The United Staes Secretive Service (last time I heard was a part of the Treasury Department - but who knows now after 9/11) handles credit card fraud, and they do not play around. When they contact a company about your card being used fradulantly, the company knows they are caught, and will correct the error quickly, or face a team of agents with a Court order to seize their (everything) ...

Had always thought their job was just to protect the President, and other elected high ranking government officials, but no, they do credit card fraud too.

Anytime a company has made a mistake on my carf, and Bank of America is not involved to correct with the company or refund my money, I contact my nearest Secret Service Office, and it has been handled successfully every time.

Hope this helps.

Total Cleanse Total Cleanse Beware!

Total Cleanse company is designed only to steal a good hard working families money. We ordered the QUOTE "FREE Trial" that was advertised as "GIVE IT A TRY RISK FREE". There was a small charge for delivery. Ordering this product was very UNfortunate, but the fortunate part was that my wife did luckily happen to notice the very fine print at the bottom of the page that said you MUST call and cancel your order or you will continually be charged $75 or so each and every month for each product. I called and after being on the line for 30 mins got a customer service person. They canceled the order. Well One Month later, we get an email stating that CONGRATULATIONS we have shipped you the order of your COLON CLEANSE. To make this short and bitter, we had to close two (2) bank accounts to avoid extremely dishonest thiefs from stealing from us.

Total Cleanse Fraud

Huge nightmare! I cannot even talk about it without shaking. So much stress, I cried over it. Do not order anything from this company!

I first noticed the add for this product on Myspace. I am usually a real sceptic about these kind of products-results without much effort, it usaully seems too good to be true. Since it did not cost anything but shipping, it was recommended by Oprah, and because of my personal situation, I felt good about it to give it a try. I am engaged, and I needed extra help to make my New Year Resolution come true- get in better shape, and look the best I can for my weeding day. I was hoping to try, test some of the product, and decide which one works the best one for me. I ordered the 5 different trial offers- Total Cleanse, Total Pomegranate, AcaiBerry, Colontox xF, and the Brite Smile, and in addition placed the full price order for Hoodia Water which is supposed to help surpress my apetite.
I noticed how the company tries to trick people into ordering additional items. When you place the item in your shopping bag, the company automaticallly adds their recommendation. You do need to click on the box to uncheck their added selection, or you will be billed for the full price of the second item. I thought that was very neaky-their way of making money. I felt good that I was able to catch it, and avoid that! I aslo noticed the small print about subsciption, which it looked like it was only a phone call away. My plan was to get these products, cancel the subscription to all, test them all out for 2 month- one month doing Total Cleanse with PomClear (Pomegranate), and other month the ColonTox with AcaiBerry, with the daily apetite surpressant, and then place the order for the product that worked. So week after my trial orders came in, I called them. I talked to Karen, gave her all the info that she needed to cancel my subscriptions. I asked for confirmation number, she has told me that it takes 24-48hours, and that I will recieve the email confirmation. Email confirmation was never sent to me. I called again. Oh, yeah, you have to know each time you call that company it means you call them many times a day for days with an hour long holds, and immediate hang-ups. I found another number, and this time talked to Adam, and again went to the whole process of canceling. After that, I was 100% sure that my subspription was cancelled. A month later, after noticing new charges from the company, I started calling again. I say- started calling, because it is a long process. Such a waste of my time, and nerves! It seems to me that my previous phone calls to the company only managed to put my phone number on their block list, so I was no longer able to get their phone to even ring. I was able to find another number where I was able to leave the message, that offcourse that did not do anything. After the trial orders which I have been billed for correctly, and have recieved them all, so far I have only recieved ONE order of the FIVE new unauthorized charges on my statement. I was already talking to my credit card company, and I though that since we are disputing the charges, I need to send the package back. Since I was not able to get to a Customer Service representative to even answer my call, even less get me the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) -their prefered way, I had sent back the package as "Return to sender" . After reading all the complaints here, now I see that was a mistake, at least I would have had something for the money I paid. I have no idea if my credit company will be able to get a hold of anyone in that "company" to dispute the charges. So did anyone actually got their money back? As per recommendation of one of your online bloggers, I have sent the online request on the this web page http://www.sflnutrition.com/default.aspx and now I at least have email confirmation that they have recieved my email. This site is a different from the one that I originaly ordered the product from, which is this one
http://www.centralcoastnutra.net/

It is all a big nightmare, emotional, and financial loss, and on top of that, I have not seen any results from the product. Since this is obviously not a consumer/customer friendly company, even more it is real a shady one, I started to think about what exactly is inside of those pills. For my safety, I have discountinued using their product completely.

To protect myself from these Florida scammers from even more future unauthorized charges, I reported my credit card as lost/stolen and I recommend you do the same immidiately.

Total Cleanse Fraud

I also got caught in this scam. They at least sent an email confirmation and I found their 800# on all of the charges they put on my card through my online banking acct. They operate under different names and have different phone numbers so it's difficult to track them, let alone know what the actual name of the company is to try and track them.

The first 800# is associated with the Total Cleanse and the second with Easy Body Cleanse Pro. I only ordered a sample of Total Cleanse and then I started receiving all these charges under all these mysterious names. They said they do accept returns and will provide a refund (how much is yet to be seen) if you ship it to: SFL Nutrition, Attn: Returns Depts., 127 NW 13th St., Suite #4, Boca Raton, FL 33432.

I cancelled my "membership" using their IM customer service at mytrialsupport.com. When I tried to call the 2nd 800#, the guy could hear me at first, but when I started asking questions he said he could not hear me and would have to terminate the call in 15 seconds. Be sure to document your IM conversation and the web pages that did not provide disclaimers to report the fraud.

If you're interested in these products, you can find them at online or brock and mortar health stores for legitimate prices from legitimate companies.

I was hit with this same thing. I did can't through my suppport trial and received a full refund for the Total cleanser but there is another product that we all fell prey which is the 84.33 amount. the number provided is a hoax. This causes you grief. I will still find this company and dispute the charges with my cc company and change my number.

It is unfortunate there are greedy people preying on us but this teaches us to be more careful.

