I just want to start off by saying I love my kitten... However I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of health she was in when I received her. The first day she was home in mid february, I noticed she had a black tar-like substance in her ears. I immediately took her to my vet, who proceeded to tell me it looked like she had a raging ear infection and possibly even ear mites. She told me that it appeared as though her ears were hastily cleaned in an attempt to cover up the underlying infection. She was also positive for herpes. Putting a kitten on a plane with an ear infection is abhorrent. For the first few days, she was having a range of stomach issues, which the vet assumed was stress/allergies. Finally, today, I received confirmation from my vet that my other cat was infected with ringworm. The kitten I received from touch o katz was given to me with a raging ear infection, stomach problems, and contagious ringworm. I am stunned, and extremely disappointed with this service and the fact that I was not made aware of these medical problems. Furthermore, touch o katz refused to cover the initial medical costs of the ear infection, which I think is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Now I have two sick cats, all because they couldn't be bothered to treat their animals with the care they deserve. I am so angry about this. >:[
Wow. I googled this to see if she was still in business because her page wasn’t working and my mom was looking for a Mau. I got a cat from her, a six month old, at a pretty reduced price because I guess her age and her markings were darker than the light ones she typically posted for sale. However, speaking on that, the maus I was familiar with were always quite dark silver, not the bright silver most of hers appeared to be. It’s been…going on 7 years ago now. She was a beautifully marked, perfectly symmetrical little kitty, and of the sweetest disposition and in good health. I will say that the woman I dealt with was quite…quirky…and a bit difficult…in my opinion. Also in my opinion, I will admit I was disturbed by the condition of the (house?) the cats were in in the photos I viewed. It appeared to be very unclean and unkept. And there were several photos of cages, though the cats did appear to be quite healthy, again, in my opinion. Clear eyes and noses, nice coats and of healthy weight. I put my feelings to rest when the kitty arrived (she put her on a plane) because she was so wonderfully calm and socialized and quite healthy. This is unfortunate to hear, but I will certainly take this to heart and look for other avenues. I’m very sorry that others have had these experiences. We adopt and rescue as well have two purebreds (of different breeds). This makes me very sad. Cats aren’t a business. You should breed to preserve and share the wonderful creatures you love so much and you should care for them individually as your own!
I bought a breeding Mau from Kimberly and I literally just came back from the vet.
We had all the tests done for parasites, feline luk and aids, all tests came back negative to my delight.
As a breeder, I know how difficult it can be to keep all of your cats 100% clean when all it takes is one to come down with something and it spreads like wildfire.
This is why you should be responsible owner and take your new kitten to a vet to get checked out no matter who you get it from.
Unfortunately, due to the high prices and rarity of the Egyptian Mau, breeders are very protective and can be a bit nasty to each other if one were to "invade their territory." I wouldn't be surprised if this was a hit piece.
I'm satisfied with the Mau I received from Kimberly. She's so beautiful we named her Purrty.

If you think my honest review is a "hit piece", you're out of your mind. I have all the receipts. You're one of the few lucky ones to have dealt with this ignorant woman. Don't become ignorant yourself by attempting to discredit an honest review.
I am posting this because I tried everything within my power to prevent the further suffering of these beautiful animals and this breeder needs to be stopped. I reported her to the BBB and filed complaints with agriculture expressing concerns about this breeder selling me two kittens sick with FeLV and every other possible parasite and sickness which I have proof of in medical records. I talked with and filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, Inc. Serving Nebraska, South Dakota, The Kansas Plains & SW Iowa 11811 P Street Omaha, NE 68137. Consequently, I have never been able to find the complaint on the BBB website.
I found this breeder in a Cat Fancier's magazine and then kept seeing her listed on the many different breeder websites. I did online research to find anything negative and came up empty. In all I would estimate we spent approximately $10K (just on vet and oncology) as a result of the breeder's negligence trying to save these innocent kittens and lost them within a month apart at 1 year old. My concern is that I immediately notified the breeder that the kittens had feline leukemia (FeLV) and that it was extremely contagious, she agreed to test the animals in her care and then on follow-up I learned that had not occurred. Although she agreed to refund the purchase price of the kittens (which she never fully paid), I grew weary and gave up because of dealing with her and I don't need money that came from selling sick animals and causing unnecessary suffering that is fully preventable by acting responsibly. I find it reprehensible that she knowingly continues to sell animals and anyone that purchases should require testing them for FeLV. Additionally, I learned from the BBB she was operating without a license.
Do NOT do buisness with this lady unless you want sick unhealthy caged cats that never socialized with a human in there lives... she has over 70+ cats and lives ALONE can barely afford to pay to feed them almost every single cat has earmites and some to the point where they have rubbed all the fur off there ears and it's just all scabbed over when I asked about it she said "She cant keep it under control" well maybe it's because you have 70+ sick cats all infecting eachother :, ( i went threw so much emotional stress dealing with my sick baby and kimberly does not care not even the slightest bit all she cares about is herself and her "man"
