tower installation review: Fake & Fraud tower installation 1

Hi All,

Ongoing SCAM of tower installation... We have new players who sends email from "[protected]@tatadocomo.br.ms" stating that they from Tata Docomo team Mumbai(ph no: [protected]) for Tower Installation. They say they will send an engineer after you provide an address for tower... then finally they say Yes your site is good to installing tower and ask you to pay half of the money i.e INR 37890.00 ... So my friends please don't make any payment to any such persons.

As per our tele communication, we are looking for Tower Partners all over South India, for installing TATA COMMUNICATION TOWERS.

Also please brief us on the kind of space available with you for the same. Do mention the size in square feet/open ground space/roof top/Hilly terrain space etc. Please also mention the exact address of the proposed site.

Please also be informed that should you be ok with everything, a site officer shall be designated by us for an uninformed survey of the area around the space proposed.

COMMERCIALS

Upfront, non-refundable advance of INR 4000000.00 (INR Forty Lacs Only) shall be paid to you by TATA COMUNICATIONS.
A monthly rent of INR 60, 000 with 10% increment every 12 months shall be paid for the first five years.
Innitial lease shall be of 20 years. Renewable, if desired by both the parties on expiry of the 20 years.

Should you agree to the general rules/regulations as attached and the Master Plan, the over-all proposal and the commercials, please scan and email us an affidavit signed by notorary of your domicile, stating that you are the legitimate owner of the said premises.