The entire product is a scam. If you notice when you call the number provided all circuits will be busy for the rest of your life. How sad.

I'm in the same seat as you all. How can you cancel when they give you a number that states all circuits are busy every time you call. I ordered a product through the acai noni and recieved other diet products such as Total Cleanse and clear colon. I received confo for a full refund through mysupporttrial for the total cleanse after explaining that I live in hawaii and they don't allow 15 days to cancel and that their product and service is a fraud for providing a fraudulent number and having us to research for more then 5-10 days to find a legit number a ways to contact them. We are prey and they need to be reported as an illegal, greedy practice. I'm still trying to find the legit number for clear colon...I cancelled back in February the acai but these other products are not associated. what a catch. someone is really smart out there and I'm an idiot to fall prey.

I too was a vitim of this scam.. I was hit twice for $83.14, I called the number that showed up on my bank card detail and they cancelled my membership and said they would credit my account back, but couldn't give me an exact date as to when that would happen. I talked with my bank and they told me that because it states on the terms and conditions (the fine print) that they couldn't file a claim against this company but since I have a confirmation number to my cancelling the membership if they charge my card again I then couldn file a claim against them.. try this number [protected]

I sure wish I had read these comments before I too fell into this trap! I was charged 4x because it kept coming up saying that it would not accept my cc, please use another one. I have called all the #'s that have been provided (there have been a few), they all have the same operator, amazingly, they say please wait for an agent to get to you, it's the same girl every single time! What are the odds of that happening? Once you tell her your problem, she's says please hold, and she hangs up on you. I even tried live chatting with someone, the same song & dance as the operator, basically saying they don't have my order and cannot help me. However, she said she couldn't give me a phone # for support unless I had and ID #, which of course I didn't, because I never got any confirmation that the order was placed except my Credit Card. I have contacted my Credit Card company, and the charges have been pending for 5 days already, but said it can take up to 10 days for a charge to be pending, however it is unusual. After the 10 days, the charges will disappear, but my fear is that whoever this company is, still has my information, and I plan on making sure they don't get it again. I have a friend who advised that I contact FTC.gov (Federal trading Company) to send in a complaint. I think everyone here should do the same...let's get these creeps before they sucker others into their trap!

Just another customer with the same exact problem. Ordered the trial of Achi Berri and Total Body Cleanse and immediatley cancelled both upon receipt of the trial. I've since been hit by the Total Body Cleanse for $78.84 even though they said they were unable to bill my credit card. Of course the 888 number on my credit card was able to bill my credit card. The funny thing is that I give my same information to both operators at both 888 numbers and one finds the charge and the other says they were unable to charge. How do they both know about Oder Number : 719732? You know they are sitting right next to each other grinning from ear to ear.

Sorry, that phone number listed above is the phone number for the Acai Berry people, for the Total cleanse I used this toll free number and received both an e-mail confirming my cancellation of the membership and a cancelation number. I called [protected]. After reading all the complaints about this product I refused delivery of this product within the 14 day free trial period.

I called this phone number and received acknowledgement that I was returning the product to them, the toll free number is [protected]. You will need to be patient and wait for an operator. But you can get a mailing address to return the product and you can always take the product to your local post office and 'refuse' delivery. Just write down the tracking numbers for all the shipments that you do this with.

Total Cleanse UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

DONT BE A SUCKER LIKE ME! I ONLY ORDERED a free trial of Total Cleanse.
I was charged alot more and my information was passed on:

Total Cleanse shipping/handeling trial charge of $5.95
Total Cleanse $78.84
Acai Berry Meltaway Tabs shipping/handeling trial charge of $3.95
Acai Berry Meltaway $ 89.31 - ( I never received a trial-i noticed the 89.31 charge on my account, on 12/28 and received the product on 12/29. I didnt have a 14 day trial period)
Fit-Factory.com $29.95
PriceLimbo.com 8.51

I TOO fell for that stupid free trial of Extreme Acai Berry All Natural Cleansing Solution. HA! I didnt read the super tiny print on their website. WHICH, conveniently, they have revised to have the tiny print on a green background right in front of your face-where it should have been all along. Lets see, where should I start. ordered a trial, or so I thought, of Total Cleanse and Acai Berry All Natural Cleaning Solution. Unaware, they also charged me a "Free Trial" of Acai Berry Meltaway Tabs-3.95. Hadn't heard of this product at this point. Followed was a 29.95 charge to Fit-Factory.com..an affiliate of Extreme Acai Berry. Next, was a 8.51 charge with a site called pricelimbo.com. Knew nothing of that. THEN, Total Cleanse took 78.84 from my account and Acai Meltaway tabs charged me 89.31 for not cancelling in the 14 'trial period'. The catch is that when you order a trial version of anything, they have these sneaky check boxes preselected -" for our convenience "(YEA RIGHT). If you DONT uncheck these boxes, your information is sent to these companies affiliates and they automatically sign you up. I didn't notice the trial version shipping/handeling charge for the meltaways because it was only a few bucks. But when they take $89 bucks from your account-you notice. When your account goes negative $150 because of unauthorized charges by internet companies who will slip through every legal hole they can they can do get you for all they can- YOU NOTICE! I have called all of these places. I was able to get my 29.95 back from fit-factory.com and the 8.51 from pricelimbo.com back. Like I said-they only charges I knew about and ordered was the Acai Berry All Natural Cleansing Solution and the Total Cleanse. I did not order/sign up for all this other stuff! As for the Acai Berry and Total Cleanse, getting through to customer service was a nightmare! I got hung up on/disconnected about 5 different times. I was never able to get a manger on the phone, or ANYONE with any authority. I feel so stupid for these people getting over on me like this! LESSON LEARNED though-never again will I order any Trial Anything! Learn from my mistake. Im out $178.05, and all I wanted to spend was $10 on Trials! In today's economy, $178 bucks is alot of money to most people! I sure as heck didnt have it when they took it. Make sure you look at your online bank statement everyday! Had a done this, I might have been able to catch the trial charges I didnt know about and cancel in the 14 day trial period. NEVER AGAIN!

