Tours4Fun Reservation E-26582

Dear Sir,

We were having 11 days Europe tour booking with tours4fun with reservation number E-26582. We reached Amsterdam on 21/04 from Nigeria. then we were traveling from Amsterdam to Frankfurt to join the tour starting from 24/04/2023 Morning. But our laptop bag stollen and we lost our money and original passport.

We have informed the same to Tour4 fun by email and asked can we joined the tour then tour4fun confirmed to join the tour on 23/04/2024 but next hour we received call from Mr. Andy mob number +[protected] he introduced as tour guide, and he suggested us not to join the tour till we have confirm paper from our embassy. He suggested us to join next week Monday tour.

We have written the email to tour4 fun, but we did not get reply in time. However, we make our temporary passport paper ready by next day and wanted to join tour in between. But tour4 fun took more than 4 days to reply and finally they said no to join next week tour.

By this way we cannot join our booked tour in between once paper was ready nor we permitted to join next week tour.

Tour4fun advised us to claim under insurance, but they provided two different company letters. Once company certificate and another company invoice. our insurance claim rejected.

We had very poor experience we lost our travel money from Nigeria to Europe, we lost our money in theft. at the same time, we lost our money which was paid to tour4fun for tour booking. No money refunds.

We lost our tour because of tour4 fun local and international team miscommunication and delay in communication or else we would have joined our original tour after one day loss. If they would have informed immediately that we cannot join next week starting tour.

They took long time to reply to final decision after so many reminders. This spoiled all our tour and money.

I have all communication emails and what's app. but some call talk I don't have recording

Desired outcome: As we suffer huge losses ticket to Europe staying in Frankfurt waiting for tour4fun email , We request tour4fun to take responsibility and refund our tour booking fee at least.

Tours4Fun Guide tour driver

Good morning, on 8/14/2022, we did a tour of Las Vegas to the Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. The driver/tour guide of the tour, Kevin, was a completely irresponsible driver. He did not respect the state law speed limits and would constantly speed and pass other cars in a two way highway. He would also speed in the curves horribly. These were the worst and most stressful 8 hours of my life in a car. We told him multiple times to please slow down and he would just laugh at us. More than a complaint, this is a warning for other people because this man could kill people with his driving. He was also not knowledgeable of the tour at all and we had to constantly tell him what we paid for and what the website said.

Tours4Fun travel tours

It took 3-4 phone calls to even understand what I was getting trying to book their "wondrous 4day Calgary..." Confirmation after commitment and payment was to take 48 hours but I received mine in less than 2... with a footnote that my tour group would be largely from A China group tour and restaurant stops would include Chinese food. Since my husband doesn't like that food and we wanted to be in a group that was comprised from people of all walks of life- I began calling to cancel or get reassigned and each and every time, I waited 25 minutes on hold to be disconnected. Every page of my booking said " free cancellation" or " free cancellation if canceled by..." and I was within mere hours of my booking and 32 days from actual departure. Finally I got a live c/s and immediately she began informing me of the financial penalties I would incur for cancellation- I was looking right at the ad for free cancellation and while on my 4 25 minute holds, the recording loop said it every minute. Now they send me a form with the caveat that the " count down to free cancellation had to do with WHEN they receive my cancellation form!" Understand I tried for 4 hours to reach them and sent 2 cancellation emails! Now they are trying to charge me $50canadian for myself and my husband plus give us NO refund for a 32 day out booked excursion- all based on receiving my form hours within the 32 day -newly exposed fine print that was never ever pinpointed with an asterisk for better explanation or further explained on their recordings or print with " exceptions apply- see details" . When I called I also tried to get reassigned to a group tour that was compromised of many peoples vs 1 group from another country with focus on their language and food but the focus of customer service was only penalties and not providing an outstanding vacation.

