Tracker South Africa / None-refunds and continued debits
In 2007 (Sept) when I changed my car and bought a new one, I changed my tracker account to their new division (Skytrax). After long months of promises to cancel the account and refund me the debited amounts, I have since noticed that Tracker have resumed deductions on my account (June/July 2008), contrary to all previous assurances by Tracker that the account had been canceled and that they have processed my refund!
This sucks and such behavior borders on unscrupulous business ethics. Total unacceptable.