Total Cleanse unauthorized charges/not refunding money

sending products and unauthorized charges to credit card. Not refunding money and hanging up on me when I actually do reach a live person to talk to. Have tried everyday for the last 8wks to actually get someone to refund money. I have sent back the products they sent to me. Have done everything that I have been told to do but they still will not give me my money back. I get told something different everytime. I have over $250 dollars of unauthorized charges to my credit card and had to cancel my card in order to stop these charges. I hope noone else falls for these products because I think they are scammers.

Total Cleanse SCAM SCAM SCAM

The only way to get rid of this SCAM is to cancel your credit card! Same as all the rest of the complaints posted here...I ordered the "FREE TRIAL" only to discover that I am unable to take the product due to medical reasons. I called, emailed, requested live assistance...all to no avail! When I did finally manage to speak to a "supervisor" she ASSURED me that the order was canceled and a member from the REFUND department would contact me within 24 to 48 hours...the call never came...but an email sure did...stating that my next order was in process and would be sent out shortly. Thus I began the long process of the endless unanswered phone calls, emails and live assistance requests. Therefore, I am reporting them to the BBB and closed my checking account. I am going to post this complaint to any and everyone I possibly can! I will also be checking into filing a lawsuit against them. If enough people would do so...perhaps they would be put out of business which is where they certainly need to be! OUT OF BUSINESS!

Total Cleanse Recurring charges

Posted Dec 17, 2008.
For all of you who are getting charged for further shipments of Total Cleanse, the correct # is [protected]. After getting hung up on, I called back & spoke with Nell. She was actually helpful, and cancelled my account. Make sure you get a confirmation cancellation # and that they email you with same. I now have to fight to get the $78.84 charge credited back. Apparently, there's fine print you agree to when you sign up for the trial offer. Good luck to everyone getting scammed with this... Kathy

Total Cleanse SCAM!! BOGUS NUMBERS - BOGUS CONTACT INFO

I ordered the 15 day trial period and paid the 5.95 for s/h.
A couple weeks later they charged my acct. for 78.84. When I tried the customer service number listed on my checking account, it's a bogus number.
After reviewing some of these comments, I found another number - [protected] - it does have a wait time - 20-30 minutes - but I was able to get a live person, and cancel my acct. - also demanded a refund of 78.84 - at first the rep told me I couldn't, cause it was outside the 15 day period, I disagreed and said if they had an ACCURATE AND GOOD phone number, I would have reached them in time, but instead had to surf the net to find a different number to contact these people.
He stated they'd refund my 78.84.
So...here's hoping they do - but this whole thing just caused a huge headache, I now have to close my checking account. DO NOT ORDER THESE PRODUCT...IT IS A SCAM!

I was reading about the scams for total cleanse and the acai berry and i too was scammed i ordered on dec 4th and hadn't gotten anything back except a call from acai berry telling me about the product but nothing about my order and so i called the number they offered for customers to call. for two days i got no answer then it never even rang so i called the number one of the reps called me from [protected] they finally answered and i told them to cancel they said they will cancel the product. i asked for the # to cancel the total cleanse (because they said they could only access the acaiberry account) the number i got was [protected] was on hold for 23 minutes and 11 seconds finally got ahold of a rep her name way Hayley and she said that it hadn't been canceled and she would cancel it now and that i would get a conformation e-mail within 24 hours she said they didn't have the conformation number yet so i could not get it. They request your product# full name and e-mail addy hopefully this works and will help others who are having the same problem. GOOD LUCK!

I have unsuccessfully attempted since Octber to stop deliveries and charges... my credit card company has started dispute procedures but I cannot get a phone number that is not always busy in order to discontinue. So they continue to charge me and I continue to return and dispute... on and on and on.

Total Cleanse unauthorized Withrawl

I signed up for a free trial and this company has been withdrawn money from my account for 2 months for a product I did not order. They obtained my card number for shipping of trial samples of their product and although one account was closed- Acai Berry, they withdrew more money for Total Cleanse. Again, I did not order a monthly supply, just a FREE sample. This is not free.

Adding to my previous comment. I called the acai company back and spoke with a man named Peter from INDIA. He said he canceled my account but I have to send the product back..but, I opened the darn thing! This is crap..anyways.. how do I know they canceled it and how do I know they will receive my product back AND...why should I have to pay to SHIP it back when I was supposed to get a trial? They give you a bottle for 30 days but it is only supposed to be for 14 days and you are supposed to take the 14 days and if you don't like it return the rest..that is BULL! It is a big bait and switch bunch of BS! I have not received the total cleanse yet.. Oh gee I can't wait. Also, if you look on the bottle of the ACAI there is an * asterisk on the 2500 mg of acai and on the side of the label there is a disclaimer basically saying it is not approved and it might not be ACAI? WTF are we taking? I am still ticked about them PINGING my Credit Card for TWO 1dollar charges while I was on the phone with them. I brought that to Peter's attention and he said was not our company..blah blah blah blah all a bunch of BOLOGNA! BTW if you return the product you have to put their SPECIAL cancellation code on the envelope..and guess what it is...YOUR ORDER NUMBER with an RM before it. That proves you canceled it so they say...SCAM SCAM SCAM.. if you just ordered this report your CC LOST Or CANCEL it.. and GOD help you if you used your DEBIT BANK CARD!

I ordered the acai and total cleanse. I ordered it a few days ago and received the acai today. I called to cancel and he told me I could not cancel and tried to offer it to me for 20 a bottle etc. I told him I WANTED to cancel and he said I could not cancel until FEB 10.m 2009. I found this site and felt REAL STUPID for falling for this scam. I figured it was a scam after the fact when I read some advertisement of HOLLY MILLER bradenton Florida. I took the end of the url off and there was another HOLLY MILLER from Bradenton florida boasting the white tea..same story..blah blah blah. RACHAEL RAY and OPRAH should also file a LAW SUIT for their name being used in this horrendous scam! After I got of the phone I went online to my CC account. I was PINGED 2 $1.00 charges TODAY. They must of done it when I was on the phone.. It said UMB. I reported my CC as LOST immediately online! Then I called my CC to tell the the story and she said KEEP it as lost they cannot charge anymore. I used a CC that was maxed out for this reason. I figured they couldn't take money out they could not get. NOW, what do I do regarding the CANCELLATION? I went to the website it says I do not have any orders out to cancel and they would not let me cancel on the phone.. JUST SAY FORGET IT? Are they going to try to bill me? This has to be stopped! WARNING...BUYER BEWARE!