Tours4Fun tours of bryce and zion

these guys are totally disorganized. i signed up online. they sent me a confirmation. later, they sent me an email that the time i picked was no longer available. i picked an alternative time, but that also was not available, so then they assigned me a time (which i could not accommodate). all of this took about 10 emails. i finally sent them a cancellation request. which i think they accepted.

Tours4Fun reservations that weren't actually available

I made reservations back in March for something on May 25th and they just emailed me a week before my reservation saying it wasn't available. The website is garbage and isn't up to date, at this point there's nothing I could possibly reserve a week before memorial weekend. Thanks tours4fun for trashing a whole weekend and wasting my time, if something is sold out then mark it that way just like every other ticket or reservation on the planet...sporting tickets/concerts/hotels...pretty simple

Tours4Fun "1 x 4-day yosemite, las vegas, hoover dam & grand canyon tour from san francisco"

We were in the tour "1 x 4-Day Yosemite, Las Vegas, Hoover Dam & Grand Canyon Tour from San Francisco" with a friends of me 5-8 November 2018.
The tour sounded interesting, but in fact we spent 4 days with uncommunicative Asian people in the bus and from sightseeings that we wanted to see - we were in Grand Canyon for 1 hour and also 1 hour in Yosemite+2 evenings in Las Vegas.
The 1st day - most of the day we spent on the drive from San Francisco to the Yosemite National park and to the Fresno city. Firstly, we spent 2 hours picking up people from different locations to the bus. We had a 15-minutes stop at the nice café "85 °", where was really great coffee and torts. Of course it was a long line at the cashier and only some people from the group were able to buy coffee and torts (we were among that lucky people), after it the guide came and shouted that we should go back to the bus. The first stop was in the Mariposa city for the lunch. We had around 45 minutes for the lunch and stop. The most interesting that the Burger King, where the guide planned to stop for a lunch, was closed. We had 2 options - to find quickly a shop or to wait in the other café our order (it was written inside that each order takes 20-30 minutes to cook). We've chosen café and ordered burgers - they were really great, but we ate them in the bus (takeaway boxes saved us), because when our order was ready we were out of limit for the stop. We arrived to Yosemite around 15:00, but as it was November, it's started darken very quickly in the mountains. We had few stops for 15-minutes for taking photos and 1 hour stop to spent in Yosemite park and souvenir shop. Well, 1 hour is not enough at all for such big park as Yosemite - you just can walk a bit among big trees and take few photos. It was our firs disappointment. After it we had few hours ride by winding roads under cover of darkness to our hotel in Fresno. The hotel "Piccadilly Inn" was good (https://www.piccadillyinn.com/rooms-and-suite/) and the only minus of it was the absence of elevator (it's good if you have strong arms for moving your luggage bags). Before the hotel we had a stop at the big grocery store, so we could buy some food for the dinner and some of the people went to the fast-food chains near. And before we could go to the hotel our guide reminded that we should pay obligatory tips - 8$ minimum per day and he stayed and calculated all the notes of currency from each person.
The 2d day - Quite weird start of the day - new guide Jack, who said that our first stop will be in 2 hours only and we will not have any breakfast (as promised yesterday's guide Hao: he said yesterday we will go to McDonald before ride for the breakfast). When I asked a guide - how to understand it? He just made a big Chinese smile and answered nothing. So, the first stop, after 2 hours ride, was for 20 minutes (!) at the Murray Family Farms - a place, where you could buy fruits, water, nuts, bad coffee and good pastry. You should be really quick to run into the shop, wait in the line for buying bad coffee, drink it, visited wc and tried to catch the non-existent wifi. After the next few hours of ride we had a stop for 1 hour (!) at the outlet, where you can do unnecessary shopping with some discounts. It was total disappointment - no time to eat, but 1 hour in the shops. After it we had 45 minutes (only) for the lunch at Barstow bus station, where we ate at Panda Express and it was good meal. In the evening (around 19:00) we were in Las Vegas. The guide offered to buy the 3-hours excursion, but we happily refused it and went exploring the city by ourselves. The hotel "Excalibur" was comfortable and had interesting design.
The 3d day - we chosen the South Rim, so it took 4 hours (in one side) to ride there from Las Vegas. Hoover Dam we haven't seen as Tour Guide said that we don't have time and possibility to stay there - we are in hurry to South Rim. The Grand Canyon was really amazing place to visit, but as usual we had only 1 hour to spent there and took photos. Also we had 1 hour to eat the lunch in a small visitor centre of National Geographic. That day we also stayed in Las Vegas. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that there is no hot tea in Las Vegas and our guide Jack said that we could buy hot water (!) for 1$ in Starbucks.
The 4th day - the meeting with guide and departure from hotel was at 6:30 a.m.(!), so check out you would need to do earlier. We felt like soldiers in the Chinese army with our luggage at 6:30 a.m. because other people were also all ready, waiting near the bus with luggage. We were moving by a small bus to Los Angeles (4 hours ride) with a friend of me and all our Asian group decided to come back to San Francisco (12 hours ride by bus). I don't know why should we check out so early if we could have some rest and move to LA without stressful awakening in the early morning. Our guide Jack was deaf for any hard-hitting question and just gave us a big smile instead of answer. We were happy to arrive to LA Train station and escape from those incomprehensible Asian tourcompany and people.

