toyoto mall of georgia / service
I have one of the recalls (Camary) I phoned the Mall of Georgia store to set up an appointment. I was transferred to the Service Dept., where I was agained transferred to a person to set up the appointment. I believe the peron was Jennifer, well she wasn't at her desk and was told to leave my name and phone number and I would receive a return call. I never received a call, so after several days I called again, again receiving the same information but this time I was transferred to Norma, which naturally was not able to answer the phone, leaving my name and phone and the nature of the call. Okay it has been two weeks and neither person has returned my call.
I know they are busy, but so am I. I have a car that could be dangerous. I called again for the manager and was unable to obtain his name. I was transferred again and just hung up. It seem all they know how to do is play games of transferring the phone.
I am just one person, but it only takes one and another one person. I will never use that dealer again. Something needs to be done about their Customer Service, or lack of.