These stories are all too familiar... I as well ordered these great products..or so i thought. I have been able to reach the company(s) w/the number displayed with the charge n my creditcard Yes, after a long hold time I got somebody who claims there is no record of these charges taking place. As i explained to this operator that i was looking at the charges on my online banking account she proceeded to tell me otherwise and than hung up on me! Customer service my a**! I did contact my bank and reported the disputes and they advised me to go to www.myorderhelp.com. I was advised that this site was the only way people were getting the accounts canceled

I sort of fell for the acai berry scam a few months ago. Same deal, fine print signs you up for all kinds of pricey "special offers" and then the 15 day "cancel or we'll bill your card" thing.

Too bad for them I only use a pre-paid debit card when shopping online and only put money on the card when I intend to use it. I cancelled the acai within the 15 days (after being on hold for 25 minutes) but didn't even bother with the "special offers". They pinged my card - which had a grand total of $3 on it at the time - and got NOTHING.

I hope trying to get money from my card cost them a merchant's fee!

Anyone who orders anything online or by phone might find the pre-paid debit cards or the new "single use" pre-paid cards worth looking into.

NEWEST UPDATE- I am happy to report that, after 5 weeks, my credit card was finally refunded yesterday.

My advice is to be persistent because I am convinced that this company makes the return and refund process so difficult and daunting that they are hoping that their unsatisfied customers will simply give up. DON'T GIVE UP! Be persistent. It may take more than one phone call. They give you the run around. I was told in December that it would take 10-12 business days (which is BS nowadays with electronic banking)to refund my credit card. After 22 business days had passed, I called again and the operator was sarcastic, asking me how did they know if my shipment had been received? I knew it had because I'd sent it priority mail, which is traceable.

My further advice is, be persistent, be firm, but not angry. Anger will get you nowhere. I simply told this woman that I'd checked USPS site and I knew the package had been delivered on December 12th. I told her it's been more than a month and I want my money back. She finally agreed to refund my credit card and told me my card would be refunded within 3 business days(what happened to 10-12 business days?). On the 3rd business day, I got it. I am frankly surprised. If I hadn't gotten it by Monday, I would've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You can do this online on their website.

Be calm when talking to these agents. They are supposed to give you their name and their agent number when you talk to them. Write all this down, together with the date and time of your call. Keep all your paperwork handy so that you'll have everything you need to proove your case.

This company makes money off unsuspecting people who don't read the fine print of their terms. Then, they make it more difficult to get your money refunded even if you manage to cancel. At $84.95, I wasn't going to let it go.

Their number is [protected]. Keep calling until you reach them. You may be on hold for several minutes. I have had more luck calling them first thing in the morning.

UPDATE- It's been a month since I sent the Acai-aSlim back and I am still waiting for my credit card to be refunded. I called again today, and the woman I talked to tried to make it harder for me to get my refund. She said, "I need the tracking number from the Post Office." I told her I HAD the number, but she wasn't getting it, and I had already had it traced and they received the package back on December 12th. I then told her it's been much more than the 10-12 business days they claimed would be needed to refund. I flat out told her I want my refund and I want it NOW! I told her if it's not refunded this week, I will file a complaint with the BBB. She then said that she'd refund my credit card, but that it would take 3-5 business days. I told her they have already had 20 business days, and why has this not been done? I am really not trusting in anything these people say. I requested a confirmation number from her for the refund I am supposedly getting. She said I didn't need a confirmation number, and I said yes I do. She gave it to me. I'll update whether or not my cc is refunded. I am not holding my breath.

For all of you out there that have been and are being scamed by Total Cleanse and Acai Berry & UMG and any others: Take the time and file a complaint with Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission AND file a fraud report with your bank or credit card. Banks especially look very closesly at fraudulent charges.
Most important - close your bank card if you have used a credit card or debit/credit check card. Your bank can close the card down and leave your checking account alone. BUT, if you have given them your checking account #, close it immediately. Regions Bank was very understanding and helpful to me.
It was my own stupidity on Total Cleanse and Acai Berry. I do not know how the UMG (internet company) charges came about.
And if those three weren't bad enough, AT&T allowed charges on my phone bill for a company called OAN Services.
There are all sorts of scams out there. I have learned the hard way and I will never shop from an untrusted/unknown source on the internet again.
But you must do your part and file complaints or these companies will continue to get richer by scamming others.
Fortunately with enough ###, all monies have been refunded to me.
Good luck. Tennessee Girl

Total Cleanse Unauthorized charge of $89.00 from my account prouduct was returned unsealed and not opened.

I didnot request the second product . Never used the first sample @ 5.95 for 60 capsules. I certainly didnot order nor authorize funds to pay for Total Cleanse. If I could afford my diabetic medicine that is where my funds will be. This company does not answer the phone, it makes a weird sound. I do need my money.

Buying samples/free trials off the internet or television is the worst thing you could ever do. Companies like Wu-Yi Tea, Fit Factory, Acai Berry, Natural Cures, Online Health, etc, etc will all give you the same story "free-trial with a 14-day cancellation period" Problem is, most of the time you won't receive your "free" trial until AFTER the 14-day period has expired, which means you're automatically renewed for their monthly fee. Also these companies will sign you up for 1, 2 sometimes 3 more sites/products without telling you. Unfortunately, this information IS available on the merchant's website, usually buried in the fine print somewhere. Because of this, it is 100% legal for them to charge your account every single month under a variety of different merchant names. Charges that come associated with free trials are pricelimbo.com, web access, membership fees (usually with Wu-Yi Tea) and a variety of others. If you've paid for this with your credit card, you can dispute the transactions with your bank. The only thing is, you HAVE TO CANCEL with ALL the companies in order to be successful with your dispute. If you don't have phone numbers for the companies, your bank should be able to provide you with some. Otherwise, send emails, find a mailing address and send a registered letter, anything and everything you can think of. And keep copies of everything you do/send. Also, if these companies are still sending you any merchandise (the original company you ordered the sample from), you HAVE to send it back through registered mail so you can have a tracking number and postal receipt - otherwise, the company will simply claim they never received it, and you won't have any proof that it was sent. The worst part of these scams is what they're doing is completely legal (charging without your knowledge, charging under different company names, adding on additional services, etc, etc) so protect yourself. Bottom line: don't EVER order a "free" sample unless you're willing to put a lot of effort into canceling it. If something actually works, it'll be available in stores soon enough.

