I have submitted my reimbursement bill on 10/06/2008 and was informed on November 9, 2008 that a check was mailed to me on 10/31/08. As of this day 11/14/2008 I have not received that check. A normal mail in USA is delivered in 3-5 days.

I had an excellent experience. Problem with the toilet, called and established that the problem was in the unit itself. My appointment was prompt, they sent a very nice guy, and the toilet was fixed. A neighbor had a similar experience.
