Bryce was an absolute superstar in helping me resolve the issue. I had ordered a gorgeous pair of Louboutin shoes, but unfortunately the supplier was unable to provide the shoes that were represented on the Tradesy site. I was a bit frustrated at first, but Bryce was quick to jump into action and help me out.

The process of buying something from Tradesy was a breeze! It was fast and easy, which was a great experience for me. I was excited to see how their shipping and customer service would fare before I can complete a thorough review.

Flash forward to 2/10/2022. My watch arrived in two weeks but unfortunately, it was dead on arrival, and the bracelet clasp was already worn out, making the watch pop open even with the slightest movement of my wrist! The watch was so intricate that no one in town could get it open to replace the battery. So, I had to shell out $40 bucks to send it back to Movado and have them do the work. When I reached out to Tradesy, they were very prompt and responsive, apologizing profusely and even offering to reimburse me whatever it cost to repair the watch! If they follow through on this promise, I might just become a loyal customer just for their customer service alone.

However, at this point, I will no longer deal with the seller, Ngyen, who had no regard for the amount of time he took to ship my watch and didn't even bother to respond to my issues with the product. This entire experience has been quite frustrating, but the excellent customer service team at Tradesy has managed to salvage my opinion of the site. Overall, I urge you to give Tradesy a try, but make sure to do a thorough check-up on the seller before making any purchases.

So, I was scrolling through MY Facebook page, just minding my own business, when I saw this crazy cool Gucci duffle bag on Tradesy's ad. The ad said it was only $315, which I thought was a steal, and I was all about it. I clicked the buy now button, ready to snatch up my new bag, only to be redirected to Tradesy's site and saw the actual price was $866. What the heck?

I called up Tradesy and talked to a guy named Luis, who said there was a Facebook error and the $866 price was correct. I don't know about you, but I was always taught that the price listed is the price you pay. Luis tried to make it up to me by offering a $100 credit, which was nice and all, but it didn't really solve the issue.

I mean, sure, the credit was a nice gesture and all, but it didn't change the fact that I felt misled. If it was a Facebook error, why wasn't it Facebook's responsibility to pay the difference? I went ahead and used the credit to purchase my bag, but I'm not sure I'll be using Tradesy again.

Overall, I'd say my experience as a first-time shopper with Tradesy wasn't great because of this confusion with the price. I wanted to give them a higher score, but this issue brought it down for me. Thanks for listening to my rant, y'all.

OMG, let me tell you about Tradesy! I've legit never had such a great experience with an online marketplace before. Every person I talked to or chatted with was just so awesome. They were super friendly and caring, not like those other companies that treat you like some robot. They really listened to me and answered all my questions (even the dumb ones, lol).

We tried to exchange it, but we were shut down because their dinky return policy only gives you four measly days to decide if you want to keep something. I get it, they laid that out when I made the purchase. But come on, even big time companies like Tiffany or LV waive or extend their return policies over the holidays. I did have one major issue with my recent purchase though: the seller decided to use Fedex to ship my order. BIG MISTAKE. Not only did my package arrive looking like it had been through a warzone (thankfully my item was okay), but it took a whole nine days to get to me. And on top of that, Fedex's customer service was a virtual nightmare. I could only talk to robots that couldn't give me any real answers. Never again, Fedex. You're dead to me.

Now, putting that Fedex disaster aside, I was really happy with the item I bought from Tradesy. Sure, it was a little more worn than the seller made it out to be, but nothing a quick polish with some brass cleaner and a little leather conditioning can't fix. And now that I've finally got my order, I'm a happy camper.

All in all, I'd recommend Tradesy to anyone looking to buy some secondhand (but still awesome) clothes or accessories. Just make sure to check how the seller is shipping your order so you don't have to deal with the Fedex nightmare like I did.

I am extremely upset. My mother purchased a purse for me last Weds 2.26.20 It was the Michael Kors rhea Zip Med signature bag.
Her card was charged. We did not receive any confirmation. Today she went to check on the delivery status and you credited her card back. I am pissed. The bag is now on Tradesy for 130$
Why was it not sent to me? I am furious!