Total Cleanse Did not refund money

I first ordered a bottle of this product and was supposed to be charged $1.95, ultimately they deducted $41.95. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do about it until I return the product and then they would refund my money. Well its been 4 weeks and the money has not been credited back to my account as of yet. Meanwhile 2 days ago the same company deducted $39.95 from my account and sent more of the pills I distinctly requested that they stop sending and stop taking tha monies from my account. What can be done about this company that's taking illegal liberties with my bank account and not refunding my monies. Please Help!

Total Cleanse Free Trial

Like so many others, I ordered a FREE TRIAL of Total Cleanse and AcaBerry Diet supplement - I only pay shipping. Yeah, right...I only let them have my credit card number to charge me for this stuff. I tried calling the company - [protected] - but the number is not in service. I was going to write the company but I noticed in other complaints that their mail comes back to them. At the end of my rope, and receiving ANOTHER bottle of this stuff for $89.31, I called my credit card company. SIMPLE FIX...they blocked my credit card account. Took about 1 1/2 minutes. In my case I requested a new account number and a new card. A little inconvenience is all I endured...I have to resubmit my credit card number to various businesses both in person and online. Also my credit card company is checking into this company and their fraudulent business practices. They said should they find what they think they will, they will file charges against them. Since it involves the U S Mail, it would be classed as FEDERAL with much stifffer penalties for the company.
SO in short, call your credit card company, complain of fraudulent online business practices (phone # that won't work, bogus address, continuing to charge us for and send us more product...without our approval or permission). It was just about the most comforting experience of my life...much more comforting than Total Cleanse!

Total Cleanse Scam

I've seen people say that this is not a scam and to read the terms and conditions...It is a scam when you don't have a valid number to reach them at! I have tried NUMEROUS numbers to call to "cancel" my "membership" after seeing another website about this and none work! I never got any confirmation e-mail so I had to do my own research to track down a number. I am now on the phone and have been on hold "due to the unusually high volume of calls" (shocking!) after getting the charge on my bank card (for $89.31!) where a number was displayed. You better believe I have filed a IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center - www.ic3.gov) complaint that investigates internet fraud. I also was charged for the Acai Berry from Fit Factory and received a refund so hopefully (if I can reach someone) will have the same result.

Hello Fellow People,
I am another that got screwed from this company. I never even asked for this. I still don't know what the product is or looks like. I did get 1 repayment back from the company after 1 month of calling every day. I have 2 more charges I am trying to get credit for. My best advice is dont even speak to the lower level reps. I demand a sup every time I call.

I ordered the acai berry first. It was a trial offer. I never received it; but, my account was charged. Then, I received a month's supply. When I called, they said to return it and call back with the delivery confirmation number and I would receive a refund. I shipped it back by USPS priority mail and called back and gave them the delivery confirmation number. That was 11/18/08 and I have not received a refund. I also ordered a trial offer of Total Body Cleanse. I didn't receive the trial offer; but, received a month's supply. My credit card was charged. I tried to call the toll free number; but, it was disconnected. So, I had no way to contact anyone. Then, on 12/19/08, I received an email that my order was being shipped and my credit card was charged again. I tried to call the number and was put on hold forever. There was a web address on the bottom of the email. I went to that page and chatted with a representative and got nowhere. The order arrived and I, again, went to the web page and chatted with a representative. I was given a return number and address to return it for a refund. I returned it by USPS priority mail with a delivery confirmation number. I have not received a refund.

I have never ordered anything like this before and never will again. I feel so stupid for falling for these scams! I am out a total of almost $300.00. I felt like I was caught in a rut and couldn't stop the charges. So, I cancelled the card. When I explained what happened, they said I could file a protest. I did and we'll see what happens. At least they can't charge me for anymore Acai Berry, Total Body Cleanse or whatever they want to use my credit card for.

This is a two part "scam" in the fine print of an Acia Berry free trail.

Beware of the little adverts on the side bar in facebook and other social networking sites. The ones that talk about Oprah's amazing Diet or Rachel Rays, or Dr G's. They take you to a "personal" testimonial site where someone goes on and on about losing weight with Acia Berry and colon cleanse. I have researched colon cleansing and it is complete crap. Acia Berry is however very high in anti-oxidants and I did end up ordering the Acia Berry for $1 shipping and handling from www.extremeaciaberry.com (this is not a valid address though it was given to me by costumer service) which the other sites direct you to. In the terms and conditions which I of course neglected to read I agreed that I had 14 days from the date of purchase, not arrival of the product, to cancel or I would automatically be enrolled for monthly shipments for 89.31 a pop. YEAH! So I have called and canceled my "membership". I was told that once I received the monthly shipment I could return it to the return address listed on the package to receive a full refund. I provided costumer service with a tracking number for the package and was given a confirmation number for a refund, that as of yet has not been credited back to my account. Here is the best contact number, [protected]. Another person that also posted about this mentioned that they spoke to a supervisor David Miranda and his employee number is 797630. He may be able to help you get a refund with out having to return the product.

The second part of this is that when you agreed to the terms and conditions for the diet supplement you also agreed to a trail membership to a fitness website fit-fac.com. You have 7 days from the original trial order to cancel this membership or you will be charged 29.95 for a monthly membership. The website fit-fac.com listed this number [protected] for customer service complaint. Unfortunately I missed the first monthly charge on my card and didn't catch it till the second month. I called and they gave me a courtesy refund of a month. I didn't feel like fighting about it so all said and done assuming I get the two refunds I will still be out 30 bucks. An expensive and irritating lesson.