Tours4Fun baltic capitals with warsaw

Buyer beware! Tours4fun does not operate any tours. They only sell other tour companies' tours at an increased cost with no control over the actual tour provider. I paid for a single supplement on a 6-night tour but I was put into a shared room on the first night with someone that paid $309 less than I did, plus I had to pay $87 for the last night's single room.

Tours4Fun travel package to canadian rockies and vancouver canada - fall 2018

Don't book from Tours4Fun if you want to have a balanced tour group accompanying you. This tour is 97% Chinese. Speaks Chinese, Thinks Chinese, Breathes Chinese. They all speak Chinese in the bus, you will definitely feel like you are on a tour to Beijing China. Drivers, tour guides, passengers - NEARLY ALL CHINESE! This company begs for and demands tour tips at every turn. They are outrageous in their demands. This company switched themselves as the tour provider to Super Vacations once we arrived in Canada. They did NOT provide any information about them providing another tour company as their contracted substitute. I would not use this company again under any circumstances. Beware consumers!

Tours4Fun service

Beware of Tours4Fun, DO NOT USE THEM.
A few weeks ago due to
the fires in California and once I heard that Yosemite was closed, I Tours4Fun called to reschedule our 4 day trip from Lax to Yosemite.
We are seniors.

They agreed to change the date to August 24th.
and emailed me to confirm the date change.
As they request, I called
the day before to tell
them where we are going
to board the bus, this
is when they said that the email confirmation
was a mistake and they
"won't honor the reservation nor will they
refund the money."
This is not right, we saved
to visit Yosemite for the
first time.
Now we are out the money and our dream
is crushed.
A sad pair of seniors,

Tours4Fun took the money from my bank a/c but no confirmed reservation

I bought 2 ticket for one day visit to Netyork from boston. They send me an invoice for payment and reservation number. But 7 hours later they send me an email that saying reservation not available. Which is stupid after 7 hours they sent me an invoice and reservation number. Try to call costumer service no response. email no response. Big no for this website even if says 5 stars, they are lairs.

Tours4Fun cancelled reservation without informing

I had booked a Premium Tour for our guest in New York because they wanted to get off from the bus and take pictures. But their reservation was automatically canceled without informing me. They waited at pick up location for 1 hour and when they call the tour company the company said that their reservation has been canceled. To make up for this, the company accommodated them into some other short tour. However, the short tour was a complete disappointment and did not cover many prime locations and did not let them get off the bus. As my guest are not planning to go to NYC again just to visit the remaining locations, I am very disappointed with the service and I want my refund. I have sent an email to them but I have not heard back from them. The details of our reservation are as follows:

Tours4Fun they don’t deliver what you have bought and paid for.