Sellers Beware! Tradesy will steal your money. I sold a high end bag on this platform on 9/18/19 (id# 5552793) and still have not received my funds. I called twice(10/17 and 10/21) asking what the hold up was in which the reps told me that they would expedite the process yet I still have not received payment. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and will also be filing a lawsuit! Processing funds to the seller should not take this long especially when buyers are paying and we are sending our products to them withing 3 days of the sale. Not to mention the hefty fees they charge in addition to the transfer fee they charge for wanting our money!

I sold a Chanel bag on tradesy and was forced to take it back 62 days after it was delivered ..The claim it was not authentic ..
I should mention that I have sold over 2000 items on eBay over the past 10 years and I have had nothing but Perfect feedback, , Not good, Perfect
I had this bag authenticated by a reputable online authentication site, Tradesy also authenticated it as their claim to fame is they authenticate items within 48 hours of listing
But, I am not even disputing whether the bag was fake or not
My complaint is this happened 62 days after the bag was Delivered
They pulled the proceeds from another large sale I made and they took the entire proceeds from that sale, which was $110 more than I received from the sale of the Chanel bag . They also did not refund me the $170 commission they made on the Chanel bag ..
Of course my lawyer suggested I take them to smalls claim court as he believes it is a slam dunk case and I don't even need his assistance ..
He also believes Tradesy will get hit with a few fines as they clearly have broken the law with their actions ..
Shame on you Tradesy ...

Sold a wedding dress through Tradesy- the dress was in perfect condition and never altered. Tradesy quickly took their cut (a ridiculously large cut that no other selling site takes that much)...they're charging me for not using the funds on Tradesy?

I'm currently still waiting for the funds to transfer to my account. I filled out all forms correctly - and they send me an email saying they can't verify my identity and try again. I went back into my account and there are no funds - $0. I'd better get my money.

Worst part- no customer service number listed on the site. Such poor customer service. They want you to email only and say they'll respond in 7 days...? I wish I had read the reviews before selling.

DO NOT USE TRADESY- help them go out of business!

I sold a pair of Red bottoms on their site that I actually brought off their site which ran small so I couldn't fit them. I sold them about three weeks ago and my funds were held for inspection policy but than they email me back saying my shoes was returned because "the heel is wraped and didn't stand up alone " which I never heard of that . I wore the shoes one time walked from the car to the door and took them off. The heel doesn't even look like it touched the ground. However they mailed them back without communicating with me to my old address and when I reached out to them they advised me that they normally reach out via email however NO ONE EMAILED me about the return so further more they brought their policy . Now if the item is stolen or uncover because I don't gave access than What?

"horrible! Whatever you do do not I repeat do not sell on this site. Tradesy will keep your money. They charge a whopping 20 percent off of your sale and then they even charge you to transfer your money to your bank. No other site does this. Also if you pull them up on the bbb (better business bureau) they have 328 complaints filed against them. I sold a pair of valentino rockstud heels which retails at currently 1000 btw to this person, she wore them and damaged them and tradesy kept my funds and is making me take the shoes back damaged even though the buyer damaged them. They don't give a [censor] about the sellers they just want to make the money off of you and they steal. Look them up on the bbb and see all the complaints. Poshmark is great! Sell and buy on poshmark and ebay not tradesy. There is another lady below who also states they kept her money and have not returned her jewelry. These people don't even have a phone number in thecreturns department, so you know they are shady. Poshmark is awesome. Whatever you do don't sell on here you will regret it!"

Knowing how slow online websites can be, I ordered several items (as presents) two months before my sister's birthday.
Guess what? Yesterday she turned 20 and I had to give her different presents because the ones I ordered never arrived and I have no idea whether they actually arrive or not.
Taling to their customer service is like talking to a wall (and I think a wall is much smarter and talkative than their clueless staff).
I want my money back. That's all.

purchased a katespade bag at Tradesy but unfortunately I put my previous address. I tried to call the carrier (UPS) to update my address but they said that only the sender can do it. And as part of their policy they need to send it back to the sender. I tried to communicate with the sender gave her my new address and got one only response (she will call ups to update my address) but As I checked the ups tracking it says that the item were already returned to the sender. ( in short sender didn't call the UPS) I communicated again with sender asking since the item were already returned. What should I do now? She answered me, UPS sent the item to the wrong address. and will file complaint with UPS.. WHAT THE HECK! How could it be? I don't want to be deducted which will start on November 14. I just want to cancel this order. Need help pls. I emailed your customer care but no response.