I hope this helps anyone else that gets duped by this.

Hello, I am sooooo upset and hope I can use this site to vent and get some guidance from all of you since you are in the same boat. I keep getting money taken from my account when I don’t have a membership through the company’s Total Cleanse & Acai Berry. I cancelled them both as soon as I saw the first charges. I am so upset! My account has been overdrawn 2 times..how can they keep doing this.? Money is tight for everyone right now and it's just being taken from us.

I am sharing my log of what has happened to me, I’m keeping tons of notes!
11/10-ordered my trial of Total Cleanse and Acai Berry, never got trial!
11/18-charged $89.31 (under the name "14 Slimtabs")
11/18-cancelled my subscription (didn’t even know I had one) and supposed to receive my refund 7-10 business days.
12/4-called, STILL NO REFUND, the rep told me I would get it in a few days
12/8-CHARGED AGAIN for $78.84 TCLEANSE
12/15- called, STILL NO REFUND, the rep said it is in process and wait 72 hrs.
12/19-called, STILL NO REFUND, it has been 1 month! The rep said, yet again, my refund is in route through corporate office and to call back at the beginning of next week if I dont see the money in my account.
12/21-I HAVE BEEN CHARGED AGAIN $84.79

Cliffnotes version (lol): I have been charged 2 times for the Total Cleanse and still waiting on my first refund. I tell them every time I call that I cancelled the subscription and they say they see that in the system..BUT WHY AM I STILL GETTING CHARGED? I have gotten charged AGAIN a few days after my last conversation about getting my first refund..this is just horrible.
Does anyone notice that these companies are all listed under a different name on your bank statements?
Is there any action that can be taken against them?
Thanks for reading and allowing me to vent! I will keep you all posed on the outcome and I will continue to read your postings as I find them helpful.

Happy Holidays,
Kelly

I too have been a victim of this scam. It has been 2 monthes of phone conversations and BS from the people at the call center telling me that thei are no supervisors available. They also are not able to give the phone number of their corporate office. I have never worked for a company where the employees couldn't give out or didn't have the phone number to corporate office. For them to call themselves customer service is a total lie...there has been NO service at all just a bunch of BS, and still i have not gotten my refund. I am going to try this David Miranda approach.

You better believe that this is a SCAM.
This outfit (2enhancemybody) has several "companies" distributing the same items and debiting under different names. I received an unauthorized debit (89.31) for a product that I never received or ordered. When I called customer service, they said the supervisor was driving in his car and couldn't be reached. Then they abuptly hung up on me. I called this company for many days and was put on hold for over 45 minutes ea time, with an announcement "due to heavy calling, we are unable to take your call right now".
I intend to get my money back, will file a formal internet complaint and turn it over to my attorney for FRAUD.
Please spread the word...there are at least 3 companies connected with this SCAM. BEWARE OF : TOTAL CLEASE. ENHANCE MY BODY, BEST PURE CLEANSE. FIT-FAC.
ALL OF THESE COMPANIES ARE DEBITING FOR THE SAME ITEMS.

The corporate/fulfillment office address for Extreme Acai Berry is: 4650 SW 51st Street, Suite 711, Davie, Florida 33314
The call center is in an undisclosed area in Utah.

The "customer service" department fought me about the unauthorized charges, and told me "the trouble with you people is that you don't read the fine print". " all of the sister companies are listed" . I guess that means that they are all going to debit with any account information that you give. THIS IS TRUELY A SCAM.

Anyone who would like to join me in a class action suit for unlawful practices, please contact me on this post and I will add you to the list of irate customers for this purpose.

I was dooped as well! I was outraged at all the ridiculous charges they made to my card, but then again i should have read the user agreement. =( Little did i know i would be sign up for that stupid "FIT-FACTORY" and charged another, surprise, 89.31. They also charged me for fit-factory. I immediately called [protected] and asked as kindly as I could to please CANCEL my subscription to acaii berry cleanse slash colon cleanse, which the pills are crapola anyways! I finally had to tell them that I am pregnant and cannot take acaii berry for him to quit harrassing me to keep trying their product! It does zilch for dieting. So we will see if they, in fact, cancelled by subscription.

ME too! I realized something like this might happen so I called right away after making the purchase of the Acaii berry . . . they assured me that I would not receive the unwanted membership and would not be charged any additional $ . . . then, there it was on my credit card bill along with the enhance my body charge. Visa has temporarily removed the charges from my account and will investigate the charges. I conversed with an online contact at Fit Factory which resulted in promising a service rep would be contacting me within 24 - 36 hrs. I will never respond to an internet ad again . . . this one was using the Oprah show as a come on. I wonder if Oprah knows that her name is being used for a SCAM ! Calling to cancel right away did not do any good !

Report your credit card lost or stolen to stop any new charges then try to get refunds. Refunds will post to a closed credit card account. Also, challenge any charges with your credit card company.

Legally, these scammers are on fairly solid ground since these charges are listed in the web site's terms and conditions. Sure it's trickery but it's fairly legal trickery. Always be careful about giving your credit card out to some stranger on the internet. A lot of these scammers are Phillipines or located outside the US so you can't touch them. Credit card processors are also almost always outside the US.

I did the same thing and I was able to get my money back from the Fit Factory. The fraud department from my bank called me about the 89.31 charge and I told them I didn't authorize so they stopped the payment. I didn't even know the charge was comming because they didn't send me a conformation number through e-mail or anything. I had not even got the product and they tried to charge me. When I called I actually got through and they guy got rude and said that it said 14 days after ordering the product you would get charged and that it was my fault for not reading it correctly. If I get another bottle I am sending it back and I am going to get a new credit card.

I ordered Acai Berry through website www.vitalitymagazine.com . Website states that you have to pay only $ 3.95 for shipping charges. But I saw my credit card aer a few days being charged for $29.95 and $89.31 from 2 different companies. When I called one company said it was 7 days trail period and you automatically get charged after that for more items. One company, fit-fac.com said they will refund money back but other company nobody picks up the phone and music is always being played in the background. I had to cancell my credit card number and get another one for not being charged again. Its a total fraud being held on a big level.