We have paid 5670 dollars for 5 people - a 6 days Rocky Mountain tour with English peaking guide and English food.
We got a bit with 90% Chinese - a tour company SUPERVACATION that are owned by chines and design tours for chinese.
They promised to return money for the food we didn't join as it was 70% Chinese food all the tours, but they don't reply
at all.
They are fast when you order in the beginning, but don't expect that they will solve any problem or deliver the things they
Have confirmed you.
We will never buy anything from that company again and can only warn anyone against them.

Tours4Fun overcharge on all attraction

WE JOINED 8DAY TOUR IN New york/Niagara.the tour guide which is Jonathan Ho over charging all the tourist on all attraction we had. all tourist are came from china, indonesia and california which are all Chinese people.they did not know they overcharging us until I found out. So I check all the attraction ticket is cheaper when you get it your self and we are group tours supposed to be cheaper, but ended up double charge on us. I Think they did this long time ago bec the tourist cannot complain bec they dony know much English and they pay cash all the time ist a RIPPED OFF by the tour guide or the company itself.Because iam trying to get refund on all charges that they did it to me.So the company had a knowledge of all the tour guide that they over charging all tourist that's not right if tthey doing this for long time.THIS MUST BE STOP!

Tours4Fun refund needed on a tour that was never used

I had booked a tour for June 1st, 2018 for Lake Louise, Canada, on May 27th, for my husband and I and the night before the tour I realized that the date said 6/6/2018 rather than the 1st. My husband and I live about 7 hours away and we are not in town on the 6th we were only in town on May 31st through June 2nd. Just 2 1/2 days, your website allowed me to book the tour on the 1st, however, when I inquired via email about the date there were no tours on the 1st, after our money was taken. This is false advertising and it makes no sense to pay a company for something they are not able to give. If we had a tour on the 1st, we would have been happy to pay for it, however, we didn't have a tour that day and it is impossible to go back on the 6th and get a tour, so we need a refund for services not rendered.

Tours4Fun money refund

If you have money to throwaway, you are at the right address. After I bought ticket from this website for victoria tour, I got an callelation e-mail and a call. Then I paid extra money and bought a new one. When I wanted refund of my money, they said they cancelled a one which I did not buy. So, when you live a problem with them, they are not kind, helpful and respectful. They also did not answer to my e-mails. and, on phone they just say the same things what they just memorize. They said, they will turn me back about this problem but they did not. Also, I did not get any confirmation email for my trip. You have to call them and ask for the departure time and place. They really have a big coordination problem and not doing their job good. No one without getting cancellation e-mail buys the same tickets for the same day same trip. Also the tour guide always said, "if you don't come on time, ı have to leave you." Listening the same warning all day is really disturbing. Also we always leave the places very early, it was not enough and 2 times we waited almost 30 minutes inside of the bus. I visit many places and always use tours companies, definitely this is the worst one.

Tours4Fun tour to ronda spain from malaga

TOURS4FUN gave the incorrect pickup location and time for the tour. My husband and I contacted Tours4fun the day before the tour to confirm, they contacted us back and confirmed our reservation and the pick up location and time. We then went to look for the location so we would be prepared the next day. We looked for 3 hours with no success and we asked no less than 6 people where this address was, no one knew, and they were locals! When we got back 5o where we were staying, I contacted TOURS4FUN again, very upset as we had just water an afternoon of our precious vacation looking for a place that didn't exist! They then tell me to phone Julia Travel who is the tour operator and get the information from them, they then say it was Julia Travel that I should of confirmed with in the first place (note that they NEVER gave me the contact information for Julia Travel only there own contact information. Eventually we got the correct information. nobody ever apologized to me for the errors (time and location were both wrong) or acknowledged that any wrong doing was done. TOURS4FUN REFUSED TO OFFER ANY COMPENSATION AND SAID IT WAS OUR FAULT FOR NOT PHONING JULIA TRAVEL DIRECTLY EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER GAVE US THE CONTACT INFORMATION AND THEY NEVER SAID THAT IN THEIR CONFIRMATION.

STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Tours4Fun unethical behaviour

En agosto 30/2017, inicie a tour a Washington & Philadephia de 2 dias, viaje que se planeo para mi familia de 5 personas que estaban aca de vaciones, viniendo de S.A. Nada salio como lo muestran en el internet.

1- viaje Washington: a pocas horas de emprender el viaje, la guia de nombre Chris, nos hizo una lista de las visitas "obligatorias" que debiamos hacer (5 en total) ante la protesta de varios de nosotros, accedio a que podiamos tomar minimo 2 de las atracciones, pero lo pero de todo, es cuando nos pide una PROPINA OBLIGATORIA DE $ 8 por dia, para ella y $ 8 para el conductor, total en propina por los 2 dias $ 32! varios pasajeros nos negamos, diciendo que era voluntario, razon para la guia enojarse y amenzar en especifico a una abuela con su nieto y a mi hermana, que si no pagaban, se tenian que quedar en la proxima parada o si no llamarai la policia! al hacer el reclamo, su respuesta fue que "solo estaba haciendo su trabajo y eran politicas de la empresa". Las otras dos personas terminaron pagando y yo tambien por mi hermana, evitando situaciones mas desagradabels. En resumen Washington nos tomo un dia y medio (hermosa ciudad), y en Philadelphia solo tuvimos 30 minutos! ni siquiera tiempo para ir a conocer la Campana de la Libertad. Mi hermana trato de aprovechar el tiempo y se "retraso menos de 10 minutos, lo cual hizo que me pidieran sacara nuestro equipaje de compartimiento, justo cuando lo estaba haciendo ella llego. No contentos con la" obligada Propina" al llegar al China town, piden una propina voluntarai por los buenos servicios?
Llame a la empresa, al siguiente dia, hable con alguien de Nombre Vicky y me pidio enviara un e-mail exponiendo el caso, hasta el momento no he recibido respuesta ninguna, ni creo la vaya a tener.
Escribo esto en Espanol, que bien pudiera hacerlo en Ingles, porque es mucha la gente de habla hispana que usa esta compania y merecen que sepan a que se someten, porque asi hablemos ingles, 90% del tiempo hablaron en chino.
Debe exister un medio o algo que pare el abuso de esta compania!

We booked our guest for an 8 days tour. for the first 5 days, everything was good but in the 6th day, the schedule was to go to Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam, when they tried to board the tour bus, the tour guide by the name of Roy told them that they don't have room in the bus, so they were left behind in Las Vegas the whole day.I think that was wrong and they can't just simply leave people in the middle of no where.I filled a complain a week ago and it seems to me that no investigation was ever done. l deserved answer.

Tours4Fun awful experience

I wish what's written on their website was true, it's not clearly described what you'll be about to do. So it was a rigid tour. Strict schedule. felt like students with no extra time for walking where we want. Couldn't choose food and the one we ate was terrible. The guide poorly spoke english and avoided any direct communication with tourists. Never I had such a terrible tour.

Tours4Fun reservation number e-639595

Good morning, this is the second time I called about this problem. I made a reservation to our guest ( tour code 2-334278) and reservation number # E-639595, the tour went ok up to the 6th days, they were left behind in Las Vegas the whole day, the tour guide by the name of ROY told them that they don't have room in the bus and ROY the tour guide told them that they have to pay $90.00 each. They are in Las Vegas the whole day, I was the one who made that reservation.The itinerary said that they are going to West Rim Grand canyon and Hoover Dam.
My question is why did they left them behind in Las Vegas the whole day, the 6th day to Las Vegas was a part of the tour. I think you cant do that. I need an explanation why .
