Refuse to deliver the PAN card
NSDL has couried my PAN card through trackon courier via tracking no [protected], however the delivery boy refused to deliver the same at addressed mentioned on PAN card, I called helpdesk but didn't get any satisfied answer. It have very poor service as compare other companies in same line or speed post.

Consignment addressed to temple office, shri manguesh temple, priol, mangueshi, mardol, ponda taluk 403403 goa at the coriers r t nagar bangalore office on 17.12.2015 paying rs. 100/= the consignment no. Is [protected] which is not delivered yet. I sent several emails and have been tracking th3e consignment. After 7 days i received email from goa agent of couriers saying that the area to which the delivery has to be made is not coming under service area. In that case, why did they accept the consignment. This is a clear case of negligence and deficiency in service which will make the company liable to compensate me as per the landmark judgement of the honble supreme court of india wherein it has ruled that for negligence/deficiency in service the aggrieved party is entitled for appropriate compensation quantum of which will be determined by the court. Due to non delivery of letter to temple for booking room in choultry, i had to cancel the reserved train tickets and cancel my visit to goa. This is apart from mental agony.

An envelope addressed to National Institute of Biologicals, Noida and containing an application for a post was handed over to the courier company .Receipt for the same is attached.Tracking number is [protected] . The date was 11th this month. Tracking online shows that the same has not been delivered till date. Party is not responding to emails any longer. Can you please make them listen ?

I handed over the packet with reference number [protected] on December 23, 2013 from Trackon Courier, Bajaj wing, Mangalwari Bazar, Sadar, Nagpur branch. And their staff member (Mr.Lemaya Co.: [protected]) assured to deliver the packet within 4-5 days with full safety and precaution to handle with care as I have mentioned all the details of contents being transferred, but they failed to fulfill his promise.
Not only has the parcel delivered in a bad condition, but there has been broken delivery of goods, below are the list of goods that has been received as completely broken. After receieving the packet in such condition I contacted Mr.Lemaya they routed me to talk to Head Office branch located at C A Road, Gandhibagh, Nagpur, I called on [protected]/887 and had a discussion on condition with Mrs. Swati Barikar she completely refeused to listen to my complaints and disconnected the call with no resolution provided.
Later I called Mr. Lemaya to update him about the scene and I asked him to resolve the issue ASAP, he committed me to resolve by paying the cost of the goods as a reimbursement. After 5 days when I called him back to know the status he completely lost the track of the issue. I told him to report the issue to Consumer Court, he laughed and ask me to go ahead.
I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by the company this time. I never complained about any of their services during the past few years. But this time it was a big letdown.
I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that damaged packet and damaged goods will be reimbursed from the courier company (Trackon). Delivery Stations
This Courier service agents book the courier without knowing the stations where they can deliver the parcel or not.
And when the consignor came to know from the consignee after few days that he/she hasnt received the parcel till date then the agents and the courier service officials simply say that we assume that the delivery station is a district and we only deliver upto the district level only or agent has committed a mistake i.e he is wrong. Catch him !
Moreover they talk to the consignor in a very rude manner and sometime abuse also.
Sir I have a docket [protected] which has booked by Nanak Singh Mumbai to Shiv Shankar Motors, Madhepura pin code 852113 but the status seen that the parcel delivered on 22nd on any other location.
I am shocked how it can be possible.
Parcel booked for Madhepura and delivered at purnea.

Bhubaneswar service of Trackon courier is very bad
We have been courier on gift article to M/s Trackon couriers pvt limited having No: [protected] from Hyderabad to Rajahmundry on 16th May 2011. Upto 19th not deliveried the same. We have been contancted with Rajahmundry courier cell [protected] but they given very rackless anaswer and given her Manager Number and talk to him. she replied " Devlivary boy not there, we can't do anything and if you have any questions talk to our Manager and given mobile No and Name (Ravi - [protected]). He also replied that you contact your Hyderabad courier we are not responsible for that. After this discussion they deliveried the same. As per the information from Hyderabad chanda nagar branch the courier will reach with in one day. Even 4 days also did not reach and given irresponsible answers. This type of services will be reflect in compay images. Please look into the issue.