Oh my goodness! I do not feel like such an idiot. How do these people sleep at night? Do they have children Telling them, "oh, honey its ok to lie and cheat people"? I have made countless attempts and tried as I have for the past month to get a hold of these scums to no avail. There must be something we all can do, as one - and put a stop to this.

THANK YOU TO "FAIRGAME" for the information you provided. You, definitely did your home; work, job! As many of you, these people litterally took our money and ran. This also proves that many of the websites anyone visited are providing advertisement for these sonofa[censored]es, once again, its all about the damn money. I do pray that these people will get their dues, may it be in this life time or the next, carma comes in many shapes and forms.

I think your product is a scam. When I ordered total cleanse and got to the bottom of the order to check out it stated a sum of 79.95 was going to be automatiaclly charged to my credit card each month. I did not want this to happen. THERE WAS NO WHERE TO CANCEL THE ORDER. Why would anyone want this charge when you do not even know if the product works. I received my order and immediately tried calling to cancel the charge that was going to be added to my credit card. I called and called and could not get through. I then got on the internet and came across all these complaints the same as mine. I then read if I didn't like the product I had to return it within 15 days of the postmark. What happened to the FREE months supply? I also had to get a authorization # to return the product plus insure the product. I am not spending my time and money on a product that you can not even stand behind. I am actually afraid to take the product after this kind of treatment. Therefore I have cancelled my credit card. anyway how can I return the product when you can not even get through on the phone # that is listed to get an authorization #. Fed up with your poor business management.

This company is a total scam! Of course, the number does not work, and in 5 days I have been charged over $150.00 for product that have not received! I'm at a loss here. When I called my bank to dispute the charge, they told me to wait 30 days. This is so frustrating! If anyone figures out how to get our money back, any info would be greatly appreciated!

I didn't even get this stuff until saturday and it doesnt do at all what it says it will so don't even try it. Its crap. Here is the actual terms and conditions on the website:

Ok but here is the thing they say something different at the bottom of the page for trial. It actually says their to send the unused portion back for a refund. So which is it do you keep it or send it back? I am totally peeved with this company. I ordered this in conjuction with Acaiberry500 ( which I havnt recieved yet) At least when I called customer service about my Acai Berry order I got someone to help me instead of ignore me or avoid me like the plague. Buyer Beware. This is just another scam and all you'll get for your free trial is a headache.. I'm gonna try that number left by Rhi in the morning. Hopefully that will help.
Best of luck everyone..

Shipping Terms

Total Cleanse Fraud - E shopping

I suggest that both Total Cleanse and My EZ Trim are connected. At the same time I ordered the ACAI Berry from My EZ Trim, I ordered Total Cleanse, on a whim and gave them each authorization to take shipping charges of 3.95 and 5.95, EZ Trim and Total Cleanse, consecutively. My account was charged the $3.95 and a confirmation email was sent as below - no valid contact information back to them was included. The phone number included is not a working number.

The Total Cleanse arrived with a shipping order summary showing I was charged $5, 95, which was taken from my account. My EZ Trim failed to send me a product and has now charged me $89.31 upon the expiration of a bogus 14 day trial period! I never got a trial period! The Total Cleanse is bogus. The enlosure information is bogus with no real information and no further contact information.

Subject: refund... very upset customer... bad customer service

hello my name is Darcy XXXXXXX. XXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
I ordered your myeztrim product for a free trial for only shipping of $3 something. and had attempted 2 times to call your company when I was off of work or on a break. I waited 10 min and hung up the phone waiting for a customer service provider. today I have received your product and have trough it away because I did not want to use ur product and have decided I didn't want to risk putting this into my body. I have called customer service and have gotten employee
XXXXX XXXXXX
she told me that she could not help me because I have through away the product I was on the phone with this lady debating about how was it my responsibility when I have tried to contact the company before the product come to fix this problem. After a while I felt that she has gotten frustrated and I could tell through her voice. I do not appreciate being talked over but this employee and had told many times not to talk over me... I did keep my calm and did not curse at this lady and did not yell at this lady.
after you could tell that she was frustrated she proceeded to me to just LIE to the COMPANY in an e-mail and tell them that I had not received this product and that I would like my money back. then I was curious why she couldn't refund me at that point because no matter what way you looked at it there was going to be a lie. I do not feel that I should lie to any that is why I told the lady what had happened. Therefore all I am asking is that I need to receive my $89.31 back in my account. because I have 10 day to report to my company with this dispute or I can cancel this disputed with my credit card company with in these 10 days. I would like to know by phone at XXXXXXXXXXXX from 3:30pm to 5:00 between wed 11-26 to fri 11-28 because I have work off at these times. if u let me know I will then be able to make a decision if to follow through this dispute or to cancel this dispute.
thank you
Darcy XXXXXXX

Ms. XXXXXXX,

I have listened to the recording of your phone call and I find it not necessary to reprimand our customer service agent. The moment she referred you to email our corporate email address there was an immediate misunderstanding as she did incorrectly word what she was asking you to do. Unfortunately at that moment when she was also explaining the ACTUAL necessary steps to request a refund you spoke over her. You weren't lied to, from the very beginning there was a failure to understand on both ends.
Our representative handled your concerns appropriately and as trained to do as you agreed to the terms and conditions of your order. I pulled our records, our hold times have not exceeded 10 minutes and especially not the 20 that you claim. Our hours of operation are 6am to 9pm MST which is what we do to cover schedules across the nation.
You were not asked to lie to the company, that was the interpretation you insisted on hanging onto throughout the duration of the call. I do not appreciate how you insulted my agent by calling her a stupid person.

According to the call, you said the product sent to you is at the dump...

Nonetheless, your account has been refunded.

(and sent this in return)

Thank you for the return of the money. But overall I am not happy with the service I have received and I am not happy with you saying that I called Mary stupid. If you re-listen to the recording, I did not call Mary stupid I stated that she had inferred that I was stupid. I was not in anyway trying to harm this lady's career, but I did want it to be known that I felt as if I was told to lie to the company. I am sorry that you have not decided to listen to the concerns of your customers. Therefore I feel that this was not handled appropriately in any way at all. I am not happy with this company in any way shape or form. Furthermore if you would take the time to look online at other upset customers concerns that have been posted over the internet your company might find it fit to change how you treat individuals. in addition, this e-mail you have sent me would have been fine if you would have left out "I do not appreciate how you insulted my agent by calling her a stupid person." As i had stated i did not call her stupid. And if XXXX feels that i did call her stupid i will write an e-mail of apology to this lady.

Darcy XXXXXXX

You know the main reason that i am mad is the customer service... i feel that this company needs to get their customer service fixed. i do not think we need additude when we get our money taken from us. And i did send an e-mail to Oprah

II have fallen for this scam as well! I saw that I was charged 29.95 for the fit factory. I called the acai berry people and complained on why I was charged if I was still on the 21 day trial period. I got reimbursed and cancelled for that subscription. I was smart and printed the whole order when I did order it. I looked thru it and founfd out that there will be another charge of 8.51 for price limbo. I called back and cancelled that. While on the phone, i did mention that I have not received my products and that the trial period was almost over. They wanted to extend my trial period for another month. I agreed to it, but just for the acai berry. They were nice and gave me confirmation numbers for everything. I mentioned total Cleanse and they gave me a number for total cleanse. They said I had to call them for questions and concerns. I called the number and it sounded as if it was busy and hung up. I tried again and same deal. By this time I logged on the internet and found this page on how it was all a scam. I freaked! I called acai berry people back and told them that I wanted to cancel ALL of it including Total Cleanse. I got it all canceled but once again I was told to call Total Cleanse directly to cancel with them. i did say that it was a bogus number and it would be best if they gave me a correct number. I got [protected] from the csr. I called and sure enough it worked. i got my whole order cancelled and left a good note that if I see any charges on my account from them, that they will hearing from my lawyer. I got a confirmation number as well. Good luck and Thanks for the heads up!

Total cleanse has also ripped me off. We have tried to contact them, but the phone # is not a working number. So we have turned to our bank for help because this is a scam. Our bank is trying to help find out who this is and what they can do to stop it. Total Cleanse has charged our credit card 3 times in 10 days so if you ordered this product watch your account.

Some of them are not here in the States, they are from different Countries.. they also don't have the same penalties We face

If they are here, they use a bogus address with a bogus product and move from State to State so they don't get caught.

Hope this helps,

I ordered all three of the "miracle (if used together) weight loss products" which are the following:

1. Acai Berry Edge
2. Power Flush 500
3. Wu-Yi Tea

I read about and ordered these products through the following webside:
http://emmasweightlosssuccess.com/weight-loss/1?t202id=741&t202kw=

I got them in the mail and today I called and successfully cancelled my trial period offers. The following phone numbers are where I got ahold of the customer service reps for all three products:

1. Acai Berry Edge: 1.800.595.4670
-I spoke with a woman named Torri & she gave me a cancellation code to put on my products and send back.

2. Power Flush 500: 1.866.211.5887
-I spoke with a woman named Gladyl & she just gave me a cancellation code.

3. Wu-Yi Tea: 1.866.449.5567
-I spoke with a woman named Karen & she just gave me a cancellation code which was also the same as my order # so we'll see if this one works or not.

Good Luck!

When I saw the charge today I right away googled the name of the company and found this website. I right away contacted my credit union and had my card cancelled. I can not afford to endure all of these charges that are a fraud. I tried to call the company and a recored said there was a 49 minute wait...well hell I guess so with all of these complains. I wont have a debit card for 7 dys but i also wont have to deal with this crap any longer. I also learned a lesson to never order "free trial" anything off the internet again.

Further comment to the person stating Total Cleanse can not be cancelled; Wrong! Make them and any of the others aware of the fact that the banks Fraud Department is involved in the Unauthorized Charges on your account. I cancelled mine and got the person name I spoke to along with the cancellation confirmation number and my instant refund confirmation number. However, this was done over the phone and because they are criminals they will not send you a confirmation email. That's Okay with me as long as they amount goes away and does not reappear. I am also going to pursue chares. To think this all occured from ordering a Free Trail Item! What a Mess and Nightmare. The lady I spoke to for the Total Cleanse 17 her name was Dee, and she tryed to tell me she understood my frustration, I just 'lite into her' and No you don't, and my banks Fraud Dept. now has the situation. I encourage anyone with charges still out there to involve your banks fraud department.

I too discovered an $89.31 charge to my debit card and another just today for $78.00. After reading the previous complaints I also noticed most were stating they had no phone numbers, I have several that I will provide here! 1. total cleanse 17-ph # 1888/899-2048, 2. this number is for a $78.84 charge that appeared and was declined today, 1888/582-8080. Next, the Fit Factory phone number is 1800/660-8489 and the phone number for zaCCNNutra is 1888/692-8352. I have been contacted by my banks fraud department and my account has been closed as of today and the fraud department will further pursue charges against these companies. Additionally, my account has been charged several time the first for $44.95, and then 29.95 twice and now for $89.31 and $78. 84 I am in the process of dealing with the 78.84 charge and I will pursue legal action, any and all remedies available to me! This is Criminal and I will NOT stand for it!

I just got through to total cleanse, took a month, on [protected]. It rang right away and actually talked to a live person. I was on hold for 30 minutes but worth it. I have also cancelled my card number and filed a complaint with my bank. If this doesn't do it I don't know what will!

Well, after trying at least 12 times calling the number on the bottle, I finally got into a "holding" mode and after 10 minutes I got a live person and cancelled. What an unprofessional company this is! I know now that it's important to read the really fine print. You also need to watch out for it's "partner" product, AcaiBerry. This too has the same terms in fine print, but I tried the number first before trying it to see if it was easier to get through and it was.

Hey Guys,

I too had the same problem.. its seems there is a LOT of people in our situation. That's a LOT of phone calls, probably killing there system. I found they have changed some things on there website such as the live chat (which i used to cancel) and miraculosly there now is an email address on the contact page support@sflnutrition.com. Hope this helps. Seems like our complaints are paying off!
